Our firm has been in this building for over 10 years and when we were with the previous management company they werent the kindest of people. However the new managers are amazing to work with. They convinced us to stay in the building and it was the right decision. First they upgraded our coffee machines, which are free, so we can enjoy a nice vanilla or mocha latte every day. They came in and renovated everything and made it look like an actual professional office space. If they ever left I dont know how we would survive if they werent around.
I was previously in this building with the old management company and they were not the greatest. After covid my business took a hit and I started working from home. Last month I decided to try again and boy was it the right choice. The renovation that they did is spectacular and the new management team is amazing! Im a virtual now however the second my business booms Ill be getting an office. Highly recommend them.
I have been renting office space in Beverly Hills for 29 years and I am very pleased with Camden fourth floor. The way they took over and from day one acted very professional. The management staff is great! I have noticed the way they treated everyone and being on top of everything and always willing to help anyway they can. Excellent place, newly remodeled, offices are nice and they have a good management team. Staff is professional and courteous and the location is perfect.
I have been a tenant in this building for over 10 years. When the Beverly Hills Executive Center acquired this location, things changed for the best. I finally feel like I am in Beverly Hills. Long over due renovation to make our space comfortable but beautiful! The front desk has been nothing but professional and friendly. Thanks to BHEC manager Stephanie. She has made the transition easy and has not missed a step. Please continue to provide us with people like Stepanie and James (which just retired from our building, but will be missed).
