These guys are great! Had a trailer tire blow on the highway. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my tire in stock but helped me find somewhere close by that did. Nobody else had the tire on the mount so when I returned with the new tire and mount they mounted it without question in record time. We were thankful they were there to save the day. 😀

The work was speedy but they stole from me. I had a box of ammo with 10 rounds left in the box and they stole the ammo and left the box in my trunk. Also when i came back to get my vehicle the lugnuts they put on my tires werent the ones i came with and were in horrible shape comparatively. Would not recommend any of my peers going to the biddeford location.

Im from the south so having snow tires is new to me. Hah. I called around and talked to about four different tire places and I got prices for different tires. Town fair tire was the cheapest and the one that could get me in the earliest. Ive gone there twice now and both times they are very informative and nice. Definitely glad I went with them.

On vacation and got a nail in the sidewall that could not be patched. Brent went out of his way to help me and after reviewing all options replaced with the spare (no charge!) as my tire was under warranty back home. Staff was so professional and friendly. Next set will purchased at Town Fair for sure!

I’ve always had a very positive experience here. I recently purchased a set of wheels and was unsure of how the fitment would be on my truck . All of my questions were answered quickly and Casey even provided me with all of the hardware needed to install them properly . Even after installation and the sale was done I was still treated with the same level of importance when I had additional concerns and questions about my wheels . They will go above and beyond to help you find everything you need and make you feel valued. They made what seemed like my never ending search for an aftermarket wheel that fit my truck so much less painful . This is another excellent experience for me ! I highly recommend going here !

Not the best service. Booked appointment for a tire alignment and rotation to address a whirring sound from tires. Employee stated it was probably a wheel bearing which isn’t their specialty. The alignment and rotation made the sounds worse, and after consulting my mechanic, found that both front tires had chopping and cupping, however was never told that from Townfair, which I assumed they would since they’re tire specialists. Won’t be returning for any future business.

I called Casey when I was told that if anyone could get some tires and fast he would be my source! I swung down today and dropped off some rims and tires along with some other loose wheels and he had no problem with getting them all taken care of! Highly recommend making the drive to Biddeford

Just had another positive experience at VIP Auto in Saco. Came in for a routine oil change to find other issues that could grow into bigger ones. VIP showed me the brake wear and explained the options (prior to digging in it was difficult to be certain of the magnitude of the repair). I approved the work based on a worst case scenario. The technician working on the vehicle understood my desire to minimize the cost because I am in the process of a new car search. As he got into it he identified an appropriate safe fix that reduced the total cost. I really appreciated their understanding and willingness to help me. I also leave here knowing I have a safe vehicle to drive until I’ve made my decision on the next car.

Casey has been my go to tire guy for years! It’s usually last minute and he gets my car into the shop within days with little wait time. I make the drive from Sebago for the great customer service and great prices!

I went through the Biddeford location with the intention of getting tires and potentially wheels for the benefits they offer with buying with them. I spent some time researching what the had for tires and what would best suit my needs. When I went in with the tires and wheels in mind the cost ended up being over my 2k budget. Not necessarily a problem but I did see that the tires were priced slightly higher in the quote than the website lists them. Not a problem really either being that I needed to find a wheel set better in my budget. So when I spoke to one of the associates in store on a Wednesday he informed me he’d be back in on Friday and would check with whoever on the wheels. I waited for a phone call. Three weeks later I was getting impatient and called to check on the status. One associate put me on the phone with the person I spoke to previously. He then asked me what it was I was looking for again and would call about it. At this point It’s been over a month that I’ve been working to get the stuff I need for my vehicle. He calls me back a few minutes later and informs me the company has discontinued the wheels. Which I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me they are still available. So I placed my order online with fitment industries who in the same day already had the wheels in route to their facility to get the tires mounted and out to me. Just felt that the lack of communication and what seemed to be a general lack in interest in providing good service needed to be stated.

