I asked to have a deluxe pedicure and picked my color. I was getting dip powder on my nails and asked for it to match. The tech decided that this was a match. While she started I mentioned that it didn’t match and she continued as two people walked in requesting a full set each and because she was the only one to do the full set she tried to hurry knowing I was upset and not fix them. She told me that the color matched 80%. I told her it was more like -25%. Regardless if asking to match 80% still isn’t a good match. If you can’t match then say that but don’t pick the color when I spend $100 and expect it to just be fine so you can move to the next customers for more money from them. I have been going here repeatedly for over a year and I have enjoyed it but today just left a bad taste in my mouth especially because I am a repeat customer. I spent 3 hours in there and left unhappy. Just so disappointed this wasn’t handled better.
I really enjoy over there, they are so friendly, i really like the chairs and the pedicures were so clean. I hope owners will keep the young boy working over there as always because hes really really good at work
The first this I noticed is when I made my appointment they didn’t ask for a name. Then, we get there and it was fine but when we went to start the lady cut my tips with scissors! I showed them a pic and they didn’t do anything like it! They then took them off and I told them that this is not what I wanted and if I could please leave as they continued on my nails. And I need to add that there was a nasty yellow color liquid in a bottle on the table where they were doing my nails and all the stuff they used on me was dirty and not cleaned. I will never go here again!
Never been charged so much for services. Not done adequately,my french tips on my toes looked like stripes
I use to get really good pedicures here but ever since this guy started working here the pedicures suck simply because he does not know what he is doing, doesn’t understand what you are saying and not sure why the owner keeps letting him do them as she knows he doesn’t know what he is doing and can see on multiple occasions that customers are not happy with him.
Everyone who works here is so friendly! Tina is AMAZING at what she does I just moved to the area a little over a month ago and figured id check them out and I was NOT disappointed! This will be my third time going and the quality is the same if not better everytime!
I used to enjoy coming here. The staff was so friendly and funny and now you go in and they appear bothered you came. Dont get me wrong I dont need to be entertained but its definitely gone down hill a little. Not as clean as it used to be.During my last experience my nail tech appeared upset I wanted gel and not dip. Im sure it has to do with the fact that dip is more expensive and gel is a little more work but in the end I always tip above 20 % and live 2 blocks away which means Its easy for me to come here. I really wanted to keep supporting them but I think Ill just drive to diverbille from now on.I gave 3 stars because she did an ok job even if she wasnt into it.
I walked in to get my nails done. I asked for tips and a dipped manicure. Tina took care of me and she was amazing. I will definitely be going back and seeing Tina.
Have two split nails after going here for the first time while visiting MS. My nails have never split before and I’ve gotten a gel manicure many times. I think it’s because the nail tech used an electric file to remove the previous shellac on my nails instead of soaking off with acetone, cotton and foil (she did this to save time)—I think it caused some physical trauma to the nail. They’ve split very far down which sucks because I’ll have to wait a couple months before getting them redone.
They do really good they just take forever
