I have been going to Galaxy Nails for a little over two years. I have always loved my nails. However, lately they have no been good. I went in with three designs. One was easy, one medium, and one hard, I always do this not knowing the skill level of the nail artist. I then let them pick the one they think. My nail lady yesterday would not pick. She just said “ I don’t know”. I then said I would love any of them she picked. She still would not give me an opinion or anything. I finally picked a nail. She then asked me to pick the red. I told her whatever she thought would be closest to the picture. As a professional I thought she would help me find one. She did not help me. She told me to ask her boss. I was a customer, I should not have to interrupt another nail appointment to ask. That should be the employees job. Then they didn’t have the stuff for the design. I was fine with this and picked another design. I am totally understanding if it is too hard for the nail artist. I would just like this communicated and I would have gladly chose another. The nails turned out horrible. I called to let them know I was not happy with my nails. They scheduled me an appointment the next morning. I walked in and they were not very happy to help me. They only fixed one of the nails and it turned out worse than before. They are the professionals if something isn’t going to work they should tell me. I will be finding a new place to get my nails done. If you continue to go here I suggest always asking for TK or Andy. They are the best!

I travel and had stopped in to get my nails done. My nails barely made it 24 hours. I had a huge chip that I repaired. A few days later I had another one and one week from the day of getting dip nails done they were lifting. I went to get them re-done at a salon in another state and they said I had fungus on my nail due to the lifting. I contacted them and after the request to see the nails they took 4 days to tell me that they would re-do them but not refund me. I had already explained that I was in Utah and no where near them. They said “so sorry”. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however, $55 for nails that don’t last and their unwillingness to refund for poor workmanship unfortunately means I needed to let others know. I have included pics.

Im only writing a review because I think others need to understand that this place is great but the downfall is a charge for everything. For example, I got a gel pedicure and when I came back they charged me $5 to take the gel off that they put on. Keep in mind I had already paid for the previous pedicure and now they want me to pay for it to come off 🤦. I dont like when people charge for every little thing especially when it comes to services that dont really need to be charged. Im not telling anyone how to run their business and Im not going to come back there if they continue to do this every single time that I go. Just saying that it is petty to do that. If you put the gel on and I come and already pay for it why are you charging me $5 to take it off on top of a $52 pedicure that Im paying for.I can give it to Trang, She is consistent with her work. Shes talented and does awesome designs. Although again they always charge for every little thing. I came in one time to get one design and it was $20 then the next time it was $30. The price just keeps going up. I wasnt feeling good that day and really needed a pick me up but unfortunately galaxy nails failed me with all their numerous charges.

They have such great customer service. I came here a day ago to get gel and they did not do the best job so I left a review and they immediately replied and emailed me to come back so they could fix them free of charge. Normally I would not come back but I have gone to galaxy before and they do a great job. I came back the next day to get them fixed but instead of just getting gel I got acrylics with Andy. He did an amazing job! I highly recommend coming here.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This was hands down the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had. I actually had to go back to have the manager “fix it” and the photos of the “fixed,” completely redone pedi.. completely uneven, not painted to the edges. Then I called to get a refund and I got LECTURED. DONT EVER GO HERE, worst salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve had countless pedicures. Horrendous!!! AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME

The man doing my nails rushed through the appointment, acted liked he didnt want to be there, gave me almond shape when I asked for squoval (I should have said something, but figured they would still look okay), did nothing with my cuticles, and his station was not clean. My nails look like press on nails and are SO bulky and thick. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

I went in a couple days ago to get a pedicure and it was easily the worst pedicure experience i’ve ever had. i asked for french tip with a simple flower nail art. i showed the man an inspo pic and asked if he could do something like this, he said yes. i asked for the flower to be pink, he brought over a neon pink and i asked if he had more of a baby pink. he then told me he would rather i get the flower white so i agreed. then when he was going to do the flower he told me i shouldn’t do a flower that he’s going to do something else instead. annoyed i said fine just trying to get out of there. so not only did i not receive what i went in for but the price was outrageous for the service i got. i would never recommend this place to anyone

Went into Galaxy for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were spotless. Also they were fully staffed and were able to start my pedicure even though I was early to my appointment. I will definitely be returning!

I’m not from Montana, I’m visiting. it was a last minute decision to get my nails done. Macy and Heidi were very accommodating and extremely nice. Macy seems to be very busy and good with keeping track of appointments, phone calls, and multitasking in general. My only concern was the cleanliness of tools. I am a nail tech myself in South Carolina, and I pay extremely close attention to cleanliness. I think with some updated pedicure chairs,(mine was very wobbly and old) updated towel warmers and UV sanitizers for tools, fresh paint, and decorations this place could be top notch!

