I spent hours and hours on the phone looking for an engine for my car. Since I don’t know a lot about cars (and don’t want to), it was a real challenge. Austin at Hanser’s answered every question I had, helped me understand how to make a decision and worked really hard to find an engine for me that would work. They were never rude or dismissive. Everything I found before I talked to them was either far more expensive, unknown condition/mileage, or would take a month to arrive (I’m without a car). Not only did they find a great engine and ship it hundreds of miles, it came immediately and was 1/2 the price of the other engines I found for the same mileage. My mechanic said that it was in great condition, was packed perfectly for shipping and had extra parts. I’m very grateful for how nice they were and how easy they made a difficult situation. Had them tow my car and replace the alternator and battery. Was happy with the speed in which it was done and the bill was quite fair.

We are a 45 Motorcoach stuck on the shoulder of I 90 with a blown engine. Hansers came with a flatbed truck, worked in the dark at 11:00 at night, and towed us 65 miles to Billings, MT to Cummins. Guys were amazing, respectful and professional. Next day they had to tow us again to another place. Again, amazing work ethic from both guys.

Tow took a little longer than anticipated but the driver was professional, reassuring when I had questions and above all kind. I would absolutely use them again especially if I had the same driver! 10 out of 10! Thank you to them for being outstanding!

We were stranded in Wyoming in our motor home. Insurance set us up with a tow from these guys. The driver called soon after and offered to go buy our tire and bring it to us to save us on the tow and a bunch of time. They swapped the rim and changed our tire right in the parking lot. The guys were prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend Hansers, and thankful to be back on the road so quickly.

Fast communication. Very nice and easy to work with. They were able to tow my car off the highway and to a shop in a timely manner even though they were extremely busy.

Hanser’s is your place for great customer service. We were moving so they let us park our car there until the transmission could be fixed. We knew our engine would need to be replaced at some point and were thinking of adding that on while the transmission was out. We didn’t need to call them though. They realized the same thing before doing the work and asked if we would like a quote to do it at the same time. Because our situation changed with cars, we ended up not doing either and should have been charged almost $100 for looking at it. Jerod wanted our service and even though we were moving they waived it without my asking. If I were staying here, we would continue to go to them. The service is worth it.

Tom went and did a recovery tow for my vehicle. It was stolen on the 13th and it was found abandoned in middle of the highway at the Toluca Interchange in Big horn County on the 17th. Talk about helpful! I had a semi truck fly by me, a rock bounced up and took out my sunroof. The guy helping me was quick with info & pricing.

I came here with what I thought I believed was an electrical issue on a trailer I had just completed a DOT annual inspection on. Come to find out the tech who showed up was able to quickly narrow down that the problem was coming from my tractor (it wasnt a fuse) and was able to perform a ridiculously quick fix and had be back on the road in no time. I was very pleased and happy that I stopped here.

Way over priced non preference tow from Montana state patrol ! Trooper said wrecker would come from Lewiston instead which is where we wanted it towed. Instead they dispatched from Billings 85 miles versus 25.Totally got screwed ! Dispatch stated quote by mileage @ 95 mi, actual was 85mi. Ended up being hourly 3.5 hours for roughfully $2300.Look for someone else. Must be in bed with MTSP. Didnt even say thanks, when paid ?!

After waiting from 4:00PM until 2:00AM for AAA to arrange towing with no vendor responses to us, AAA finally contacted Hansers whom immediately began communication with us. We would have been stranded in Montana without this towing service. Brock was our first driver that towed us to Hardin and Diaz towed our car to Billings, where finally someone could work on our car. Both drivers were professional, polite, friendly and informative about the area. This set us at ease. Their behavior says a lot about the high standard of this towing company. I had very bad experience with this guy’s, I broke down in Hardin,MT they show up after 2.5 hours when they was told me, no problem HappensThe guy who showed up disconnect the driveshaft from differential on my truck but at the end the guy get the driveshaft back and never tide up the bolts and never mention anything about... approximately 1000 miles away the worst happened.. driveshaft,bolts and yoke broke ... never trust this peopleafter I paid the towing I paid another towing and mechanic to repair their mess..

If you need Road Side, be AWARE they have hidden fees that appears later on the receipt! They have charged us for 2 hours more then supposed to be even without warning us about that! They would ask you about credit card number upfront (it will be explained as for security purposes) and the receipt would be send to you following day with overcharge!

Hansers have towed my 2015 Ram on 2 different occassions. Their office people and Tow truck drivers have always been polite and courteous. I called Chrysler tow service on one occasion and the truck was still in the same spot a day later. Ive dealt with Hansens several times on my job. They can be a bit slow getting to you, but theyve never failed to get a job done. An with no damage to my rig. The mech that helped me last was friendly and got the job done fast.

Sent out a truck to jumpstart my truck unfortunately could not get it jumpstarted. The issue was not their fault. But their driver attempted a few things before Deciding the truck needed to be towed. I highly recommend using their services. Very professional and quick. It appear they took pride in their quality of work and quality of equipment.

I had to get my Corvette towed to the dealership to get new keys programmed. They showed up earlier than scheduled and the three men that took the car were so extremely careful and amazing. With the car being so low to the ground they made sure that it didn’t scrape on anything. When I talked to the dealership they had said they were watching them unload it with the same cars they did while loading it. I was extremely impressed and so happy to see how much care they took with my car. I thought with it taking more time than expected that my bill from them would be on the higher end. Come to find out it was only about $10.00 more than what they originally quoted me (we had already talked it may be more depending on the work). Everything was fantastic all the way around. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a car towed and especially a high performance vehicle and I will be using them moving forward if I never need any of my vehicles towed. Thank you guys so much for the care and professionalism that you took with my car!

Good service and the technician was nice.But it took him four hours to arrive and 3 hrs to fix my truck. 7hrs lost for tire bust.

The only thing that could have been better was the response time. I waited for 2 hours before they arrived. I was only 1.5 miles out of town, so I didnt think it would take that long. I am very grateful for the rescue though!

Mechanic replaced (2) bulbs and spliced in connectors in less than an hour and also arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

A super friendly and helpful business! My car broke down 50 miles from Billings and Hansers was fast to respond and more than helpful in towing and diagnosing my car as well as finding a place to stay while stranded in Billings.

Only reviewing the towing service at this point. Still waiting on repairs. Sherry, the dispatcher, was upbeat, positive, accurate in giving us a worst-case scenario on towing cost for our 1983 Ford Tioga, which we couldnt restart after the engine stalled. She also gave us a very accurate time estimate. The final cost was about $250 less than her estimate, which is much better than $250 more. Nick, the tow truck driver and rescuer, was great. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, and did a great job of hitching up our 27 foot vehicle. He also let us ride in the truck, which was critical, because he had to tow us about 70 miles. Very few other options. He also expertly delivered our RV to the last available hook-up site at Hansers in Billings. We are very grateful for the expert work.

Driver called me and said he would be there in 20 minutes and was actually there in about 15 minutes. He was very professional in the way he preformed his work and explained everything to me and very courteous in the way he treated me I would recommend them to friends and family.

The gentleman that showed up was very nice and helped calm me down since I was freaking out about my car he filled up with gas let me start the car make sure it was running then took one step further let me shut off the car wait a few minutes restart it to see if it was working before he left I now know my gas gauge is broken and I need to keep it full also found out his birthday is the same month as mine amazing service will always use them