No fuss, called got my appointment. In and out in less than an hour. All 4 tires done

Bought 4 tires and rims this summer. Dropped off my car at noon(ish) for a rotation to be done at their convenience. I had no expectations for it to be done that day. I figured it wouldnt be done until the next day, but it was convenient for me to leave it there overnight instead of at 730AM the next morning. I left it LOCKED in the lot behind the building.I had dinner at Kobe that night and noticed it was moved to the front of the building. I stopped by to see it it might have been done - which it was - and was pleased.Thats where the good ends.Now the bad...It was left out front - UNLOCKED. Thank god nothing of high value was left inside, but I still dont like the idea that anyone could have gotten in there and rummaged thru it.I was going to lock it and leave it until the next morning, just in case there were any kind of charges for any reason. But I decided to take it mainly because I was irritated due to it being left unlocked - AND the tire pressure was not checked at all! When it was dropped off, the sensors said they were between 26-29 PSI. I figured they would have at least checked. Plus, I told them when dropping it off that the tires seemed slightly out of balance and asked them to check it out. Apparently not.However, when stopping by on the way to work, they simply gave me the key and the paperwork. I doubt they even knew the car was gone since the night before. If it was stolen, i suspect they wouldnt have known until I arrived to pick it up. And, on the paperwork it says:PSI FR33 RR33FREE - NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER !I have never had a problem here. I have always been satisfied. I guess I am just disappointed. Not sure if this will dissuade me from purchasing my 4 tacoma tires I need to buy this month.

I feel bad as I am just shy of two months writing this review. Brought car in after a huge tire blow out. There was no saving that thing. The guy you initiated my experience was fantastic, told me my options, explained the different positives and possible consequences of each choice and then without pressure allowed me to make an informed decision. I decided to go with four new tires even though mine weren’t that old. He was then able to find a set of “take downs” I think he called them. Low mileage on them, they have always been part of the same set and I ended paying a fraction of the price, which was a lifesaver. Wish I could remember his name, but if the management at this location pays attention to these reviews, know you have a great guy working for you! He earned you a customer for life!

Got 4 new tires on Monday, one day later, somehow I got a screw in the side wall. Took it back and they replaced my tire with a new one in no time! Thanks to there road hazard program!

Ryan was awesome today and really helped us out - saving us a lot of time and extra driving!! He was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I had a flat this morning and he got us a replacement tire so quickly that I was able to get to work in Portsmouth for a very important meeting without having to find a ride back and forth! An amazing sales crew out front! Very knowledgeable and informative! I was impressed all around with the quality of work that was done and how quickly it was done! Those techs out back definitely grind out all the work with care, quality, and efficiency! The store manager Rick is phenomenal! I heard one of the techs refer to him as the “Tire guru” and he really is the most backgrounders person I’ve met when it comes to tires and general car information.

I have a jeep with 35 inch tires and had been without my vehicle for 2 weeks dealing with a mechanic who couldnt balance my tires after they rotated them leaving my vehicle unsafe to drive. I was waiting a week for a part that was supposedly needed. After such a frustrating situation I decided to call Town Fair tire and spoke to Kevin who was very helpful and took the time to listen to my situation. Yesterday I brought my car in. The technicians showed me what he found and explained what they needed to do. 2 hours later my car was ready and they had found some other issues along the way that they took care of to balance my tires properly. I didnt even need the part the other mechanic had me waiting for and now my jeep drives BEAUTIFULLY!! I know this is there job and what the do but I cant thank them enough! They took what was a very frustrating situation for me and fixed it quickly. Town Fair Tire in Biddeford has made a loyal customer out of me going forward!!

Speedy service. My husband and I went to drop off his car one evening; planning on Town Fair Tire to put the new tires on the next day. One of the workers, Ryan, said that they could do it right then and 20 minutes later we were leaving with 4 new tires! Where we buy tires for cars, SUV, truck, trailers. Love their warranties. MAKE appointment if possible, especially in busy season (switching over snow tires!) Their house brand tires are excellent. No problems replacing blown tires. Excellent staff. Usually wait longer than they say tho. Better to drop off & pick up late in day.

I had a leak in my sidewall of one of my tires. The manager Casey, had me come in later that night replaced my tire on the fly. Very professional mechanics that take pride in their work, they found a nail in another tire and patched it for me on the house. Great service, 5 stars!

