They were real friendly and nice but they told me an oil change would cost $60 they ended up Trying charge me 120 would not recommend

Very impressed with Olga and marisol performance. They got the oil change done in a decent amount of time and they actually went through the proper greeting and they even remembered to mention the top off policy between oil changes. Very impressed.

I went for an oil change, however, the female staff lacks customer service- skills and professionalism. I was offended when she yelled and demanded I turn off the engine, more than once. You do not yell and demand anything of the customer. Instead, you ask politely and professionally.

When you pay $111.00 for an oil change and they ask if you want your tires pressure checked or windows cleaned it should not be a question thats asked. And topping off the washer fluid should be a given. They just changed the oil and asked allot of questions. When the other services are included in the package freaking do as advertised.YES CHECK EVERYTHING

Tried to get state inspection on my way to work at 7:30 a.m. The guy said they couldnt log into the state computer system till 10:00 a.m. WHAT? Went down the street to a different business who did it right away.

The guys were wonderful, friendly and took the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend.

Tristan and the girls did a great job! I was in the middle of a road trip so they got me in and out quickly and I was well on my way in the matter of minutes.

They promised a professional oil change where they would check all the fluid levels and changes the oil. We went to get an oil change using the coupon that expired one December 31, we had the coupon with us and told them so.When we drove up we were told that they could not change our oil because they didn’t have the oil filter. We asked if we could go get it at the Oriley parts house up the street they said sure. So we went up the street to the auto parts place and got the filter. Come back to them for the oil change special. They took the filter and were going to use it. Then they said oh we can’t use your filter, we do have one that will fit your vehicle. So they changed the oil and we were asked for the card to pay for the bill. They had charged us the regular price less the military discount 63.00. The ad said $29.95 on the coupon. They were told that the windshield fluid needed to be added they did not check the tires or add the fluids to anything.So now we are having the tires need air and we must change oil quickly and the fluid is low in the windshield flashing on the dash. We will not go back there!! Poor job! Not what they advertised at all.The store will not stay open long with this kind of service! 🥲 very disappointed 😞

I shownup and they ask if im paying with card or cash. I say card, then they tell me their credit card machine is being replaced with a new one. So i say fine cash, pop the hood and he says oh we are out of the oil you need. If you dont want to change my oil just say so.

Great professional job

DO NOT take your vehicles to TAKE 5 for an oil change! The same day my oil change was conducted my car started making a horrible noise and it completely stopped running within a few hours after. I checked the oil and the dip stick was completely dry. I called TAKE 5 and advised them of what was happening to my vehicle. The manager told me their was nothing they could do for me until we had it towed to the Dodge house to see if the issue was related to the oil change. So I had it towed to the dodge house where they took apart the motor and stated in their findings “The motor seized up due to lack of oil.” They advised the manager of their findings. The general manager then emailed me and stated that they put oil in my vehicle and I needed to contact my vehicle warranty due to a motor malfunction. I am now having to hire an attorney to sue them because they say they will not pay for the damage which is going to cost $9000 to replace the motor in my new vehicle that I have had for less than a year and still making payments on. So I urge you to not take your vehicle to TAKE 5.

This place is so expensive and they do not do what the list on the receipt says they do. I will never go there again. It is robbery!!

I thought I may have a loose oil filter. I was getting close to an oil change and dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to check the condition of my truck.Brody listened to everything I told him, and looked exactly where I asked him to check, and found my oil filter had come loose.I had his staff go ahead and change my oil and filter. Being a safety professional, I was amazed at the safety displayed by Brody and his crew. They called out every move from going underneath the vehicles, to underneath the storage area to retrieve parts, and never made a move until someone acknowledged the request.Great crew, great manager, clean facility, and professional timely service. I will return

The workers were very fast friendly and extremely courteous and helpful and polite. My wife was at a Doctors appointment down the street and by the time she got out the workers at Take 5 Oil Change had already changed my oil and replaced my air filter. I will definitely use Take 5 Oil Change again in the near future and recommend for everyone I know to go there too!!!

Great service they do state inspection and where fast about it. Ill say the only down side is there oil changes are kind of a lot of $$$. That might be why they are not busy but walmart always is wife did an oil change nothing special cost her $100+.

