My daughter and I called on a Sunday afternoon and they said to be there in 30 minutes. We were greeted by a hello and were seated immediately. We both got dip and are very, very pleased. The owners daughter, Sandy, did both of our nails. She was awesome and took her time. We will be back!

I chose this place because of the star ratings and regretted it. I wanted a simple white coffin shape set. There was one girl doing nails when I arrived. Then eventually someone came out the back to start my nails. As she’s working on my nails she continues to stop to do another customers nails. I’m assuming she didn’t know how to do the coffin shape because someone else had to step in to do that part and then they switched back. She rushed on my nails and over complicated it. Rather smoothing out the acrylic as she applied it to my nails she just threw chunks of it onto my nails leaving it clumpy. Which meant she had to drill it a ton to try to smooth it. (Still was very bulky) and the acrylic powder she used had a very liquid consistency, I’ve never seen anything like it. She rushed so much that she didn’t even get the corners of my nails. I can honestly say that the people were nice it’s just that the lady that did my nails did not know what she was doing. If I had the time I would’ve waited on the other girl.

Everyone was so nice and professional, great pedicure with foot and leg massage. You have to come here and treat yourself!

Today, September 9, I am here at this precise moment and the person who attended me has a very bad attitude. I asked him if he could please change the color I had chosen and with a very bad attitude, he answered me, stop yourself and go and look for them on the wall. There are a lot of colors and my feet were wet and so and everything did not help me with the color and I continued saying words in a low voice, in short, I left here very annoyed today ... the owner of the store is very kind and does uj good job congratulations but the other employee has to learn to treat customers

Brought my mom for her birthday to get her first pedicure, we had a great experience. I will be back for sure! Thank you ladies!

This place is absolutely awesome! GREAT customer service and the Herbal Spa pedicures are AMAZING! Just for $40 you get a scrub, a foot mask, a nice warm towel, and finally a relaxing oil massage with beautiful nails! I highly recommend going here. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 😉

We were walk ins today after deciding to treat ourselves to a mani/pedi while visiting Biloxi. Our timing was right because we got there right in between customers so they were able to take us (2) right away. I have to say that I was blown away at the quality of the service we received! There were no shortcuts, we never felt rushed and the end results were beautiful nails. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this salon was very clean. All I can say is if they treat out of towners like this, I cant imagine the great service their regular clients receive! Thanks Hannah Nails!

Im from out of town. And this place is super amazing! Made another trip just to get my nails done and the staff is way above amazing.

We are on vacation and decided to get pedicures. The entire staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. We came in with 5 people, got deluxe pedicures and were done in an hour and a half.

Clean facility. Friendly staff and the lady who did my nails took her time and did not rush. She did a perfect job with gel and it lasted me forever. Literally the best and I will come back. Wish I could remember her name. She didn’t hurt me or make my nails bleed.

Went on a Sunday they had 7 clients and one girl doing four peoples nails at the same time I felt bad for her but that caused my nails to misshapen and uneven and chipped they need more staff on Sunday for sure ! Would not recommend

BEST PLACE! I never write reviews, but I felt that I should with this place. Super friendly, reasonable price ($60 for a manicure/pedicure with gel on hands) and very comfortable atmosphere. The massages on legs and arms are very satisfying and you really get the full experience at a great price.

Customer service is exceptional. Quality products used. Tools are processed thru an autoclave for sterilization. A variety of services is offered...not just a fake nail factory. The air quality is clean and free of noxious acrylic odors. I am a repeat customer of more than a year now and I ALWAYS enjoy my time at Hannahs.

Loved this place. I can only recommend it to anyone that needs their nails done. Exactly what I wanted. I just came in from Germany yesterday and ended up being hungry and thirsty and besides doing an amazing job with my nails they also went our of my way to feed me :) 5 stars for sure!!

I found myself in Biloxi with an hour to kill and pulled up to this salon. At first glance, I was a little worried, but as the saying goes you should never judge a book by its cover! It is very nice and clean inside and the people are welcoming, good at their jobs, and take their time. Highly recommend this salon!

Fabulous experience. Use of herbs and essential oils in the water, oil and lotions for the pedi!!! Loved! Mani same products..loved dipping hands in the paraffin!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned within salon while we were there near closing. The tools were sterilized in a machine....I was highly impressed. Too bad they werent in seattle. This would be the only nail salon I would visit! Amazing!!!!! Thank you!

Very unfriendly. 1st time there.Nail tech never spoke the whole time and scowled when I asked her to file my thumb nail to match the other one. I usually tip 5$for refil. She got 2$ Next time I will ask and wait for Zandy. She was recommended to me. But was with someone.

Me and my friend usually dont go to this salon because the one we go to was closed. i had to get my nails done for an event the next day and they totally ruined my nails and they even made me bleed. the workplace is very unprofessional and unsanitary. im 16 and the girl who was working on my nails was way younger then me and it was clear that she was uncertified and had no clue what to do. 10/10 dont Recommend getting your nails done here.

Wonderful people

Very unprofessional. they had naked and afraid on the TV, definitely not something i wanna watch when i’m getting my nails done. they made my fingers bleed and filed them wayyy to deep. they had a young uncertified teen working and it was obvious she didn’t want to because she stop in the middle of doing my nails and told her mom to do the rest. also i don’t recommend going for a french tip because most of my nail is just white. i’m very disappointed in the results and i would never go there again.

AWESOME! I am from Louisiana. Were here in Biloxi on a Marriage Retreat. I finally talked my husband into getting his 1st Pedicure. I am thankful that we chose Hannahs. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We did the herbal pedi!👍It nd the people here were Amazing! Needless to say that my husband enjoyed his 1st pedi. I also met a new friend that live close to where Im from. Five Stars Easily!!!!!!

The lady who did my nails rushed I guess because it was close to closing. 2 of my finger nails are completely crooked and another 3 arent fully covered with acrylic. She did a very sloppy job and when I reluctantly mentioned this to her she said well its already late come back another day and I fix 2 nails for you but do not wait too many days or I will not fix. I am disgusted. She also misshaped my sisters nails and told my sister she asked for something that she did not.
