The office manager was so nice! And I was even a contractor not an customer! He was so easy to work for and was a great communicator! The space is also really amazing and upscale!

This is an awesome coworking space! Ive been here for a few months now and its been a very positive, productive experience. I made the switch from coffee shops to dots and couldnt be more happy with my decision. Keep up the great work dots!

Ive been in customer service/sales for the better half of a decade and the Dots team have really created a concept which epitomizes taking care of your client and building relationships with them. My company started at the Culver location and were now at Bev Hills. The two main faces at Dots, Rabih and Yoann, always make themselves available if we need them.

I truly love coming to work at dots SPACE, you can breathe entrepreneurship in the air, the offices are fully equipped with super comfortable work areas including height adjustable desks. The kitchen has a wonderful espresso machine, yes no need to go to Starbucks, saves you $10 per day at least :-), last but not least, at 3:00 PM everyone gets treated with an afternoon spread of fruits, veggies and snacks. Gotta love dots.

I did my research on coworking prior to signing up with DotsSpace. I looked at the massive WeWork all the way down to tables at a coffee shop. Hands down DotsSpace is the BEST value for the price. It offers a flexible reasonable option for me (coming out to the westside a few days a month for meetings), AND offers tea, coffee, snacks, friendly atmosphere, fast internet, good parking, printer/scanner/fax, 1 large and 1 smaller conference room, multiple bathrooms, sound proof working rooms...all perfectly suited. I am sad I had to cancel- only because I am moving far away! Thanks DotsSpace!

I LOST a lot of Money with Dots Spaces - I had paid for a professional telephone answering services for the whole year in advance. A number was provided by Dots Spaces and this number was then placed on our website, business cards and promo cards.The company initially kept my card on file despite that I had paid the whole year in advance and kept charging me every month and every month I had to write to them inquiring that why they were charging me, then go through the refund process until one day I had had enough, I shouldnt have had to deal with this sort of thing. By this time it was already halfway through the year so they removed my card but failed to pay for the line that they had already charged me for, thus the line got disconnected. I was then promised by Yoann (Owner) that the phone number will be recovered as I had already printed it on very expensive promo cards and business cards which was impossible for me to repeat! It is evident from the photos that by July they still have no clue that this account is all paid for!Moving on I felt reassured by Yoann as he called stating that he had got that exact number back and promised that he would take care of that account personally from then on so that this doesnt happen again. I then went on to promote and market the business, however by December I started to think that something was wrong and that why I didnt even have one inquiry despite all the marketing so I called the number and it was disconnected again, I think I was having a heart attack at the time from the shock. I called in again and this time discovered that they had not managed to get the original number that they had given me so they got a different number and didnt even bother to tell me!!!!I wrote to Yoann many times requesting of him to take responsibility for the damages he has caused me and truly only asked for a small portion of what I had lost, enough so that I could recover from all the losses but I never got any response of any kind, not even a simple apology!I had very high regards for Yoann but Im now highly disappointed. This behavior is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Much better than any other coworking office Ive been at, hands down! Yoann, Rabih, and the rest of his staff are the best, and always have you and your companys interests at heart. The offices are extremely clean, elegant, and optimal for getting SH** done. Ive been here for more than a year and cant see myself anywhere else now.The community in here are also great, friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is in a prime location which makes it easy to meet with my clients and even find new clients locally. (My clients are always blown away when we meet here). The internet is blazing fast, Ive never experienced any problems here compared to other coworking places. This office is really built for entrepreneurs to be the most productive they can be. Early mornings or late nights, its the most ideal place to stay productive.I highly recommend anyone considering an office to try Dots out for a day, week or even a month so you can experience everything I have for yourself, as there is so many benefits to list. Im certain you wont regret it as its been the best decision Ive made for my business.
