Ordered tires. They came in 2 days later. They let me know when the tires got there and i came in at my convenience. Tires were put on quickly and i was on my way.
So definitely call ahead of time or make an appointment. I luckily went on a Thursday morning got new tires mounted balanced. Took about an hour long enough to do a little shopping. They do charge extra for balancing tires.
Came in to buy some new tires. The front desk wasnt much help and didnt seem to want to help. I went and talked to the guys in the shop and they were able to help me get the right tires and were very polite and eager to help, so five stars for them guys.
The tire center is good but they are kinda slow. I think they should be a little more concerned with the customers time
Two blowoutspassin thru.got me in and out really quick
Showed up at 6pm to buy a tire, the idiot begin the counter tells me they actually close at 7pm so he cant get to me, and I said well I was told by somebody 30 minutes that I could drop it off and he informed me I couldnt
I brought in tires and tire sensors to be mounted and balance on my vehicle. Walmart tire center lost, broke, or stole my new tire sensors. Also had to stop tire tech from putting back on my original tires after a 3 hour wait.
Slow, took 2 hours to fix two flats
I understand in this economy that it is hard to get good help. I have tried to call the store 6 times today for automotive. No answer. Store managers, no answer. They are so short handed a phone call is no good and to get help in the store is almost impossible. Walmart has cracked down so much on hiring and employees hours, help is none existent. To go thru a check out lane with a person is a 20 minute wait on an average day. Not only in Big Spring but ever store I have been in. The start of the self check was a very bad idea.I do not blame the store managers or personnel but rather the cooperator way of thinking and to SAVE MONEY.If there were another place to shop here locally I would. I do go to the other stores in town as much as possible. They do not carry all the product I need. Walmart shut the real competition down in town.
Loved it..
Went in for tires. Waited an hour, shopped. Went back and my car hadnt moved. My keys were sitting by the entry door unattended. Waited for clerk, inquired about the time, they told me an hour that it was first come first serve. There was nobody in the tires area of the motorpool so I selected to leave. They were not staffed and employees seemed annoyed. I gave a two because the tires were going to have a decent price.
Guy with the purple hair needs a serious lesson in customer service. Had absolutely no reason to be as rude as he was. To the Shop Manager: When you allow YOUR team to piddle around checking their phones, listening to music and taking twice as long with two techs as I couldve done on my own using your shop, that poor leadership reflects on YOU. It doesnt matter how friendly you are behind the counter in the air conditioning. Get out into your shop and hold your team to a higher standard.
Was also told to move my vehicle from the bay entrance even though its was blocked off with a chain. Had a bad customer experience with a employee named Debbie. She told me it was going to be about 2hrs. (By the way thats not true, thats just what they tell everybody). I told her ok and I would wait for it. Did a status check after 2 hrs and vehicle was not even in the shop. I asked how much longer and she said theres 3 cars in front of mine. So I had to reschedule. She then said, I said it was going to be 3 hours. The hell you did. Who waits for there vehicle for 3 hrs?
Some of their service could be a little bit more courteous to their customers and not rude
They did it faster then I could grab a few things inside. Thanks for the service
Pretty good service. Just make sure you clarify what you want. Tire warranty etc. Newer people at the checkout may not know exactly how to do this.
Horrible experience. Over 2hr wait and the price was almost double what I was told. Save yourself, your time, and money and go ANYWHERE but here. If I could give negative stars I would.
In most cases you have to order the tires online your self. They also gave me the wrong information. I went and asked if they had tires for my Jeep. Gave them numbers and all the information the lady said yes we have them. I called my boyfriend and told him to bring the Jeep. Well he went to put the work order and the gentleman told him the tires they had were only for trails. That we had to order the tires online.
Really fast they said it would take two hours to get my tires done but took less then an hour they where also really helpful with the tire selection.
Never on time
U name it thay proble got it.
I had a tire that wouldnt stay up, took t off truck, took it in to be fixed, they fixed it, wasnt a hole, leaking at the bead. They didnt charge anything, you dont see that anymore. Thanks Very much Wal-Mart auto.
Takes them 2 hours for a car just to change tires. Its very unsaticfactory to see the employees we pay to change tires walk slower than a turtle and not do a good job period.
They did great and have an awesome tire warranty well worth the extra 10 per tire
Great service took about 3 hrs the staff was wonderfull.
Only one star because it wont let me do any less.I called Thursday evening to set an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. Who ever answered said yes come in before 7:00 am and park in front of the garage door that says tires. So i did on friday morning, then some guy from automotive dept says hey you need to move your Jeep..in a rude tone, i asked him why their are no cars in the tire bay. He tells me again go park over on the othere side and walk around. So when i get inside the automotive Manager says you cant park in front of the bay. I asked her why? No cars are in the bay and i would be first since i was thier before 7:00 am. With a tone She said thats our policy wheres you paper work and keys. I told her thats thier are no posted signs saying NO PARKING IN FRONT OF BAY DOORS anywhere .She said thats just the way it is. Took my keys walked across the parking lot to my Jeep and drove back to the same bay door I was parked at. Parked the jeep and gave the keys to the tire technician. From here on out I will pay more for better service. By Big Spring Tx Walmart