Great service, and in and out quicker than quoted.I had read the reviews about the time commitment here but filtered through them and made a decision to order tires here. Most of the complaints were about waits during the periods when snow tires were to be put on. Duh! Wait until the first snow storm and what do you expect. They are probably the same folks that used to go to the Mall at 6:00 PM on Christmas Eve and wonder why there were lines, or those that visit their accountant on April 14 each year and wonder why he/she is busy.We ordered our tires online and made an appointment for 4 days hence. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seen by the counter gentleman right at the scheduled time. We did all the paperwork and I asked him how long it would take and he said 1:15 minutes. He under promised and over delivered and we had our vehicle back in one hour. The WEB side said allow 1.5 hours and we were in an out in 15 minutes less than that.Each time my wife an I entered or left the store for some reason, there always was a TFT man entering or leaving at the same time. Each and every time, without fail, they stepped aside and held the door for us. An admiral quality and expression of courtesy in these crazy times.The counter folks were very professional, patient, and helpful. Although we were just another cog in the revolving door of daily, weekly, and monthly customers we were not made to feel that way. This was my first time being a TFT customer, and when I need tires again, I will not hesitate to return to TFT Biddeford, ME.

Ryan Griffin at the Biddeford location was phenomenal with my daughter. She got a flat the night before so I had her take her car there to see if they could fix it. Even thought they couldnt fix it, he got her the right tires and got them right on the car. Even though she didnt like the price, she said Ryan was extremely nice and put her right at ease with the decision.

I asked when the next available appointment was and i was surprised they could do it while I waited. An hour later I was on my way. I’ll be back for more on my other car! They said I only needed 2 tires on my all wheel drive Subaru so I got them put on last summer. A year and 4 grand later I have a set of 4 different tires and a brand new torque converter.

Called Town Fair Tire in Biddeford today to make an appointment to have my winter tires and wheels put on. For the past three years they have changed my summer/winter tires, which are mounted on wheels, each spring and fall. This was their policy when I purchased the tires from them. Today I was told by Alex that they weren’t taking any appointments until “ after the snow season”. I still can’t believe that they are treating their customers in this manner. Alex told me that I could leave my vehicle off and they could possibly fit it in sometime during the day. I use my truck so that was not an option. I have been telling some of my friends how great the service and pricing was at Town Fair Tire and recommended they try them out. One of my friends took their car there last week and bought four new tires. They made his wife, who is in her 70’s load the spare tire back into her car by herself. I have five vehicles that all have tires. I guess I have to find a new tire supplier. They advertise that they will not be undersold and probably so. But you know what they say, “you get what you pay for”. I’m a business owner and you can bet that I will tell many of my experience. Good luck to anyone that gets sucked in to their deceitful advertising.

I called before my appointment, talked to someone at the Biddeford location. They told me how much a tire for my car would be. Which was a good price. 155, for them to put it on and do everything. Anyway, i get their and this guy says, something like, its bad if you only do one tire... you could risk hurting your car. So OK, i should get two? No you should get four for 710 dollars. UH, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! that is a huge jump. Anyway, he got me to buy two tires, for 313 dollars. But still, why did the one that i talked with on the phone, and hour before my appointment not ask what kind of tires i have on? advise me that i should buy all four or the very least 2? did not appreciate that at all.Yeah, im assuming they did it all right, my car is driving great. But, i will probably just go elsewhere next time.& isnt it a law now that you have to check the tire again, at 25 miles? that is what i was told from another place, and the guy at the counter here just said it doesnt really matter, and had me sign. Like OK, doesnt matter... whatever, just grateful i am not driving on a donut anymore. but way to rob me of my money on the spur of the moment. then scare me that if i do not do it i am going to break my axial and i need to sign a waiver...

You get what you pay for. You also have to request that they keep your car locked while they arent working on it, so dont leave anything valuable in it while its here! Also, carefully check all tires. After a 60 minute appointment I picked up the car and one tire had no air in it! Not just low pressure - super flat. Only got 2 stars for the price.
