They were very friendly and helpful. I know everybody hates the towing company that tows their vehicle if they werent the ones that called and asked for the tow. But if your vehicle has to get towed, you should hope that E&M Towing is the company on call for that time cause theyre very easy to deal with and wont take advantage of you. They allowed me to get things from my vehicle and allowed me to take things off of my vehicle that they did not have to let me get. In fact, I dont think another tow yard in this county would have done for me what E&M allowed me to do. So yeah, I give them four stars all day long. Would have given them five stars but knew it would have gone to one of their drivers head and it was already overinflated as it was.

I had a great experience with this company. My husbands truck literally out of now where died in the middle of the road. I called and spoke with the sweetest lady who gave me a price (which was phenomenal) and gave us an estimated time of arrival. The driver showed up on time, was super nice, and professional. He loaded that truck up like a boss 😀 and away he went. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend this company.

I was moving and got my Uhaul stuck as it was raining yes I am one of those crazy people that moved during a rain storm. Moving forward I called several places and they all want 350.00 to 400.00 but E&M came out for 125.00 pulled my uhaul out of the mud and was so understanding and professional about it ( I know they were laughing inside though) the next day I returned to my apartment complex to finish moving my stuff and the apartment complex had called E&M to tow my Saturn Vue SUV stating they thought I wasn’t returning for it so I ended up using them AGAIN they were reasonable on the price and after explaining that my son’s truck needed a new transmission the owner found one for me at a really good price and worked with my budget to do the repairs I love this company they are all about helping people and being a single mother I was so blessed to meet such good people with a rare genuine heart I recommend this company they are fast and fair you won’t regret supporting this business.

I had to pick up my brothers vehicle. It took them over 3 hours to have someone available to let us take the vehicle.

Sean picked up my car today and took it to my local mechanic. He was prompt and professional. He manually pushed my car out of my driveway and to his truck because it was difficult to maneuver his truck up my driveway without damaging my tree branches and bushes. I really appreciated the care he took to get the job done.

This company just towed my car from off somewhere I had it parked for no longer than 8hours.They didnt even put a sticker on it. Immediately towed it. Charged me $299.60 to get my car back. Then they tried to keep my $.40 in change said they going to have to mail it to me because the boss is gone...Really...

Very unprofessional. Dont call this company. Made me pay over 300 because My car ran out of gas.I went to the gas station to fill a jerry can and came back to nothing. I thought my car got stolen. Had to walk home with a heavy jerry can full of gas.

Best towing service around!! I called and Joe came right away. Once Joe arrived he said that he wouldnt be able to help me because it was a low-rider, but he would call another truck to come. Even though Joe didnt tow my vehicle home, he was really kind and brought my daughter and I home. Shortly after, the flatbed truck came and brought my sons truck home!! Their tow truck driver, Jeremy, is the best! I was here from out of state driving a rental car that was having issues. He went out of his way to ensure that the car was being taken care of before leaving me at the service provider. Jeremy was super nice, too. I am so glad he was there to help me when i needed it!!

Honestly i wish i could give it negative stars. I called to see if this was the location my car was towed. It was. The woman on the phone was so rude. I asked how much it would be 190 for that day and 40 everyday extra. She tells me I need my insurance and ID card.. so I tell her my ID card is in the car. She says huh, so I repeat myself. Then she proceeds to tell me that I dont have to get ugly with her. Excuse me?! Seriously. Apparently repeating yourself is being ugly. I will never in my life is a place so absolutely unprofessional. I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THESE DISRESPECTFUL IGNORANT PEOPLE! Never in my life have i been treated so poorly by an establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

1 star is too many.My Springdale RV/travel trailer was blown off I-10 near Biloxi & totaled. Three nice E & M Auto/Salvage employees told me it was okay to retrieve MY OWN belongings after hours, but the owner threatened my local friend who was helping me get my things. Owner John Roberts (alias?) called us vile names, ranted loudly, told us to get off his property, faked calling the police to say we were trespassing (good, wish he had), and pulled out a plastic water bottle to shake in our faces! I thought he was going for a weapon! Acted drunk. Certainly was disorderly. Finally after several days, Travelers got my personal property plus my totaled 33 travel trailer out of there. Never again! This rating needs to be in the triple negatives. This towing company is the most unprofessional and has the most rude staff. Whoever Johnny is needs to take a class in overall professionalism. But what can you expect from a company that has a “contract” with Biloxi Police Department.

Horrible people. Their driver broke the law in driving around the posted cones and drove on the shoulder to cut me off. He then proceeded to cuss me and my 13 yo daughter out. 63 and I-10, 1-12-19, roughly 1PM. Dark hair fellow with bad temper. Quit driving recklessly, tailgating is not courteous.What kind of business does that?

Get the message out Im sure theyll be doing this until the fair leaves warn all your friends and family not to park her and or get a rv spotDo not come to Fox rv park tonight for the crawfish festival they waited in the parking lot to fill up at the encore parking lot in front of Fox rv park (its all owned by Fox rv) my family and I have been parking there since I was a little girl with no problems the building is vacant and is for sale and has been since I was 8 the owner of Fox rv is friends with the guy who own Eand M towing. Theyve been had this night planned thats why he had extra tow trucks and his drivers ready they had the tow trucks parked in the back of the rv park I found out they waited for the parking lot to fill up hurry up towed all the cars to the back of the rv park and started transporting them to tow yard they let the lot fill up again only to tow those cars as well. Then when everyone started coming back to no cars they wanted to put up a sign no trespassing and 20 dollar parking their are lots of witnesses to state no signs where there telling us we couldnt park and or trespassing until after our Vehicles were towed. They have been had the night planned Im sure they spilt the money but what has occurred for my incident is far from over the guy was unloading my car off the wrecker still in his possession and hit a parked car with my brand new vehicle yeah nice right what a joke so I would t invest any time or money into Fox rv park they knew almost everyone at the fair was there as a family with their children they left so many families stranded with young kids on the side of the road with no money for towing fees no family to help them nothing all they cared about were themselves making profit off of hardworking parents who Im sure is already struggling. Pleas consider another rv park before you consider this one

When questioned about the excessive charge for towing my vehicle 5 miles (245.00) for overnight stay (165.00 for tow and 40 dollars storage which they charged for 2 days and my vehicle was there less than 24 hours) they tried to increase the price to 120. When I questioned that tried to increase it to 200 for storage and it was less than a 24 hour period. Plus the 165 for towing it less than 5 miles. I would like to give them negative 5 🌟. If that rating was possible
