It was my first time going to this salon an boy was I pleasantly surprised. The staff there are beyond nice and make you feel at home. It’s clean and nice on the inside. My nails came out AMAZING. My tech was super friendly and made great conversation. Loved this place so much and I hope to be back next summer!

Absolutely just loved the energy these techs had. I always got my lashes done here and my lash tech always did an outstanding job, she did everything in here power to make sure I got what I asked for. She’s never failed to put a smile on my face. As long as you do your part at keeping your lashes clean your lashes should still look semi full by at least four weeks. I’ve never had an issue. Unfortunately I’m switching bases so I won’t see her anymore but if I were to come back I will most definitely come back💜

Kyle was fantastic! He had firm hands and precise when needed. My buddy went with me and his aunt Cindy did his pedicure. She did an amazing job on his ingrown toenails!We showed up for our appointment a few minutes early and they were ready for us. I sat in a wonderful massage chair! We got the works pedicure and it was so worth it! Highly recommend Famcy nails!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about a year now, the service is absolutely amazing the work is to die for! I get my lashes done by Caroline since the beginning and every time I come back she just continues to get better and better the best lash extensions on the coast by far! She can also add any color or glitter extensions to spice up the look which is always a fun option! Also Twee is an amazing nail tech it doesn’tMatter if I come with a picture inspiration or just an idea she always does something above and beyond what I could ever imagine! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Best quality in the area. Caroline does amazing eyelash extensions, once I started going to her I never want to go anywhere else! Cathy and Cindy have done my acrylics and they’re able to do intricate designs and craft quality nails. The nail techs at this salon are first class.

I had heard very good things about Fancy Nails and they were all confirmed on my first visit. My nails are trash along with my nail beds, she did her job above and beyond. Today I was treated to a surprise pedicure from my girls and I couldnt have been more pleased. We are not from Mississippi, but today I feel like I met family members I didnt know I had. The warming welcome made me feel right at home. All aspects of customer service exceeded anything I had ever experienced. I wish I could take the entire staff back home to teach businesses what customer service is all about. Even though it was our first visit, I felt a sense of loyalty, from the staff that earned my trust and they did not let me down. I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the BEST experience I have had. I went with 3 other people and we were a little late to our appointment and when we arrived everything was set up. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They were all very sweet and made conversation with us. Caroline was my technician and she was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything was great. Their prices are reasonable and definitely worth it. Unfortunately I am not from Biloxi, but when I come back this will be the place I go.

This experience was hands down the best experience Ive had at a nail salon!!! I went with a group and they were ready and waiting on us when we got there. Henry was my technician. He was so great. He was extremely thorough and careful. He checked on me throughout the process. The massage he gave was amazing!! My feet are so soft and my nails are shaped beautifully. The massage chairs are on point and the rest of the staff was so friendly. I completely recommend this place. They were also very sanitary and covid cautious. If you are near by and need a nail salon please stop here!

This is by far the best Pedicure I have gotten in my life! I have a marketing business and this business right here does it right! They took appointments, sanitized in between clients, everyone wore PPE, they had conversations with us, they gave us a 5 start experience! Laura was very thorough, neat, and precise. If I could give this place ten stars I would! I have never had a bad set and I have had multiple techs do my acrylics! Cindy, Cathy, and their Mama are amazing! I am moving unfortunately but I am gonna miss this place and these ladies so much. Cannot recommend fancy nails enough for anyone who wears acrylics regularly!

Ive been to a ton of nail salons in my lifetime and honestly fancy nails is best hands down. I love the atmosphere and the staffs fun energy. Between her and Kathy they slay my nails every single time! Im in love with their technique and consistency. Any crazy color or design I want they can make it happen! They definetly make you feel welcome by greeting me by name soon as I walk in. This has been my salon for about 6 months now, found them through word of mouth.

Since I did my lashes with Caroline, I receive compliments frequently from people (who have no clue that they are extensions) commenting on how pretty my eyes are and how jealous they are of my thick, long “natural” lashes.

The only reason I tried this shop was because the reviews were good, This was my first time going to this place so I called a few days in advanced to make sure they would be able to accommodate my needs and to get prices and everything was fine UNTILLL... I asked that my nails be done like the picture I showed and the woman was insistent that first of all they werent regular acrylic set and it wouldnt look right, not only that she said that the nails in the picture was solar nails and thats the only way she could do it like that. Keep in mind that was an extra $25-30 but I was leaving to be in a wedding that day so I got them done. When it came time for the top coat and I saw what she was doing, I stopped her and told her I wanted them matte like the picture and thats where she became insistent that it wouldnt look right and it would mess up and wouldnt stay but Im telling her if the picture looks like that it can be done and I even told her how she couldve done it, but she just did what she wanted to do and I didnt feel like arguing with these people cause at this point it was 2 others trying to say the same thing . Moving on Im getting my pedicure and looking at my nails, I noticed my finger had blood on it so I called the lady over and told and showed her and she says she clipped my cuticle too short now mind you, I didnt get a manicure, so I asked will she put something on it she say she did, 😒 but why you just act like thats not a big deal and then she said if she puts anything else on it, the nail will turn dark🤷🏾‍♀️ but my nails came out ok except for my nails are sore. This is a decent shop but I cant say that Im going back but maybe you have an experience like the reviewers that lead me to try this shop. What I wanted vs. What I got.

