If you can avoid having your car towed to All American, DO NOT have them tow it. You will have to pay 175.00 to get your personal belongings. Just know my car was towed due to a car accident. And I was not able to get my personal item. They are notorious for doing that. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED BY ALL AMERICAN and tell the POLICE NOT TO CALL THEM

All american towing got called to tow my vehicle which was only there for a hour at souvenir city biloxi which I remind u was closed down at the moment,and was on Christmas day!! Anyways when I asked them how much it was outrageous the amount it should be illegal to do that to hard working citizens.. well then I asked them about my property in the car they wanted $175 dollars just to get your belongings out of vehicle which I must say it was my mothers stuff that passed earlier this year but no compassion for my situation..

Can’t always get a driver to tow your vehicle unless the sheriffs department calls them. Then the rate is doubled. Why? I also don’t think it’s right to have to pay monies to get your personal belonging from the vehicle. Since when can a tow company hold your things hostage?

I have always used this company when i need something moved or towed. The Drivers are awesome. I have met all of them and they take great pride in their work. I will always recommend this company. Great Job guys keep up the excellent work. Be safe out there.

They take advantage, if your vehicle is in an accident at 10PM, at 12AM they charge you 35dollars extra, AT MIDNIGHT, 40dollars to sweep debris that they trash your car with of both vehicles, dont use them, 192 dollars to get my car after less than 12 hours

All American Towing goes above and beyond doing a Great Job . Mr. Ken, is very competent and makes you feel comfortable doing the Job . They did an incredible job standing up our Huge Oak Tree. Give them a call for any job that is too big for you to handle, and I guarantee, you will be glad you did .

I have always relied on All American Towing and never been disappointed. They are a family run business that cares about their customers. I would recommend them confidently to anyone who needs towing services, no matter how big or small the job.

They have the correct equipment for my needs, courteous staff, and helpful techs. Didnt give 5 because the driver took a while to get to us, but I understand their work load was heavy. All in all, great company

Logan was AWESOME!!!. I got my 2016 4x4 tundra truck stuck in my super muddy swampy yard. It was stuck in an awkward spot, with Logans professionalism and determination he succeeded in getting it out without any damage to my truck. The all American towing is lucky to to have him. I highly reccomend to anyone in need of a tow.

Roy was great got my car there quickly and safe had great personally and went above and beyond. Great company all in all.

They handled my accident with care and help with everything i need to do. They told me the steps to which i had to take to get things taken care of. They are all around great people.

Great service! I was on vacation in Biloxi and ended up having an issue with my car. I needed a tow, and All American towing came to help. Didn’t take them long. One of their drivers, Roy, was very nice and helpful. He was able to take a look at my car and give it a quick temporary fix, enough to get me to a mechanic so I wouldn’t have to pay for a full tow (which he could have easily charged me for if he wanted to.) I was lucky that I called these guys, highly reccomend!

Excellent friendly service

There is a driver named Donnie who works here who intentionally hit my dog while it was standing on the edge of the road on my private property, he was speeding down a residential and kept driving and I had to chase him down and he was not sorry or anything just kept saying “I didn’t hit her and I admit I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t feel or hear or anything” which I call a lie since I drive 18 wheelers. Called the company to tell them about their driver and no response yet from the owner who was supposed to get in touch with me. I am gonna make sure the whole world knows and keep the 1 stars coming in against this company until he gets fired or something is done! He will be filed against for wreckless endangerment and seems by other reviews that Donnie is not the best guy to be working their anyways!

When a dog gets hit by a car and dies, it can truly become a life-shattering experience for any pet owner, especially if they witnessed it firsthand.Like My Son and his Wife I don’t know why you drove away Donnie, perhaps it was that you knew your reckless driving was 100% to blame,, perhaps you were concerned that you could be facing a huge vet bill, or perhaps that is just who you are. That is your nature, that is your personality, selfish, cruel and inhumane because you were able to drive away, leaving a dead dog. You are not entitled to be called a human being, let alone a Man.I believe in Karma, in what goes around comes around, for every action there is a reaction. I don’t know if this will be shared enough for you to eventually come across it, but someone you know just might read it and a secret is only a secret if you don’t tell anyone. I imagine you will have told someone by now, so it’s no longer your secret. There are other witnesses to your reckless driving of the road, my Son and daughter-in-law and her family will recognise you should they see you again and considering the fact you were entering their street, there is a good chance you will be seen again.. My only consolation in all of this is that you didn’t plough into my Daughter-in-law or a Child, and that perhaps sadie died so that my daughter-in-law would be safe.To everyone that takes the time to read this, and I know it’s long, thank you.

Awful. They damaged my parked vehicle and refused to provide their commercial insurance carrier information, so that I could file a claim to have everything fairly evaluated & were completely rude.

Not real solid when it comes to making choices and communications with in the company, but, some of the best equipment around.

Towed my truck to a shop and wrecked it into the fence the guys name was Donnie thought he knew everything
