I sat there for 2 1/2 hours and every time I would ask a question the lady would be super annoyed with me. She was very rude. I haven’t even been a week sense I got my nails done and they are already peeling and chipping. I paid for the dip nails because they are supposed to be nicer longer. Then when I call the salon they have given me the run around for 2 days now about how they will fix it because this is not okay. One tried to tell me that it’s not their problem and that I have to pay for a whole new set and the removal of these ones. Very upset. Will never go to that salon again.

My 6 year old and I went on a date, I got a pedicure, with gel polish toes and nails, and my daughter got toes and nails painted with gel polish. She wouldnt take a picture for me but they are beautiful. I appreciate people that do well at their job. Thanks so much for our first experience.

I asked about the colors and the lady got annoyed at me for wanting to choose a new color, i only took about a minute or two to choose a new one when a man came up to me and said that this was “not okay” and that i need to “sit down.” The lady doing my nails then got annoyed again when I said the nail polish was dripping down my thumb for 3 minutes and she said that i needed to “calm down” and let her “do her job.” She also shoved my hand in the dryer when she said I had the wrong hand in there and then scraped off the nail polish again. Long story short, these employees are rude and obviously not trained well based off of their behavioral disobedience.

Seemed to demand gel nails because they dry faster and charge more for them. Long wait even though I had an appointment. Terrible pedicure. The acrylic nails were not on straight.

I came to the nail salon to remove tips and dip and not get anything put back on. While I was sitting with my fingers in the chemicals for twice the amount of time they should have been, my nail tech went and started a different clients pedicure with gloves on. When the nail tech came back to finish my nails she didn’t change or take off her gloves from the pedicure. On top of all this a couple different employees used rude language towards me when I asked simple questions. I asked where I can wash my hands and I was told by a male nail tech to “Do what ever you want” multiple times until another Coustomer told me where the sink was. Over all horrible experience. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

This was the most lazy pedicure I have ever gotten. She did not remove my cuticles and I got gel polish so it is bubbling and chipping off already. She barely scrubbed my feet, did not clean out my toenails or remove any dead skin from my toes. She also kept getting up during my pedicure and walking around the salon but not doing anything. My chair leaked water all over the floor and it soaked my shoes as well as my mothers shoes. If I could put no stars instead of 1 I would.

Went in without an appointment and waited about 25 minutes, for a pedicure and a manicure. They both came out well. I had a picture on my phone to show them and they followed through. The manicure process was okay, but the pedicure was what made the trip worth it. Relaxing and done well.

Had acrylic nails done on 7/19 and by 7/21 I had nails falling off. I have never had this problem anywhere else! I would not recommend this place.

Do not come here for eyebrow waxing if your eyebrows do not have natural arches. They are clearly not trained on how to use the symmetry of your face to shape your eyebrows.

My mother in law was in town visiting this last weekend we went to get our nails done on 3/20. We scheduled an appointment and when we got there, there was only 4 people working and 8 people who had been waiting 45 minutes+ past their appointment times. We were treated very rudely and rushed by staff. They continued to answer phones and schedule more and more appointments while doing our nails. Extremely unprofessional. We spent $60 on both of our gel polish sets and today (3/23) my gel is completely cracked and chipped. Two of my nails the gel polish has chipped off. Super disappointed with the experience we had and we will not be going back! Don’t waste your money here.

I got a shellac manicure that didn’t even last 24 hours. The whole process itself took 20 minutes and most places it would take about an hour. I asked multiple times for little fixes and was made to feel like an inconvenience

This place is an absolute joke I had an appointment for 2:30 today and I just walked out they kept taking people to get there toes and nails done and wouldn’t take me back for my scheduled appointment

They were 1 hour late for our appointment and then they rushed and did not even clip 1 of our toes (there were 3 of us). They did not put salt in water to soak our feet and our water was cold by the time we sat there for 1 hour waiting. One of us did not get their feet scrubbed. Will not go back to this place.