We stopped here on vacation. I got a mani/pedi. They were friendly, professional, and did an amassing job!

It was an overall pleasant experience. The only advice I would give to them is to be careful with their buffing because the sharp edges of the buffer can cut the skin, which, in my case, it did. I studied to be a professional nail tech so I always examine my nails in detail no matter where I choose to get my nails done. But they were very nice and they did an excellent job besides the buffing. Yes, I will return.

Customer service on pointe. Clean location and although they were very busy they were friendly, timely and did a wonderful job. My husband needed a nail repair from a nail accident while roofing and they corrected it 100%. We will return.

I got a gel manicure and they charged $47 for gel on my natural nail. Which usually wouldnt be too bad but they began chipping the next day. It was also very crowded and not very clean.They do have good customer service and are sweet.

This place is not much to look at. Honestly I thought I was in the wrong place, but my experience was great. My nails came out beautifully, and my pedicure was fantastic. Great service. I got pink and white, and a gel on my toes.

Very unprofessional, the place is very small, dirty and dingy. The workers were very rude and not mention the shady people outside hanging out. Horrible business and horrible workers. They need to clean that place up.

Had my first ever pedicure here, so I dont have any past ones to compare it to for quality of service. However, the staff was very nice and provided a very nice experience. I was very satisfied with the outcome, and now my feet dont look like garbage when I wear my flip flops! The service came at a good price compared to similar venues around here, so Id say its worth a look. Parking here during busy hours can be a bit of trouble, there arent many spots and it fills up quick.Overall, it was worth my time and money and Id gladly make another trip.

Im from Houston and happened upon fancy nails while I was visiting biloxi on vacation. I chose them because of their great reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. They were fast, friendly, affordable and my nails looked great! If Im ever in biloxi again I will definitely be back!

Ill be categorizing this review in 4 parts: cleanliness, staff, service, miscellaneous. I received a regular pedicure.Cleanliness: I was pretty disappointed as soon as I stepped through the door. The floor needed badly to be sweeped, the towels used on my feet had nail polish stains, the back area where the ultraviolet lamp was kept was riddled with food and trash and the chairs back there were covered in liquid stains.Staff: Personable and accommodating, exactly what one would expect.Service: THIS...is what kept me from giving this establishment lower stars, my toes came out incredibly and the technician was gentle and meticulous.Misc: The smell of acetone/whatever other chemicals was HEAVY in the air. It also doesnt help this place is small but I didnt notice any kind of ventilation turned on that couldve helped with that. I asked for a mask and was handed one, thankfully. Secondly, the regular nail polish selection was poor and lacking in brands and colors. Not sure if thats because majority of guests prefer gel or what, but I personally like regular polish because I change my nail color about once a week, if not sooner.Great service, poor ambiance.

If I could give this place more stars, I certainly would! Owner and Staff went above and beyond with service and efficiency and wonderful attitudes. I got the powder nails with full manicure and 1 nail on each hand with a painted design, the Volcano Pedicure, massage chair is fantastic!, legs waxed, and eyebrow wax. Let me also say the leg, foot, and hand massages were wonderful as well. Plus I just walked in, no appointment. Will certainly visit again when in the area and will encourage my friends to do the same!

This is the first establishment ive been to in Mississippi who gave me EXACTLY what i wanted. I showed Cathy the picture and she took it from there.And i cant forget the young pregnant lady who did my pedicure was also A freaking mazing. Very thorough! This was an experience beyond great, welcoming and kind service. The family of women who run and own this business blew my mind with the service they provided. I was visiting from out of town. They were busy and I had a 30 minute wait but my patience paid off. They were down to earth and funny as heck. I loved my nails. There design skills are superb. I was so hopeful because of the great reviews. The service was good but I did not get the color I asked for and when I called back to get it fixed they were going to charge me again when I already spent $50 on gel nails. This is why I normally do my nails at home but I did this for a trip. Disappointed.

They do an absolute amazing job on my nails! I’m very picky about how my nails are done and they get them perfect every time! Made toes (plural) on my feet bleed. Told me she was dabbing the one that didn’t stop for awhile was because “dry skin” when it was actually because she scraped it with the corner of the scrub brick. Manicure was much smoother but she did leave quite a bit of skin on the tips of my thumbs(they were pretty bad to begin with though). Don’t know the name but she has a tattoo band on her left wrist.

My mom and I decided to get pedicures done while we were spending our last day in Biloxi. I looked up nail salons in the area and saw that Fancy Nails had the highest reviews within the city and was super close and decided to give it a try. Let me just say if I could pick up this nail salon and take it back home with me I would. Everyone is super friendly and we only got the basic pedicure and our feet felt WAY better than the services done by salons in our hometown! You definitely have to come and give this place a try. I felt so comfortable! Thanks again ladies! I will see you again when I am back in town! 🙂
