This place has very skillful manicurists, and they do a nice job, with some variable experiences based on who you work with. The environment is very clean, friendly, and relaxing. I have also seen them do beautiful nail art! They allow customers to tip using venmo, which is useful as well, and helpful to customers who dont carry cash. For polish options, they have regular manicures, gel, dip, and the dazzle dry system available!For my fellow easily-intimidated folks, my one critique of this place is: Sometimes they have a lot of opinions about your nails and, as someone who likes to keep my nails shorter, it can be difficult feeling like you have to insist on what you want against what is advised.

Why has this place been here for 3 yrs & today was my 1st time there???!!! Julie did an AMAZING pedicure & gel manicure. The boutique is so clean & quiet, professional and all staff are friendly. The pedicure is the best I have ever had, above & beyond and it was just a regular pedicure. Can only imagine what the spa one is like. Thank you again Julie for an wonderful experience, I will see you in a few weeks, as I already rebooked!

Yeah not the best in town. Walked in was greeted with a “oh great another person I have to deal with” type attitude. Techs are overbooked and rush. Not the techs fault…..

Spectacular service. JULIE did a great job, very fast and efficient. Overall the salon is Extremely clean and has and extensive collection of colors to choose from. They take covid very seriously, so this will give you a peace of mind.

When I walked in, I immediately was calm as the environment was really tranquil with the music they were playing and the island views on the TV.The hostess helped me pick out my nail color which I did find helpful.My experience started going south when the nail stylish came over. She pressured me into considering gel or dip which is considerably more than the classic manicure I wanted, and after showing multiple greens that I didnt want. I opted for my OG option with the nail color of choice. When she was cleaning up my nails and trimming the cuticles. She had cut me multiple times, one kept bleeding. The one that kept bleeding she had put GLUE on it instead of waiting for it to stop. I sacrificed one of my nails to scrap off the glue afterwards because she tried herself and ended up saying its fine. I keep feeling the cuticle cuts every time I wash or hand sanitize. It hurts! I wont be back. I will drive the extra 10-15minutes to my go-to in Melrose/Malden area.

I called yesterday about an appointment and was able to get one for the next day which I am shocked about given the pandemic though I am so happy (I thought it would take weeks for me to get in!). From walking in till I left, the staff was very friendly! It was my first time here but I felt as though I was treated like family. I was happy that I was allowed to come inside a few mins early my appointment. The salon is super clean inside and I love its open, airy environment!My technician was Sophia and she was such a sweetheart! She told me over and over to let her know if she was hurting me, the water too hot, etc. I absolutely loved the combination of oils, wax and scrubs as well as the heated towels she used for my mani/pedi. I felt so relaxed and pampered - and not rushed whatsoever like a lot of places Ive been to.I thought the prices here were very reasonable for such an exceptional experience! My nails look fabulous and I feel amazing!! Its a bit out of my way to get here since I have to take the train (though the station is conveniently right across the street!). However I thoroughly enjoyed myself so much today that I already booked an appointment for my next manicure. I cant wait to come back! xoxo

My husband bought me a gift certificate and had a $20 credit. I tried to use it on my next service and was told I could not because they could not find it in their system and I needed to present the actual paper. At the first time of service was I spent the $80 I was told not to worry about keeping it since it was trackedin the system now all of a sudden I cant use it. Its not so much the money its how a customer was treated. The manager and receptionist was extremely rude when I tried to explain to them the situation and they did not even try to look up my last transaction in the system. THE MANAGER WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND DID NOT TRY TO RESOLVE THIS AT ALL. I was shocked by the treatment and will never be back. Tin is great but the staff is really nasty. They lost a customer today.

I have been going to Beverly Nails & Spa Boutique for about a year now, but forgot to write a review. So here it is...I LOVE THIS SALON!!! The cleanest nail salon I have ever been to and the friendliest. I really feel like family and I have never had a bad experience. I have had many of the technicians work on my nails and they are all wonderful. They take pride in their work and do not rush you.I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great quality work with a relaxed welcoming atmosphere.

Love this nail salon! Clean, polite & my nails always come out looking amazing. Spa pedicures are SO worth it. Great staff and their work is quality. PS they have kids chairs for pedicures which is also fantastic for little girls.

