Used the Spa facility on site multiple times in the past, but during the last visit it was less than average. The price for the massages are the same, but the amenities, ambiance and even the restroom in the facility were not available. What should have been a world-class, luxury experience was reduced down to an experience one could receive in a shopping mall. Our last experience was a huge disappointment. Costs are the same, but what you receive is much less. I hope the Spa comes back to its past level of style and service.

This was my first time getting a pedi and it went great. My other members got a mani and a trim and curl of the hair. Nugeyne was the hair dresser and she was so super friendly and nice. The prices were very reasonable and the service was great. It was so nice and relaxing in a big massage chair get my feet rubbed. They did a great kid on the toenails and fingernails (French mani). Overall, it was so fun and definitely will be back to get a relaxing makeover!

Saturday afternoon on the way to Biloxi, I called the salon and was told I had plenty of comps for my friend to have a manicure. I let her out at the door and went to park. When i got to the salon I was told I would have to pay about $76 and I didnt have enough comps. She didnt have that king of money so I am stuck with a big bill.

The Beau Rivage spa is a terrific way to get away. Great staff. Easiest day of your life. Nothing makes you feel like you’re on vacation like resting at a peaceful, elegant spa. I love the complimentary teas and flavored waters. The facility is fresh, clean, and cozy. After my massage, I love ordering lunch and sitting in the sun room on the huge lounging chair. Hydrofacial: Most amazing facial you’ll ever experience and with instant results!

We came for my daughters bachelorette party and paid for 4 sweet tea manicures. 65 each. Over the phone when booking both my husband and I asked how much extra for gel nails. They told us 10 dollars extra each. Then when we arrived they told us it would be an additional 45 dollars each for the gel shellac paint! At this point I couldnt walk out because they have a 4 hr cancellation policy and I would have had to pay anyway. What a rip off. Their salon is not 110 worth for one 1 shellac manicure and definetly not for 4. Less then an hr later all of our nails had chipped! From 4 different consultants. That is bad business. Now we all have to redo our nails for the wedding in 5 day!. Im so disappointed in this part of the Beau. We have been happy customers for over 3 yrs until now.

I’ve worked here for about five years now; and truly like being part of the team at the Beau Rivage Spa. Many of our frequent guests return again and again, because of the skilled therapists and genuine southern hospitality.I’m so sorry to see that some had a negative experience; and would encourage you to give it another try; because that is very rare. We have so many KIND AND PROFESSIONAL therapists that are from all over the country and the world; that practice such skill and care for their clients. Please don’t let one bad experience ruin your view of the entire. We would love the chance to make it right and even better!-With respect and best wishes

Had a massage which pressure could of been a little firmer but therapist was very versed on anatomy and was able to help. Also had a facial and that was outstanding! My skin is glowing. Highly recommend the Hydra facial. Had a pedicure the technician was good and friendly but, nicked my cuticle. But my toes look great!

I am Gold here at the Beau Rivage. No one told me to come early for the massage so I came right on time. No one was at the front desk. I had to hunt down someone to help me from the back. They took me to the back and had me sit in a chair overlooking the pool for 5 minutes before my massage therapist was ready. By this time I was 4:10. My therapist was Jasmine. She did not do the full 50 minutes I paid for and ended at 4:52. I complained to Tanya because this is not fair when I was waiting on them being short staffed and not having someone at the front desk. She said because of COVID she could only deduct 10% and I was forced to pay FULL 20% gratuity. Lazy people here. Any other place would’ve done the full 50 minutes! Seriously disappointed. Never coming back.

This is Not a good spa for a couples massage! My husband and were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were separated the entire time except the massage. I was not given a tour and had to ask other guests where to change clothes and wasn’t even offered a drink. I was very disappointed and will not return. Massage was satisfactory.

Horrible rude staff. Front desk all seemed short and rude with their responses. Didn’t even ask how the massage was just paid like no customer service skills. They need to learn that first. My husband was not pleased about money getting stole out of his wallet. Never going back they were all so rude and didn’t help and the so called supervisor RAVEN !!!! Thanks for nothing !!!! You didn’t even attempt to understand a paying customer but it fine my husband won’t spend a dime no more. And the other short one too that’s starts with a T was so snotty and seemed like she didn’t care to explain the services to me. Definitely going to IP NEXT TIME

I have been coming to this spa for years. The last time I came was this time last year. I have always been able to use the pool with a spa visit and it seems the beau has changed their policy and only allows hotel guests to use the pool. It ruined our plans for the day. I spent over 400$ in the spa on myself and my daughters who were visiting from out of town had planned on having a relaxing spa day and then enjoy the pool and have some lunch. I will never be back to that spa. The people working the front desk taking appointments and checking people in were rude and super snooty. oh yea and after tipping out all the people who helped us, very generously, they called to tell me I owed $5 for one of our services and wanted to get my credit card over the phone because her system wouldn’t let her close it down. We we had already left and couldn’t return. It’s unfortunate how beuracracy and policies and the mighty dollar ruin what should be personal and relaxing experience.

