I will not be going back ever! The lady did not apply the acrylic correctly and theyre were gaps along my cuticles. It looked las if they they had grown out 2 weeks. I told her about it and she fixed it by filing down the edges and adding more clear coat. She then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault that it happens because I used soap when I washed my hands. She also cut my finger and made me bleed when she was trimming my nails. She told me she had to go fast because there was a long line. 1 day later and the edges are starting to lift.

Great experience every time. They fit me in after a bad experience with another salon and treated us wonderfully. My pedicure was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for better. Attention to detail and very sweet!

Went in with friend for pedicure, both of us got nail fungus. too much money to spend for that ($45/ea + tip) then we had to spend more to get rid of the fungus. go back to complain, they argue and say they never use anti-fungus, only base coat (which wasnt applied to my toes, my friend couldnt recall, she liked the massage chair but she had different nail tech) like you must have got fungus from somewhere else, then they say have a nice day to get rid of you--so mean, no customer care, just a steady supply of new recruits to keep them in fresh money, keesler should do something about this, im not going back.

The absolute worse nail salon I have ever been to...and they continue to treat their customers horribly and overcharge because they know that a majority are stuck on base and have nowhere else to go.

I would not recommend going here to get a pedicure. I went for the first time and this will be the last. The girl made my toes bleed and she put some numbing stuff on them so they didn’t hurt so I let her finish and the next three days my toes hurt really bad. Recommend finding another salon. Back home if this was to happen they would comp you and the lady didn’t even care.

The lady did my nails horrible and lied about the price told me $32 and charged my card $45 . and said its because the color . Nails looked a messuneven, holes in it and when i told her she just made the other nail shorter. Never returning here .

Unprofessional people

This is a great location on base for new airman arriving to Keesler. The lady doing mine did fantastic and they do a great job of picking colors in reg for people new to military standards. I will be returning.

It was a great environment, everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. She did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be going back.

We were around a GREAT environment, everyone was so helpful . Charlie was fantastic, she really took her time and made sure everything was done perfectly . She interacts with you very well and makes you feel like this home . If you ever come to Regal Nails i recommend you to go to Charlie☺️❤️.

I had a really bad infected ingrown toenail on my right foot, and Kim fixed it up perfectly. I forgot what normal toes felt like!! I would 100% go again.

Mr. Matthew gave me exactly what I asked for, made me feel pampered, and had me leaving happier than when I came in. The service was excellent and the company was even more so!

Waste of time for poor quality and unprofessional service, there is nothing relaxing about this place. Employees are loud and inattentive. Charlie is rude, abrasive and extremely rough, she should take her job more seriously or find a new one that doesn’t involve touching people. Why am I bleeding from a pedicure? Never again.

The girl who did my pedicure was very sweet, however my daughters full set was a mess, then they were trying to charge 35 extra for gel on top of the prices. It however was not her fault the owners are at fault!

Horrible waited over an hour just for eye brows guy who works there walked by said you want eye brows ok and leaves for lunch. Lady who works there ignored me whole hour. Will never go back eye brows take 2 minutes to do.

Horrible!!! The male nail tech did a terrible job on my nails and over charged me. I got a gel fill in on my nails on Friday and it looked very sloppy. The gel polish began to chip the very next day. I had already decided that I wouldnt say anything and just not return ever again..however when the entire coat of Polish came off my nail today (sunday)...yes two days later..I decided to write a review and warn others to beware!! I cant speak for the female nail techs but the male tech did an awful job..just fyi..

Very friendly people. The selection wasn’t amazing in my opinion. I got a pedicure and gel manicure ($68) and the male nail tech did good but I wish they had more colors to choose from.

The sign said they closed at 7pm but when I went at 4:53 the woman said they were closed as she played on her iPad... I was very upset
