Lots of equipment. Aqua massage is cool. Has all the latest gadgets but no classes and the staff says theyll help and make you comfortable but uh not from my experience. I asked for help with the machines and was told pretty much use my phone 🤨 and figure it out. Sigh.. looking for a new gym now!

The A/C has been inoperable for several months which impacts the comfort level of the workouts. With the temps and heat index on the rise outside, the inside temp is almost unbearable. I am shocked at a nationwide brand having such little concern as not to have resolved the issue by now. Appears to be no urgency to provide the customer with basic services paid for in their membership.

The staff is absolutely wonderful no matter the time of day. I always have issues trying to go in to scan (it is honestly my phone) and theyre always so patient and willing to help figure it out without being rude. I love this location.

I’ve been a member of this location last year in 2020 before the pandemic. It’s such a great atmosphere. I moved last summer and Brittney (not sure of spelling) was a great help over the phone. She didn’t hesitate to help me with everything I needed. Thank you!

While cleaning machines, stood very close to me on machine. Not wearing a mask and way too close for my comfort !!!

Was a little small but was still nice the employees were nice.

Quiet, not crowded and clean. Ive been to a few and this is a nice small place to go if you want to work out in relitive peace at night.

I went in to cancel my membership and the employee told me to come back on Feb 28 so I went in on that date and they told me that I had waited too late and the yearly fee would come out. They have continued to take money out of my account. When I went in they said the manager was in a meeting so they took my name and number. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear from anyone!! Don’t join this place!!

Cleaned and sanitized all day. Huge number of machines and friendly staff. Upgraded to black card for the aqua massage and total body enhancement machine. Love this place.

This is one of the better locations in terms of parking and location. Its not shoved into l a tiny shopping center with bad parking. The staff are nice and the gym is well kept.

The staff is really great here! Very professional and down to earth. The equip is always very clean and gym is always organized. Ive never been to a gym with friendlier staff. Management is awesome as well!!

This location has the greatest staff. I am not a member, but I come here with a friend on her black card membership. Staff members are always bubbly and really helpful. They keep the place clean and organized. Keep up the amazing work!

$21 a month to use all the equipment at any Planet Fitness in the country is a good deal in my opinion. But the hydro-massage beds make it all worth while.Im as relaxed as jelly. 🙃

One of the larger PF that I’ve been to. Even when it’s busy you still have plenty of room. Large ab room as well.

The customer care is fantastic, the place is always clean. Most of the time you can get assistance on machines or weight programs. It is all around a great place. To name just one service isnt fair, lol.

Cool and quiet just like i like it.

In Biloxi for work and hit the PF a few times. This one is 24/7. Never hassled me because I’m from out of town like most of them do. They have some equipment I’ve never seen at another PF anywhere I’ve been. I give them 5 stars because they deserve it.

Staff is so friendly. Atmosphere is amazing. I tan here and the beds and rooms are always clean. Plus the bulbs are never dull.

Its great here especially the massage chairs and everything else

Mario is an exceptional trainer keeps you motived and on track to succeed in your goals. I couldnt do it without his training and skills. I will follow him in his promising future!

The customer service at this location is excellent. As soon as you walk in, there is someone at the front desk asking if they can assist in any way. The facility is clean and the hours are perfect!

I love Mario lol hes an amazing fitness trainer. Hes given me a plan & while the results werent seen upfront, Im already encouraged to, stick with it. Everyone there smiles when greeting the customers & I always feel welcomed.

So far so good...I like the atmosphere, the employees do their job and I dont feel like im on observation, works for me. I just wish the showers were a bit more inviting. Theyre dim, 90% clean and the soap dispenser could be changed to real soap.

This Planet Fitness has a few more free weights than most so I liked it. Its a little smaller than some franchises Ive been to but its fine.

From the many assortment of machines, to the massage therapy room, tanning, personal trainers, locker room, and shower room the gym has so much to offer.

Great friendly staff, great training classes convenient for your schedule, and the Biloxi location is very big/open enough to not feel crowded like other locations which is a plus! I would highly recommend PF!

The people at the reception desk are always happy to see us and even know our names.

Good place to work out. No one bothers me. Employees seem to have a good attitude and usually respond quickly when notified of a maintenance issue. And, they have Communist News Network (CNN) and Fascist Obnoxious Xenophobic (FOX) news channels to look at while pedling on your fave piece of aerobic equipment.

I just recently started back at Planet Fitness and am very impressed with the remodeling and the staff members are incredibly friendly as well as helpful and encouraging!!

Average gym, just larger. However convenient.

As far as gyms go its ok. A few jock straps, and look at me, Im so hot women, but theyre in every gym. Its basic.

I travel the country for work and use the PF chain regularly... This is the largest PF Ive ever been to! It was very nice to stretch out and have plenty of room to myself :)

Went a couple of times as a guest. It wasnt horrible, but nothing special. The dumb bell weights only go to 50/60, so you pretty much have to use a machine for a lot of things. Want super busy during the times I went. Didnt use the locker room or message stuff, but it was a clean facility.

It’s a great starter gym with a chill atmosphere especially at night and in mornings. Friendly staff and clean new machines!

We go to any Planet Fitness when we travel. Biloxi has good locker rooms, updated equipment, but the hydromassage bed was not operating correctly at the time. Good place to work out overall.

It was a great feeling to have the staff encourage you before, during and after your workout.

Not a bad planet fitness. The day I was there the a/c was broken so it was like 90 degrees in there, but other than that it was pretty good. Had a friendly staff.

You can create a membership for someone without them ever stepping foot in the gym, but you cant cancel it. Only the member can... even when said member is not paying for the membership.

Planet Fitness has a cheap price of admission and its relatively clean for a gym!

They took a world gym and neutered it with the Planet Fitness brand of anti-fitness. They eventually took every squat rack and bench press out totally, and replaced them with their Smith machines, which is the only piece of exercise equipment Ive actually injured myself on, due to the angle it forces you to take on deadlifts, squats, and other Olympic lifts which are technically banned according to official franchise policies. Still, it cant be beat for ten bucks a month, and if you go at an off time the attendants will generally let you slide on the lunk alarm if you happen to grunt while challenging yourself to improve your physique in their fitness facility. Dont go the first Monday night of the month either because its pizza night and it will be unbearably crowded.