My friend and I came in about 17 minutes before closing. (bad people I know ;)) I got a manicure which was understandably rushed. Her daughter got her nails painted ($7) and her polish came off almost immediately. I thought it might have been because her daughter was young, but my polish from Saturday is already chipping off some of it came off in one big piece/ it peeled off. I think it was gel, or gel type polish and to cure it she used a regular light bulb on the station table and a fan. I have had other manicures before and the polish has stayed on longer, so Im disappointed. My friend after getting her full set told me that her fingers hurt. Ive gotten a full set other places and my fingers didnt hurt, so thats a bit concerning. I unfortunately wont come back.

Sister and I went for pedicures. They gave us no direction, the water was boiling hot on my sisters side and mine was lukewarm, didnt let us pick colors before hand, (no direction) it was an older lady, and when it came to the messaging part, she literally only touched my feet twice, she just rubbed my legs the whole time ! U Nail and Spa is one of my favorite nail salons. The owner looks like she knows how to run a business and maintains her customers satisfaction standards; I respect that. I felt that knew what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. The salon was clean and the prices are reasonable. Relaxing atmosphere and comfortable.

My hunt for a good nail place ends. I think I found my favorite. Very nice and clean environment! The staffs are very professional and friendly! Second, the quality of their products and work is impeccable. I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant and relaxing experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon!! Im looking forward to continuing to frequent!

I came into u nails to get a fill - I showed them what I was wanting, the gentleman that would be doing my nails said he could do it with the exception of a couple nail art designs on the nail... totally fine I had no problem with that. BUT then we get to the point where it would be time to do the art and he pulls out the top coat and says “no nail art, okay?” Like what.... you said you could and now at the end of my service you want to say you can’t?! And it’s not like I was wanting any extravagant design - mostly simple lines and filled in with color. He even showed me other nails he had done and asked if those were okay - I said sure I just want something flashy and fun. Needless to say I ended up leaving with 2 solid color nails, no art, and no top coat (no top coat was my choice) sorry, not going to be charged an extra 10$ for a top coat I can do myself at home. I am highly disappointed - I’ve been going to them for years for pedicures. I will not be back. Don’t say you can do something to make a quick buck when you can’t.

Had a bad day and wanted to do something for myself so I walked into this place I’ve never been before to see if I could get my nails done. Within 10 minutes I was able to sit down and get acrylic nails done by a guy named Tony (I think that was his name.) He was able to do a full set of acrylics in under 40 minutes. They turned out amazing and I am much happier now :D

My life falls apart when my nails chip and these folks are here to piece my life back to 100%, whenever I need them. They are talented when it comes to detail. This the most relaxing trip to the nail salon Ive ever had! Would highly recommend and I LOVE them so much. And LOVE my color!

Went here on a whim because I saw the good reviews and it was close to my work. Has a great selection of shellac colors and dipping powder to choose from. They were so WONDERFUL! Esspecially …. . they took the time and made sure I loved my nails! The result all was good and calming place. WILL definitely be returning when its time for a fill!

OMG! I love my nails!!! I decided to visit a new location near home. These is my new best option. Once I enter the nail salon its very warm and inviting. The service itself is performed with the utmost attention to detail, without taking a long time to do. The whole experience was very pleasant and at ease. Already booked my next one with them.

On July 3rd I got a full set and I loved them!! The male who did mine did a wonderful job. About 3 or 4 weeks later I went back for a fill. I had a women do them and not only did she do them not the way I asked, she also did the fill incorrectly so I had a bunch of my nails start to chip so I had option but to take them all off. I love this place because it is cheap but I don’t recommend getting a fill and when you schedule and appointment ask for the male. He does a WAY better job!