Went for a simple inspection. Had 3 different people come and ask me what I was there for. Then after I was parked in garage they had me pop the hood and I sat there for 30 minutes, until the first person I spoke to told me they were about to start my oil change. I had to tell him I was only there for a Inspection again. So they shut the hood and I sat there for a few more minutes till they did the inspection. Then I sat for 20 more minutes waiting on them to take my money for the inspection. Place is a joke.Not to mention while I was in there watching them change the oil in the vehicle next to me, one of the employees pulled the dipstick out of the vehicle and then couldnt figure out how to put it back in so he went to get the supervisor for help.

Great service!! Attendant came directly as I pulled in. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Waiting area could have been cleaner. Floor looked as if it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. They have a water dispenser but no cups for water. I guess since you’re in and out there’s no time for a drink of water LOL. Overall their best quality is customer service, which is rare these days in most establishments.

Went for a routine oil change. Service was mediocre. I asked about putting down plastic on my seat and the response was oh she only works in the office. That was a lie because the lady driving my vehicle actually did work in the shop area and did get oil on my seat. Also I watched a gentleman pull up outside and no one went to see if they could help him. A few minutes later another vehicle pulled up and I guess an employee knew him because the employee went out immediately to talk to him. The first car drove away without anyone ever asking if they could help him. All along the manager of the store was in the second Bay Area talking to a customer he knew and was obviously to what was going on around him. Once my car was finished I asked to make sure they didn’t get oil in my car and was told oh no we would never do that. My windshield was not cleaned and my oil meter was not reset even though my receipt said they were both complete. I will not be returning to this place again.

I went to get my oil changed on Sunday 1/19/20. They asked for my email and I told them “no Thankyou”. Then the manager came up to me and asked me why I didn’t want to give them my email. I told them I didn’t want spam sent to me. Then he proceeded to tell me what kind of stuff they send via email. And asked again if I wanted to provide my email. I said “no” . Then he hung out by my window trying to make small talk even though it was clear I was trying to talk to my family in the car. Fast forward to 1/20/20. I get spam sent to my phone number now since I didn’t provide my email. Annoying! But they didn’t get my oil changed in a timely matter

Excellent, efficient service. Actually cared about the customer, with great attention to detail. They helped me find solutions within my budget on my older BMW X5.

Only way it could be better is if was free, nice friendly staff. Will be back.

Good overall but had to ask for them to ck my tires even though that is suppose to be part of it. Once I left I realized the front windshield had not been cleaned. So when you go...ask what you are suppose to get and tell them you want it all. For 106 bucks I was disappointed in the culture you have to ask for us to do all of it...vs naturally taking care of business.

Went yesterday with my coupon from the mail, only to find out it didnt qualify and then I find out it was even more expensive than the last time I went in before this company took over. The sign on the front draws people in only to discover that they dont qualify for that type of oil and are shocked at what they will have to pay because no one tells them otherwise. Very disappointed and probably wont go back.

The gentleman I talked to originally was very nice and professional. The oil change was fast they didn’t reset my oil life which is not convenient but can be fixed easily. My biggest disappointment was 112 for the oil change and the lady checking us out. She was rude didn’t even really speak except”what car” ! Then her and another gentleman proceeded to yell and argue with each other through the glass! I highly doubt I’ll ever go back

I go here because theyre usually fairly quick 30-45 min compared to other places upwards of 2-3 hours. I would like to see more comfortable seating, coffee and water in the waiting room.

Seciond time fluids not topped off. No washer fluid in my reservoir AGAIN! Friendly people with good attitudes., Just frustrating because I use my washer fluid often!!

Steer clear of this place.Upon arrival asked about oil Change and Air Filter. Assured Me Filter was available, after 50 mins these Thieves charged Our Business Vehicle $400. Unbeknownst to Me, Management changed out two Gas Filters that wasnt discussed at no point!When inquired about the original visit per Air Filter, I was then told He couldnt find one and the Store was out. The communication, I felt was totally neglected. Without causing embarrassment to Myself, I took sole responsibility and reimbursed My Employer for allowing this shady practice too transpire on My watch.I certainly may have dropped My books but definitely not the lesson.Never again!!

These people just ignored me. They clearly didnt want my business. They saw me in my car and just ignored me. There was one person in line ahead of me.

When it was Valvoline, I had no problems, however, this place has a NEW POLICY that REFUSES to change my Oil because the oil drain plug is not threaded. PLUS, when they topped off my fluids, they overfilled my oil !!! Too bad, as they lost a faithful customer.
