I just love this place. They always do a phenomenal job.

The wait was too long (70+mins), no one gave update on wait & it feels like if youre not a regular youre not important. I was seated to soak yet the water was not hot enough & when i asked for hot water i was told to wait. The lady proceeded to help one of her regulars. I ended up leaving before i could get serviced i had something else to do but no one even acknowledged my leaving.

The owner and workers was excellent I enjoyed being in the shop with the customers and I will be back

I would not go anywhere else in Biloxi to have my nails done. Wonder Nails inside a friendly environment with good people, it is my opinion the best place in town. Ive been with them almost 3 years and always look forward to getting my nails done. PS if youre thinking about going ask for Kim

I love this place. Ive been twice and the lady I got both times is an absolute sweetheart. She always works with me and understands the regulations military females have with their nails. Both times my nails have turned out amazing.

We were in town on vacation. I decided to get me and my husband a pedicure and manicure. It was awesome. Jennifer made my husband feel relaxed and good about getting his first pedicure and manicure. She gave him a great foot massage and spa pedicure. His feet looks great. His working hands look smoother now. Tam and Laura was so friendly as well. Laura did mine. They look great. Jennifer waxed my eyebrows. They are the best ever. Awesome customer service. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. We both left there relaxed and comfortable. Keep up the great work. Awesome Customer Service and great service is hard to find.

In town for a dance competition and decided to get a pedicure since I had some winnings at the casino and I think that was the best pedicure I have ever had. She did a great job.

This place is alright. Good if you just want something very basic. The first time I went in, they gave me a manicure and an eyebrow wax, but my nail tech kept talking about how much my nails sucked... and then my friends toe polish didn’t look that good. The next time I went in there I asked for an eyebrow wax and the guy at the front desk said “we don’t do those”, once I explained that I have in fact received an eyebrow wax there before, he nervously smiled and just said that they only have one technician for that and she’s booked. Kind of weird, but alright. Not a terrible place but not very impressed

I had a great time in here and it was very relaxing. It was your basic run of the mill nail salon but the people working there are so personable.

Stopped from out of town, most expensive place Ive been to for the basic services. Toe nail polish chipped the next day. Maybe thats just the going rate Im this area.

As far as customer service goes, this is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. They stayed over an hour past their closing time to finish my daughter and my mani-pedis which came out awesome. They were very welcoming and we had very nice conversation. I would highly recommend them.

New to town so looking for a new nail shop and this one is close to my house. Went there for the first time and bragged about their customer service even though my gel manicure only lasted 3 days. Came back today to get two nails repainted with gel polish and was told it would be 25$$$????? Will NOT come back!!!
