I called them at about 7am to get a tow service, the lady said it might be about 2 hrs. I explained to her that my daughter was sitting in the car and didnt have a place to go besides sit in the car. ( the temperatures are freezing today and the wind is blowing) I asked of course if they could make it as soon as possible for that reason. They had a tow truck on its way in about 30 minutes! Perfect timing cuz my daughter has started to complain it was freezing! Since the car isnt running theres no heat, naturally.Thank you Mountainside and Hansers for taking care of my daughter!The only thing I am not happy with, and I have never seen before, is they charged me Enroute Miles in addition to the hooked miles. It was only 4 @ $3 mile but geez, I am glad it wasnt farther for him to travel from where he was to the car! 😕 It was included in my quote so the total wasnt a surprise, but nontheless.
