Aaron was very helpful. His final price was actually lower than his quoted price. The guys who changed my motorhome tires worked effectively and did a great job. I highly recommend this shop for their integrity in business and quality of work.

This place was not bad. We loved the prices! They told us that they could get us right in, but it took an hour. Once we got in, it didnt take long at all. Definitely recommend this place.

I have always highly recommended Lisacs Tires, my husband and I have been using them for years. When my friend showed up to my house with a flat tire that wouldnt take air, I knew we had to get the tire here. Dan especially was very helpful both when I called and when I showed up with her tire. He and the staff mounted and balanced that tire, and the other one after I got the first tire on the car. They got my friend and her son back on the road safely and at no extra stress to her; this was so very important to me as she is already dealing with so much with the health complications with her son. The customer services here is by far the best in town! The staff is knowledgeable, understanding and the entire shop is filled with kind generous souls!

Had to make an unscheduled pit stop while towing 5th wheel to Yellowstone to replace a tire that was separating. They had just what we needed in stock. Although there was a 2 hr backlog for service they worked us in and had us on our way faster than expected. Nice large lot in the back to drop the trailer while tires were being mounted. A+++

I wish I could give them MORE than five stars! I broke down on the highway on my way to an URGENT musical performance, still 250mi away. Five Butte garages on the phone said they were too busy to help me. Someone said try Lisacs, so I drove there. It was literally the busiest garage Ive ever seen dozens of workers and customers all over the place, dozens of work orders and keys on the desk being processed-- and it was 1.5hrs away from closing. I thought NO WAY theyre going to have time to help me. The owner said lets take a quick look and see what we can do to get you on the road. A mechanic diagnosed it instantly as an EGR valve, ordered the part, threw it in, tested it, and in one hour I was back on the road!! It was going to cost me $700 to rent a van for a week to make it to the shows... and, these guys SAVED ME!! First-class place.

Normally a great tire store. Have been very pleased. Too busy to do work the other day, and the receptionist wa sure to remind me to come in first thing in the morning if I wanted them to get to my car on the same day, but they dont make appointments.She didnt know I work night shift and noon is my first thing in the morning, its an attitude thing. She needs to work on hers.

DO NOT GO TO LISACS! THEY WILL FIND WORKING PARTS TO FIX AND CHARGE YOU CRAZY PRICES FOR THINGS YOU DONT NEED. I came here for an alignment while on vacation, they double booked my appointment so I had to wait. When they checked it out they told me I needed all my ball joints replaced and it would be $2000 and I cant drive far (tried to give me no options since they knew I was on vacation). I took the car to Christian Brothers Auto Body and they told me its fine, I can drive the rest of my trip(5000 miles) and get one of the ball joints fixed when I get home for a few hundred dollars. I missed my grandfathers funeral today because I didnt think my car was capable of driving to it, shame on you Lisacs.

Traveling through the area. Had bad tires on my truck and had to swap all 6 wheels. They got it in right away in the morning, worked on it outside being a 1 ton dually.Swapped out my 24” semi wheels for stocks... on the ground! Took the tech less than an hour and had wheels on torqued, test drive and retorqued! And tire pressures set! They even lent us a loaner!!Service writer and Tech both are amazing guys for helping us back on the road to get back home to MN!!100 star rating from me!! This is a good place that values local business and the people. These guys will go the distance to make sure you are happy. Had issues with some trailer tires and mike promptly fixed it. For multiple years this place has been the go to tire shop for my family and friends.

I took my car into Lisacs in June 2020 to get my struts replace. Last week (12/15/2020), I returned to Lisacs to replace a wheel bearing. As I was informed I would need to replace my entire axis to properly replace my wheel bearing. While my car was on their lot is was broken into. I called them first thing in the morning to report that there were items missing from my car and it was thrashed. The guy on the phone said, yah...we have problems with that around here. I will tell the boss and we will get back to you. Well its been several days now, and I havent heard anything back from them. Either an employee went through my car, or my car was not properly locked up while under their care. Like I said several items were taken and my car was a mess. Lisacs has done nothing to make this right. I will not use this unsafe location again. I didnt get my wheel bearing fixed either. Shame on you!