I always have a great experience here! Prices are fair pedicure is very enjoyable. They are very efficient, and friendly in the work place. ❤

Waited forever just to have a rushed nail set that didn’t even last 2 days. The nail art was also horrible 0-10 do not recommend. There is pictures of my nails 2 days after && also pictures of what I asked for and what I got .

I took my mom for her birthday to get pedicures and have never been so embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and quality of work at this establishment. I made an appointment at 11am for two pedicures. By the time mine started, hers was done. I had to wait 45 minutes with my feet in cold water waiting for someone to even acknowledge that I was there on time for an appointment for a pedicure. Then my $56 pedicure only lasted 10 minutes. Basically all she did was cut my nails and put new polish on. What a rip off. I will never go back again and will tell everyone I know to not go there. DO NOT GO HERE.

The service was good but she messed up the shape of my nails so bad and the design was okay. I’m not going back here.

I came in from out of town and was able to get a great nail tech. TK did a wonderful job. I came back again 2 weeks later when I came back into town and TK filled my nails. Both times I was super happy, the visit was quick, conversation was entertaining even though I didn’t talk much. I highly recommend Galaxy!

Do not go here. I’ve given them two chances and both times were awful. Each time I’ve made an appointment and have had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I thought the long wait was due to me requesting specific people to do my nails, but that wasn’t the reason because they put me with someone I didn’t request. My nails look awful they are rough and the color is uneven throughout the nail. It took them 20 minutes to do my artificial nails and you can tell by the quality of work it was done hastily. There are better places to get your nails done than here.

I loved this place, I think I had the main woman there and really enjoyed her work, and watching her do like five different things along with my nails. Definitely great nail set and art, I came wanting something close to a picture I had but I was most impressed with how wonderfully better they came out. I made an appointment a couple days ahead and waited for about 5-10 minutes. Definitely will return!

I was referred to this nail salon by one of my friends who go here. I was nervous because it was my first time going in but the staff made me feel comfortable and they were all really nice. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job. I got exactly what I wanted. Her name was Trang. I really recommend her. 💕 will definitely be going here more often.

Got a pedicure here on Sunday, as my usual place was closed. Nail tech was polite and did a fine job on my nails, aside from the actual polishing. I had to go through to clip and file away all of the shellac that was hanging off my nails and stuck to my cuticles/in my nail beds. Also, $15 extra for gel polish is just a ridiculous amount to charge. Next time I’ll just wait it out and go to my usual place.

Went to galaxy nails today to have my nails fixed after a not so great set of nails. Tk did an amazing job, was friendly, professional and my nails look incredible! This will be my new go to nail spot. He explained every step of the process, took his time and paid really close attention to detail. I’d never had my nails done here before and was really impressed. Thanks for the great experience!

I could have done a better job painting my toes myself. The polish is uneven and messy. The nail technician wasnt paying attention, forgot to cut my cuticles on one foot at the beginning then went back with the dremel to cut my cuticles after polish and cut me. Left the salon sixty dollars poorer, bleeding, and completely unsatisfied.

The waiting period wasn’t that long, they did my nails amazingly, and they’re not super expensive like my hometown!! 100/10

I had a scheduled appointment with Macy to remove my acrylic nails.. What I didnt know is that you are supposed to soak them in acetone for awhile to slowly take them off.. Well Macy did the exact opposite and shoved a plastic nail in between my real nail and the arcylic nail and POPPED THEM OFF. I was jumping out of my chair, in pain, asking if this is normal and she is nodding yes so I sadly let her continue to ruin my nails ( first time with acrylics, a beginner with nails) as she is forcing the nail off. She buffed them out and put a little cuticle oil on them and that was it. I sadly would not recommend this place. My nails are in pain, and I am very worried they are not going to be the same.

I called and asked for the wait time and they were very responsive and quick!💕 they took me in right away and i showed cheng a picture and she added her own creativity into the nail art I wanted and i LOVE it i’m definitely going back to her! she took her time & made sure my cuticles were on point! Had a really good experience, even though they were busy they were really professional and made sure everyone was heard and greeted! Super friendly & funny and great customer service! They did a great job on my pedicure. I had a dip manicure done and in less than a week the top coat started pealing off. I went in to see if they would fix it, but just fixed one nail, even though it was all of them.

We got six full pedi’s at once and they were WONDERFUL! All six of the technicians were so nice and so good at their job. We all left very happy and refreshed.

They were fast and friendly and even though they were busy they were able to get me in right away! : )

The nail techs are really nice and they always do an absolutely perfect job. Every visit here I have been super happy with my nails and they have tons of gel colors to choose from.