Horrible nail service. The drill was dirty, didn’t push my cuticles back and cut them. Left the cuticles alone. I had to push and cut them at home!! Nails length varies, nail thickness varies. My whole nail wasn’t covered with the acrylic. When he had the drill going it was too fast causing pain when I told him it hurt he said “ that’s because your nails are thin and I’m doing small ones” I haven’t had my nails done in over a year! This was just the manicure!!!My pedicure- water was barley warm. They used a CHEESE GRATER on my feet no joke! And the polish is already chipped I haven’t even had this a week yet! If I could give no stars I would $125.00 down the drain! Won’t go back there again, don’t waste your hard earned money on this establishment

The lady who did my nails completely messed them up. she didnt do the right color, she messed up the shape on pretty much every nail. i told her matte she did glossy. she spent no time on them at all. they arent even smoothed our. theyre bumpy. i would not recommenddd 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️ i got them done for prom too 🤦🏼‍♀️

The man who did my pedicure started 10 minutes after the person who gave my friend a pedicure started, and ended 10 minutes earlier. My friend was very happy with her experience...I was very unhappy with mine. I went on Saturday, September 7. There were about four women and one man working. I will not let him do my service again. He was uninterested in whether I had a good experience. My friend was giving me the gift of a pedicure for my birthday and I left feeling very cheated out of the good experience I was expecting.

Came in on a Monday around 5. I was immediately greeted and helped. I came in because my gel manicure was lifting and Id been picking at it all day. I dont like drills removing my polish and they listened when I told them I wanted it soaked off. It took more time, but its just better for my nails/lessens the wear. Since this isnt my normal salon and I already felt guilty cheating on my home salon thats over 1500 miles away I opted to just get a classic manicure. My cuticles were pushed and trimmed back well. The shape of my nails was ehhhh but I requested for short, short nails so the subpar shaping wasnt as noticeable. I opted for a sheer shimmer polish so its kind of difficult to mess up. Overall it was okay. $20 for the manicure and $5 for the gel removal. I will say, the salon (surfaces) is kind of dusty/gritty. They did use freshly sanitized nail tools.

My sister and I showed up for our appointment at 10 and all the doors were locked and there was no one inside. We made this appointment a week in advance and drove all the way across town and waited for 30 minutes and no one showed. They never called us and there were other customers waiting and trying to open the doors. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Stopped in last minute to get my nails done for a wedding I was in. They were closing soon and I said Id wait until the next day, but the staff told me to come in. They gave me the royal treatment! They were kind and did exactly what I asked. The nails didnt lift either. Highly recommend!!! If I lived in Billings, Id be back!

This place is very good for first time. Me and my mom went there just to get our fingernails done. The only down side was that it was a little pricey but other wise it was good

I am not impressed with how my acrylics turned out at all!!! I walked in after reading some good things about this place and was very disappointed when I walked out! My nails look absolutely terrible I called a different salon right after to get them corrected!!! If I could give this place a zero I would. I have never had my nails looked this bad. They looked better with nothing on them and that says a lot. They didnt take their time on them like they should have, they arent the same length, some are a little crooked, and I could go on.

I called in at 11am to schedule an eyebrow apt and the main lady who owns it stated I did not need an apt and to just walk in. So I walked in as told to do so and she said I needed to schedule an apt and I told her what she said to me and she replied “ you didn’t make an appointment so..” needless to say she is very unprofessional and does not treat customers with respect as I would have set an appointment if she said I needed to when I had called in. I will not go back.

Occasionally Ill stop in for a nail fix when my nail lady of 5+ years is unavailable. Unfortunately I needed a full set this time. The service was sloppy and my nails were poorly done. There was even a moment where he had gone outside to smoke and I had to file my nails evenly before he put the gel polish on. The environment was tense and the technician (also assuming the owner) was rough and aggressive. The facility was disorganized and dirty. This establishment is not even worth a general nail repair. Seems like theyre more concerned with making money than establishing their business as the owner kept taking clients he didnt have time for-hence the rush, poor quality of service, and overwhelmed/aggressive behavior. I will be taking my business and minor nail repairs elsewhere.

TOTALLY DISGUSTED! First time there wont be back. Some nails are round, since are square, some are pointed. I told the guy to fix them, he wouldnt. Pretty sure the tools were dirty, I know the buffer was. He was done in less than 10 minutes. RIDICULOUS!!! NO TIP FOR YOU! I SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN PAID FOR IT. DISCUSTED!!