If i could give this spa/salon a zero I would. Horrible horrible place. All the staff have bad attitudes. Asking simple questions to the girls up front is an act of Congress. I had a ant bite on my leg and when I went into that whirlpool it got infected had to go the hospital. The doctor told me that water is unsanitary in that spa and hasn’t been changed out in years. The titles in the whirlpools are coming off. The water with the fruit was disgusting the container looked so dirty and had stuff floating in the water. The coffee creamer was expired, the orange juice looked and tasted like death, cranberry juice was so dry and old tasting, grapefruit juice was decent. The steam room and sauna was horrible. Sauna wood was cracking and had some type of cloth underneath the floor. Which is a fire hazard. Steam room was very old, titles falling off. The magazines were horrible choices. My husband said he had a tv in his side which is too loud for spa. My husband also said the male side was so messed up towels everywhere dirty and loud. Most unprofessional spa I have ever been to. I asked to speak with a supervisor Her name was raven I spoke to her about the problems I had and she basically Acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. She acted like a deer in headlights and so sharp and rude when answering my questions and concerns. My massage was ok considering they didn’t come get me on time. The therapist was really creepy asking me why how long i been married and if i had kids and my body was so attractive. Considering the person bringing me back was 5 minutes late That never happens but I guess we don’t get what we pay for. Before I left I spoke with another supervisor at the desk named Tanya. She was not so helpful either. She was so short and snotty with her answers. She didn’t know how to explain the services. The staff was just horrible and so short and rude. I will never go back again never and I will let my whole family know as well. This is unacceptable.

If I could give the Spa at Beau Rivage 0 stars I would! We decided to give this spa another chance after the first time around where we booked 5 massages and was told upon arrival only 4 of us were able to get one since a massage therapist called in sick after booking the appointments months prior.Upon arrival, we were greeted and setup up in the back with our lockers. Everything was pleasant as far as the amenities. We really enjoyed the spa relaxation area facing the pool. The service staff wasn’t really friendly at all, we had no idea until I overheard someone asking for champagne that they had that available. My massage experience, it’s was just ok considering that I just had a basic massage. I didn’t really appreciate the fact that when my massage was over, my male massage therapist told me with all due respect, I just want to let you know you are gorgeous, and I’m surprised your not married. That is totally inappropriate and very unprofessional. Keep in my mind guys, I get massages once a week...by male massage therapists and NEVER have i had one that was unprofessional or inappropriate.Being bother by the situation, I wanted to leave immediately after my massage.Walking out to the counter to check out, whoever was working on Sunday evening around 5:30pm, because I didn’t catch your name. You didn’t even acknowledge me or bother to look up or ask me how my service was. I was basically just told how much I owed and where to sign. And then you wanted to overcharge my sister for a service that she didn’t receive and then asked her how the pressure was, as if she was lying.Word of advice to whoever the manager is of the Spa,You might want to focus on customer service skills with your staff.1. How to greet a customer2. Ask how their experience /services were.3. How to say thank you for visiting us, and we hope to see you again soon.Just a few suggestions for you,Since your staff considers themselves to be better than your paying customers. If your taking the time to read this,Don’t wasted your money or your time at this Spa.

Please do not make an appointment here if you are just an average person. On Thursday, I made a pedicure appointment for Friday at 5.30 pm. I showed up at 5.15 pm and was asked to wait in the waiting area. I waited for 45 minutes and they had not taken me yet so I went to up front to tell them that I had not been assisted and they told me that someone more urgent came in so they cancelled me. They didnt even have the courtesy to come tell me this at 5.30 and just left me in the waiting area. The girl who originally checked me in didnt even care. The girl next to her offered me a free cup of coffee. All this salon did was humiliate me and I had to shake if off.

The staff is very unprofessional. My husband called a week ago to ask if they had a certain facial service for me, and she said, “I don’t know.” Do they not have a brochure, an aesthetician, or trained to know what services are offered? So my husband said he would call back when the manager came back. Today I figured I would make the phone call. The woman who answered introduced herself as Cindy and asked how she could help me. I was in a bubbly mood so I said, “ hey Cindy this is Cindy.” Then she HUNG UP on me! I called back and she said she hung up because she didn’t hear anything. That’s interesting because she hung up immediately after I spoke, without bothering to say, “hello?” Never going here again.
