Kaylee gave me a great haircut. She spent a lot of time and she listened to what I wanted and suggested. She did a super color job too. We were traveling from out of town. My husband got an incredible hair cut from Tony. He also spent a lot of time on his style. So nice to be so well treated knowing we might never be back. But we highly recommend!

Had my hair colored. My hair is blond she turned it gray. I had chemical burns and open sores all over my head. Was charged $165 for this nightmare. I ended up having to cute my hair very short because it was so fried. I called the owner and got a response that the stylist rent the chairs and she really doesn’t know what they do. I wish I could post pictures of the open sores. It was horrible. Just an FYI no offer of a refund was extended even after I showed her the pictures.

Dana Shy is an expert! She has been cutting and coloring my hair for 15-20 years and always exceeds my expectations! I recently took a picture of a balayage hair style to update my hair color and she knocked it out of the park! It looks so natural and blends well with my natural hair color and skin tone. It looks even better than I was picturing! She has a natural ability at selecting color and bringing out the best in her clients. I even lived out of the state for years going to school and still travelled back to Billings to see her. Very happy with my results! Thank you Dana!

Chriti is the best! Super knowledgeable, professional, and such a great soul! She has done layers, cuts, and a bayalage for me and she does an amazing job! Definitely check her out!

Just needed a quick trim and walked in without an appointment. I was in and out in less than a half hour for a very reasonable price. Teresa was super friendly and did a great job, would recommend her to anyone :)

I got my first Brazilian Blowout 4.24.15 along with a cut and color. It was the first time I went through the process of choosing a permanent color for my hair, but Ashlee walked me through it, mixed up some magic and it turned out perfectly! Exactly the color I was wanting! It was also the first time for a Brazilian Blowout and I would highly recommend it to EVERYONE! I love it...... my hair is frizz-free and holds a straight look or a curly look all day! My hair is in the best shape now and I love it!! Thanks again Ashlee!

Extremely disappointed with Samantha Downey. I got my hair done yesterday. I only went in for a cut and conditioning treatment. I asked about the price to dye my roots. The price sounded nice, however, I was on a time crunch to return to work. She kept pressuring me to just let her dye it and assured me I would have plenty of time. She said it would take an hour, no more, so I let her dye my hair. Time was passing quickly so I ended up having to leave with wet hair. By the time my hair dried I had multiple people tell me there were chunks of brown not dyed. I took a look and she literally only dyed the top roots and left everything underneath untouched. I called back to inform her of this. All I was asking was for it to be fixed. She tells me I have to pay for it. I ask to speak to a manager and she refuses to hand the phone off. She tries to tell me because I was limited on time that is why she did a poor job of dying it. If that was the case, she should have told me there wasnt enough time and scheduled an appointment rather than looking for immediate money and doing a poor job. I am very disappointed. There is no customer satisfaction. I felt unappreciated. If you make a mistake you need to be mature enough to admit it and have the worth ethic and moral to fix it for free.

They have no idea what theyre doing. Worst salon experience of my life. I will let everyone know how much they dont care about their clients and how their clients hair turns out. I left there crying hysterically and they had the nerve to ask me to still pay. Ashlee absolutely ruined my hair.

They cut me hair way to short I asked for it to be shoulder length but instead the cut is up to my neck

In town on business, and decided to get a blow out. Looked up salons by ratings and the Ritzz was accomadating on short notice. Within 2 hours of calling the salon, i was in a chair getting my hair shampood and dried by Kayla. Thanks for the great hair Kayla and my husband was like damn girl 🤗. Great experiance and salon and highly recommended!

I have no more eyebrows... Thanks. I was extremely disappointed. I had a picture in my hand of what I wanted them to look like, and she just did something completely different. If youre going there to get your eyebrows done, please reconsider. I am now too embarrassed to go out in public, or take any type of picture.

Would not recommend for perms. My stylist combed out my curls after removing my rollers. This left my perm limp and straighter than I had asked. Disappointed with the outcome of my perm, especially for the expensive price.