This was by far the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. They barely soaked my feet. Not all my toenails were filed. I still have calluses. No lotion was used. The manicure was worse. The manicurist kept digging her nails into my fingers. While grinding my gel polish of, she cut five of my fingers/cuticles. She left my cuticles cut and ragged. Again no lotion. And there was still polish left on my cuticles. So now I have to go get another pedicure and I have stinging tiny cuts on five fingers. Please, dont go here!

Good prices considering that I always get quality work done here. The store is always clean and the nail techs are very polite and accommodating for anything I need. Ive seen a few of their techs for services but TK is my absolute fave. He did an amazing job on my nails and even taught me a few things about how its done and gave me some cool ideas for next time.

Just awful!!!! I want to it be relaxing when I get my nails done not to be rushed and sloppy! Today my mom and I went I got my nails done and she got her feet done. First time going there... I wout ever go back! They cut my moms foot and one of my fingers and the lady that was doing my nails she did a rush job.. I went and got nail polish and fixed where she missed.... $57.00 for a cheap job... I don’t think so... I’ll go somewhere better!! I don’t recommend it at all!!!!

So only reason this isnt a 5 star review is because my last visit with my wife and daughter wasnt amazing. My wife and daughter both got a pampering and treated really well in their visit, however for mine, I was rushed, my nail art is also coming apart after 1 day. Glad they were able to take care of my wife and daughter, however with my nails already coming unpainted, im sorely unimpressed.

It was great super relaxing I LOVED IT! It was my first pedicure so I splurged with the most expensive one and I DO NOT regret a single penny! I’m not sure my pedicurists name but she did a great job!!!

John is an excellent artist, just have to show him what I want and he does it. Am always impressed with his work on my nails every time I get a fill. TK also does a great job! Everyone there is always super nice and professional. Love going there for my nails!

Typically i get their version of the nails, which is close at best. I loved the outcome of my visit but there was some confusion and one of the workers was distracted and didn’t give me the needed attention for a good job. However she directed me to another worker who did a very nice job so it was just a uncomfortable beginning but ended up not ruining my visit.

Took my daughter and I on a walk in and were totally satisfied 😌.

My finger was pushed on so much trying to separate it from the acrylic glue so she could file the sides of my nail, that my skin was actually split open. My left hand wasn’t cured long enough and doesn’t have a nice glossy finish to it, where my right hand was cured properly and has a beautiful shine to it. The edges on a few of my fingers are rough, and the color goes up onto/past my cuticle in some spots. The files she used on me were not new and it was easy to see that. After she was done with putting the clear acrylic powder on my nails, she wiped the brush off and put it back into where her other brushes were. The towel was not changed from the customer before me (and maybe had been there all day). I am not usually one to complain, but because of the sanitation issues and our current situation, and that I paid $65 and could’ve made my nails look better at home, I am going to. The staff was incredible, they were all smiling and cheerful the whole time. I am just unhappy with the service itself.

My first time here was not a good experience.The person who helped me did not communicate with me well. I felt ignored during my appointment, and even though I was not satisfied with the product, I felt manipulated to like it because they said it ‘looked so good.’ My nails look like thick press on’s from the dollar store but worse, for $62!!

So this is my first time coming here. Just moved from Miami to Billings. If nails places did this kind of job in Miami, they wouldn’t be in business.First off; the pedi was amazing. She did a great job.The issue was with my finger nails. She removed my acrylics painfully, once shoving the fake nail she used to pry the acrylic off under my natural nail. And apparently I am unaware, but there must be an Olympic event for how fast you can get someone out of your chair. I got dip done, like I did for years before this, and it’s just sloppy. I still have pink all over my fingers, and she tried to pick it off my skin using her finger nails. I asked for a gel top coat for the extra shine, she did not do this.Total I paid $120 before tip for fingers and toes. Not a good value for what I received. Most likely will not come back here.

Very pleased with our experience. We called and they were able to get us in within 20-25 minutes. Everyone working was kind and actually talked with us instead of seating us and being quiet or only talking to each other. I thought that I was set on my nail idea but they ultimately talked me out of it and into something I love much more. The price also was very reasonable also. I will definitely be back soon!

They ripped off my nails I had on it hurt so bad! I asked why he didnt soak them he said it takes to long! Used a nail tip & went under my old set! I know this is not how your supposed to do that! It damages your nails! To put new set on cause he said he couldnt do white tips without a new set! Then had me move chairs & she put tips on & finished them! Definitely wont be going back! If you want white tips dont go there! Or wanna keep your nails healthy! Do not recommend
