I do not ever post reviews but this experience is worth reviewing. I have gone to many nail places in my lifetime of living in Billings Montana and I have never had this great of an experience with any of them. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. They make sure that you are the most comfortable and they will not settle for anything less. Dave, one of the owners, makes sure everyone is taken care of at all times. He refuses to let anyone leave with nothing but the best experience. This business is much more than a business and they care for each and every customer. I will forever go to VIP nails for my nail needs. It is about so much more than nails to them.

Never have had a pedicure before. My wife took me. The staff is fantastic! Feet feel fantastic! And Champagne to boot! 😁

David the owner was so welcoming from the second we walked in! Jennifer was so patient with me while she did my shellac pedi. My dip mani came out so amazing. I wish I could give this 10 stars because that is the kind of service my girls and I received today. Thank you so much David and girls! Wish I lived here to become a regular!

Oh my goodness, I am so relaxed. David does such a great feet massage and paint job. Decent price. The shop is super clean and festive. Love their fountain inside. Plenty of parking.

Besides not having the correct appointment set for our nails, and the dramatic fight that took place between staff... our nails were rushed and the dip polish on my nails are way to thick near the cuticle . The price doesnt match the results. They did try to accommodate but its subpar.

When I call for an openings, they say yes BUT, when I get there they say, no openings, they dont have any openings. This has happened two times in a row...

So I have not been to a lot of place to get Pedicures but I like the clean ness and my Toes love it. I like the chairs they give a great Message.

My mom and I came here for a couple spa pedicures. It was a fabulous experience, their prices are very reasonable and the pedicures were fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxing and we will definitely be back.

Very nice employees. Sister and I both had gel pedicures done and hers turned out great. My nails ended up crooked and unevenly polished. My cuticles were covered in polish as well as the sides of my nail beds. Its been 2 days and the polish is completely gone on one of my toes.

Worst nail job ever! Half fast job due to squeezing 2 people in at same time...few nails are crooked & all but 2 are not smooth & glossy looking like they should be...plus after a quick fix David said he wouldnt charge me $5 for the rhinestones but did anyway...Bad Business!