From start to finish U Nail and Spa was top notch. Awesome service, great prices. Clean and lots of natural light. They do a fantastic job and never leave me disappointed. The staff truely makes you feel special. Absolutely the cleanest salon I have been to. I would reccomend U Nail and Spa to anyone.

My nails look okay, I did the sns manicure, they are thicker than iam used to. The owner himself did them and did not have the patience to do a good job with the glitter so one of the girls had to take over and apply more glitter to cover up a hair that had gotten stuck in the polish. Everyone showed up 15-20 minuets late this morning. I would not recommend doing any waxing service here... They do not have training to perform it the right way. They have no idea of what they are doing in that department... The girl I was talking to said she had to work 7 days a week because they are so short staffed.

Do you like having your nails bleed? Then this place is for you! Look no further, your nails will bleed and youll be in pain for days! :) seriously dont bother with this place.

Clumsy me broke one of my nails a few days later and drove to this shop for fixing. She was AMAZING as people are constantly coming in for her! Its like a short nap and then I wake up to pretty fingers! I wont allow anyone else to touch my nail after going here.

They are quick and cheap but not good or clean. They reuse drill bits without cleaning them in between clients. They also will pop off your acrylics with another fake nail tip then will put that nail tip back into their boxes. The tip that was just dug under someones acrylic nail.

Tony is a magician! I asked for a full set of 80s dragon lady pink & whites...that is exactly what he gave me! They are beautiful! Ive been wearing acrylics since 1986 so Im quite picky! Whenever Im in town I will be stopping in!

They always get me in quick to see lindsay! She does great work and is quick and efficent. When I break my nails they fix them no problem. I like this place and will keep coming back

First of all, they didn’t clean ANY of their supplies. My friend and I went there and we asked for specific designs and they said that they could do them both. Other than both of our nails looking completely different from the photos that we showed them, and having to spend as much as we paid for the nails to get nail polishes to fix the things, they used an illegal acrylic product called MMA. It is an acrylic used for dental fills and flooring solutions. The FDA has banned this from all nail salons but I guess U-Nail is so cheap that they have to use this. The lady that did my nails did then so bad that they literally fell off and left my nails so damaged and dried out with dark red indents at the bottom. The male Tony who did my friends nails made them super thin and when she tried to take them off they wouldn’t. We soaked them in 100% acetone for at least 3 hours and a little bit came off and then we drilled them for like an hour and they still didn’t come completely off. Just a heads up for anyone who is considering on going to this place to get your nails done, I would not recommend to anyone!

I was in and had a pedi and had my nails totally replaced last week. OMG Ive done nothing but try and FIX my nails since I left. Not one nail is in uniform with the next, 1 is crooked (gal says oh he will fix it)... 😡😡.... He needs to GO BACK TO SCHOOL! IF HE IS EVEN CERTIFIED!!! The old owners may have had drama there but you new owners suck!!! Whats that,, another $125.00 out the window..... Do it right or dont do it at all.....

I have only had one other experience that was as bad as this. The gentleman cut my nails too short then told me it was my fault I couldnt have the round shape because my nails were too short!!! The paint job was a mess with paint left on the palm side of my fingers and built up along my cuticles. Will not go back unless I specifically ask for another technician.

This has been the BEST nail experience Ive had have! Im a traveler and had a bad exoerexper in Burlington iowa last month. Thankfully Tony was able to gracefully fix their mistakes while making me feel at home! He took his time on my medi/pedi even taught me the purpose of sheilding my real nails to keep them healthy and string! I loved my experience and plan to bring another guest when I visit again!!

Went in and got a fill, had black on before and it showed underneath and on the sides, told them I didn’t like it and they told me I’d have to pay to get them redone in order for the black to be gone.. won’t ever be going back!

I almost never give reviews but my stop here for a dip powder manicure was such a disappointment. This is the first manicure I have ever received where the old polish was not even all removed. Technician just seemed apathetic. I am still scrubbing polish off my skin and noticing missed spots!