100% recommend going to, tight on funds and my wheels bead popped. They reset the bead no questions asked, fast, and even did it for free 100% recommend these guys.

That young man who patched the right rear tire on my Avalanche has the best attitude of most servicemen Ive encountered in a very LONG time!!! To me that says alot of Lisacs management!!

These guys were amazing! I have had to make several trips from Washington to Missouri as my father passed away. All those miles took a toll on my tires. I hadn’t noticed how bad they were until I was on my way home for the last time. 700 miles from home left me with only one option. 45 minutes later I was back on the road with 4 new tires!

I work at Employment Source here in Billings and I called them today because I had a flat tire in the parking lot at work. Amazing service! 800 miles from home had a tire that lost half its tread. Family member recommended this tire shop. They gave us directions to them and a great deal on some tires to make sure we made it home safely.

I purchased four trailer tires here and upon the mechanic completing the install I noticed he was driving the lugs on for a 4 second count with a 400ft on Impact gun for a small 5 lug wheel that the lugs should be torqued to 85ft lbs. I’m a mechanic and I recognize untrained employees and immediately notified the manager and the owner of whom both stood there looking at me with their mouths open and made no attempt to have the employee redo the torque procedure. Shame on you guys, someday somebody is going to get seriously hurt due to your negligence!

I went in to town with a flat tire needing a repair. It was my lucky day. Lisacs was having a special. Free ice cream and flat tire repair. So to top off having very friendly & knowledgeable staff help me get a heavy flat tire out of my vehicle. I had an hour wait for a repair, on a Saturday, when there arent many options. Choice of ice cream. And an all around enjoyable experience. The lobby/wait area was clean and convenient and cool in the 100+ heat that was outside. Id recommend them to anyone.

LOVE this place!!! I have gotten two maybe three sets of tires here. Always happy to rotate and do free tire repair. I recently bought a brand new vehicle and had a slow leak in the back tire. I took it there on my way home from work tonight and they fixed it for free. I will continue to purchase my tires from Lisac.

Love lisacs tires been going there for years and years. They treat me like family. The only place in town that doesnt charge for fixing a flat. We have lots of trailers and trucks and a couple of cars, wont go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter had a flat repaired (of course at no charge) but had an issue with damage to a gas line. She returned to her home state before finding the problem. When she contacted Lisac’s she was told to get it fixed and they would pay the cost. Quick fix and quick payment. That’ customer service you don’t find anymore. Thanks Lisac’s !!

Well, what can I say they aim to please. I called several tire shops and Lisacs had the lowest price. My wait was only about 40 minutes not bad considering there were several customers there and this was 9:00 on a Saturday morning.

I purchased tires from them a couple years ago and I have been quite pleased. They have warranties on them and so I get free rotation....plus, they repair tires for free too! Of course its all men, but they have always been respectful. You get free coffee and TV while you wait which helps the time go by.

Got a full set of tire for one of our trucks...absolutely best service! Also went in for a simple plug on our other truck, and I was just as pleased. Everyone there is so nice, and they do a great job. Sometimes you have to wait a while, but its well worth it!

They properly check all lugs to see theyre torqued even if they dont touch that wheel. Set psi in all 4. Even put my spare back correctly in my back hatch. Had the brakes on my sons VW Jetta replaced here. Could not believe the outrageous charges. Back brake ceramic pads at a cost two & a half times higher than should have been. Plus with only a one yr warranty. Both back brake calipers unnecessarily replaced. At a cost that was so outrageous. I can’t believe they actually had the nerve. They were priced like they were made of gold $223.00 per caliper. Only had a 2 yr guarantee! Now the rotors weren’t too much higher than what they should’ve been. My point is they are not a trustworthy place to take your vehicle to for repairs. Their tires might be priced ok. But they will take you to the cleaners on any other work. Do not use or trust for anything except tires. Don’t get screwed from behind. Because they won’t even grease your backside before they ram it in. They don’t even deserve a single star ⭐️ in rating.

Got tires for all our work rigs at Lisacs in Butte. Had a flat on the way home from a long job and limped in to Billings on the spare. These guys got us in and out in great time early on a Saturday morning and didnt charge at all for the repair. Plus they have free ice cream for customers. Stellar!
