Although this was not my agents office, they handled all of my concerns. She was very friendly and explained generally what was going on with my concerns. I would definitely recommend Harrison Insurance Office.
Please do your homework prior to giving these people your money. Your premiums will not reflect the good game they sell you.
I processed claim 21-5656264 on 1/28/21. I have reached out to Thomas Pryor several times for an update. I have even called regular customer support for help. I can not get anyone to tell me anything about my claim. If I am able to get someone on the line they tell me they are transferring me directly to Thomas and it still goes to his voice-mail. I leave a message and no one calls back. Ive been waiting on repairs for my vehicle which has made life harder for the last 3 months. The app does not provide sufficient information about the claim and it looks unprocessed. My policy was set to renew on 4/28/21 and I did not renew it yet because of this claim. I should have heard back from my adjuster by now for an update. This process has been unreasonably long and I dont see why no one can tell me whats going on.
Not the number to progressive, but Allstate which gave me a better rate.
My car was totaled on Sunday. The person inspecting my vehicle called Tuesday morning at 8:30 am and told me it was totaled. My adjuster (crystal corriea - Hendrickson ) ignored my calls all day and then went on vacation. Did not forward my information to anybody. So she left me hanging with no vehicle and no resolution. I can’t move forward until she helps me. So much for a company that cares
If anyone have insurance with @Progressive, just do not get in a accident. They do not take care of there customers. Highly upset i had a accident at the end of may and they still havent paid off my vehicle it wasnt my fault and i do not recommend anyone to get insured by them a very disappointed customer!
They save my family 200 in premium.
