Michael Bridges sent a phishing email to my email address. He insisted that the email was intended for my Brother-in-law and that my Brother-in-law had asked him for a quote on auto insurance.Unfortunately, this was a blatant lie from Michael Bridges.The only time that I have ever used my email address in association with my Brother-in-laws name was when I signed him up for early retirement last year.Not only does my Brother-in-law not understand computers or how to use them, he has a 6th grade education. We have had the same insurance on our 5 vehicles for the past 15 years and I handle paying all of it.I demanded to know where Michael Bridges had gotten my email address and he admitted that it was from a third-party, but would not tell me who he bought my email address from.Not only did he purchase my email address, he lied repeatedly, did not apologize for being rude in his correspondence and then just refused to answer me.I certainly wouldnt trust an insurance agent who sends out false phishing emails to try to gain new customers and then when he was caught doing so, he lied repeatedly until finally admitting that he was lying.Not a good look for a State Farm agent.Since Michael Bridges decided to respond to my review by lying yet again, let me just state that I have always been extremely happy with State Farm as are my neighbors.Its not State Farm that I have the problem with or any of its agents other than Michael Bridges. Im certain that he has excellent agents working for him.I will remind you Michael, that I have all of our emails, I asked you for the name of the third party that you bought my email address from and it was you who refused and cut off communication.Calling me a troll for my honest review of you as a State Farm employee is not a good look for you either.
