From the moment I called Dr. Johnsons office to set up an appointment, to the time I walked out the door, I was impressed by the friendly, courteous staff, and the professionalism in which they took care of their patients. Not only was I impressed by their staff, but the facility was top notch. It was obvious that Dr. Johnson had the top of the line equipment, and the office itself was clean and fresh. Dr. Johnson was positive, encouraging and reassuring throughout my procedure, allowing me to relax at my appointment. My aftercare was also well taken care of, as they sent me home with a convenient care package with my prescription and instructions inside. Dr. Johnson even made a personal phone call to check on my progress. I was happy to report minimal pain and quick healing, thanks to him!I highly recommend Dr. Johnson at The Billings Dentist!

Dr. Johnson is friendly and immediately puts me at ease when I come in. I feel like he is efficient, competent, honest and thorough as a dentist. His assistants are all equally friendly and accommodating. The receptionist is particularly nice and acts like she remembers me every time I come in. (Can it be? She sure makes me feel good, in any case!)Its a great environment, and they take good care of my dental needs.

Edit: They did end up working with me and my insurance and refunded some of the money back. I do appreciate them going out of there way to work with me and right a wrong. Beautiful facility and caring staff.The customer service was great but after 2 appointments they just decided to tell me they dont work with Delta Dental and are now making me pay $500. I couldve saved myself the money and went elsewhere and now I owe them money because of their negligence with not telling me my insurance wouldnt work. I am very upset and angry with this business.

Dr. Johnson goes above and beyond to provide compassionate state of the art dental services. He has taken care of our family for many years and he and his staff are genuinely interested in the well being of their patients. I have a terrible gag reflex and he is able to work efficiently to minimize it. He even helped my daughter in her dental school application process. She said it was because of DrJohnson she wants to be a dentist, and is now in her second year of dental school. I recommend him to all my friends.

The office and facilities are what you expect for a first class dentist. Dr. Johnson cares about his patients as if you where family. He delivers expert service without cutting any corners and will give you advice that fixes any deficiencies there might be. The staff is exceptional and offers you healthy beverages when you walk into the office, they are friendly and accommodating to your needs. The fish tank is a welcome site in Montana were you are far from any ocean, offering a glimpse of a far destination that I would like to visit. Overall Dr. Johnson and his staff has offered quality and consistent cares over the years and I am very glad to be in his care and the staff.

Dr. Johnson has been my dentist for the last ten years. I originally saw him for some cosmetic work, but continued for general dentistry as I was very pleased with the thoroughness of his examinations, his explanations of my options, and the efficiency with which treatment was delivered. His dental assistants are very well trained, thorough, and very pleasent. I did in fact recommend Dr. Johnson to a part-time neighbor who had an emergency problem while visiting here from New York. The neighbor was very pleased with the treatment he received.

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnsons since he opened a practice in Billings. He is always genuinely friendly and engaged, and I feel like I have his undivided attention at each appointment. He is thorough and precise, and has a great awareness of the little details. Every filling I have had done by him blends flawlessly with the rest of my teeth - I couldnt tell you which have been worked on and which havent! Dr. Johnson is also very easy to work with when it comes to planning out the work I need to have done. He discusses what should be the first priority, and then explains the processes in detail. They are good at staying updated, and have some amazing new x-ray technology. Dr. Johnson is very personable with all his patients. I felt he was thorough and did not rush doing my fillings. My husband and I have been patients for years, so of course we scheduled for our 1.5 y/o to have his first introductory appointment with Dr. Johnson. It was such a great experience! Dr. Johnson and Tristie were so great with our little guy. They made the chair and lights so exciting, let him hold a little exam mirror, brushed his teeth with a new toothbrush, and he was so comfortable that he even let Dr. Johnson polish his teeth! And of course there were a lot of high fives and a toy from the prize box at the end. I was a little nervous that he would cry or be scared, but they made everything so fun and easy! My husband and I also had cleanings the same day, and Brenda worked with us to get my sons appointment scheduled between ours, which was so convenient!