I have been here multiple times before and enjoyed my experience, however each time I went in asking for a specific color there was one employee that was constantly demanding that I get another color. Now i understand it is their job to help clients choose but I never spent more than a minute deciding what color I wanted. I went in recently looking to get a gel manicure and get the dip that was on my nails taken off. I knew exactly what color I wanted which was a dark maroon color by OPI. I found it immediately and told the tech that, and she automatically tried convincing me of other colors, telling me that she had this other black color that I would like and look good on me. I politely said no thank you and to use the color I picked. Then she pulled what i thought was it off of the shelf and confirmed again with me that this was “lincoln park after dark” (this is the maroon color I was looking for)The service itself was fine, however this same women came in multiple times demanding that I should be getting dip instead and how it’s better for your nails. I know that. But i asked for gel so this shouldn’t even be a question. Then continued to harass me about how good their dip was and how they do it better than everyone else which i know is false. I only got dip once from there and it’s cracked a week later. Not okay. regardless during the service I noticed that the color that was on my nails was a lot darker than I remembered the maroon color being. I didn’t think anything of it because the painting had just started and it always looks different until the end especially with gel. So I was watching the TV and not paying attention. Low and behold the manicure was over and my nails were BLACK. This is not what I asked for. at this point i was so frustrated I didn’t say anything and left. This lady 100% gave me the wrong color on purpose because she thought it was better than the one I actually wanted.I had already been in the salon for an hour, and sitting through another round of removal and polishing was not okay with me. I paid and left frustrated.The amount of unprofessionalism here is through the roof. Keep your customers happy, use the colors THEY want on their nails and not the ones YOU want. Do what they ASK you to, do not try to add services or convince them of something else once they are already sitting in a chair. And let people relax!! I swear this lady came over to me five times while I was there asking and telling me the dumbest things when I go to the salon I want to relax and be unbothered.I will not be returning here ever again. I am annoyed and frustrated with how i was treated and talked to as a paying customer. BEWARE!!!

The pedicure and manicure was great! I got the dip which lasted 3-4 weeks, and I also got a spa pedicure, it was spectacular! The paraffin, hot oils and stones are just bomb! Everyone was so friendly and so professional. The place was so clean, and very well furnished. They also take Covid precautions very seriously, which is great. I highly recommend this place, and I definitely will come back!

I had an appointment for 2 pedicures at 11 am, booked a couple weeks in advance. With less than an hour before the appointment I received an email stating a manicure and pedicure at 10:30 am. When we called to see why this was changed they then stated that we had to come in the next day and they were too busy for the appointment. When we asked for the name of the person that we were speaking to we were given 2 different names. Extremely upset with the lack of professionalism. I will never book anything here and will be telling all to avoid it as well.

Heard really bad things from a friend. They cancelled on her last minute because they were irritated and they couldn’t even do a simple design on her nails. This was the day before her graduations and she didn’t have time to go to another place. They New that and they still cancelled. Very unprofessional.

This is my 2nd time going there and both times was great! My mani/pedicure service was amazing, the staff are very nice and they make sure you feel comfortable while they do their work. I will definitely become a permanent customer with them.

Best nail salon

I saw Ashley for a dip powder manicure. She was very articulate, took her time, made sure every aspect of my manicure was perfect. The salon was impeccable. It was my first time there. It was easy to get to, plenty of parking, music inside salon was peaceful and very calming. Sonia (not sure of spelling) removed my gel, she was personable, made sure I was comfortable. The gel removal was easy, sometimes it takes forever to come off. The color I chose was a natural pink, but there was a ton of colors to choose from. The manicure was $45 and they used an exfoliating scrub, luxurious oil, and even paraffin dip. I’ve already recommended a bunch of people to go here because I am just that impressed.

I’ve gone there twice and I’m going to go a third time so sweet and great services.

I have had a great experience every time I have been to the salon. I have referred several friends who have also had great experiences. The nail technicians are wonderful...(Nana, Sonia and Cece are all very talented.) My nails have never looked better and everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this spa!

I have been very stressed from work and decided to treat myself to a Mani Pedi. The spa was amazingly clean and tranquil. Very trendy and modern. Extremely clean and Julie did my mani and pedi. She took her time and was very thoughtful. Everyone was super friendly...recommending my mom and sister to this spot for sure! Def will be my monthly stress reliever!

MOREOVER, THEY TRIED TO CHEAT ME OUT OF SOME SERVICES COMING with MY COMBO. I NOTICED it AND THAT WAS IT.WHAT A SHAME... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I THINK THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN.
