Currently in Regus. Went here to see if i can rent office space. Lady at the front office was rude and acted indifferent like she didnt want to answer any questions. I mean honestly why hire such people?

Our team has used the GBC offices for years now and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and amenities. Recently, we’ve been thrilled with the major upgrades to the IT systems, like the fiberoptic cable that makes our connection reliable and always lightening fast! The virtual mail scanning service has also been extremely useful, especially in the face of the pandemic when we are sometimes not able to be in the office in person. On top of that the staff are always warm and eager to help. CCC has felt especially supported during the tough times felt by everyone due to covid-19.

I work with many clients all over the Los Angeles area as an computer consultant. I would rather not have clients come to me because my office is very basic. When I come to Beverly Hills to meet my clients, Its like Im a super entrepreneur! Fancy conference rooms and the fact that Im in Beverly Hills is a huge ego boost! I use GBCs mail forwarding service for some clients as well as their answering service. Its also convenient as a meeting place to take clients to lunch. I can take clients to upscale places or regular chain restaurants. Its nice to get out of my office once in a while to see the world!

I have been doing business with Global Business Centers for many years now, they keep a friendly clean environment so that executives such as myself have a great place to do business out of. The location is amazing, and management and staff have always been very friendly and helpful even during extremely busy times. The mail room is the best with handling and sending packages, for we are notified daily on incoming mail and we have never had any issues with our mail being mishandled. I personally recommend GBC to all businesses seeking a physical or virtual office space in Beverly Hills or surrounding areas.

I have contracted with several virtual offices in the Los Angeles area and this office is by far the worst. Typical negative stars, if I could rating from me. If you are considering using this location, please read my experience and check out a WeWork office as an alternative.The fees are high for renting a conference room that smells like human excrement and hot beans. Im guessing the staff use the conference room at lunch time. It was uncleanly; greasy finger smudges all over the glass table and the table legs look as if someone or something had been chewing on them. There is also a bunch of storage items thrown about the room. I honestly felt embarrassed after meeting clients in the conference room at this location. It does not give off the Beverly Hills vibe when youre meeting in a smelly/dirty room.The person I originally contracted with quit within a week. My original package included 2 conference room hours per month, but when I downgraded my services because I no longer needed reception, my hours were lost, unbeknownst to me. I used the conference room twice, and was never charged for either use. Several months after my second reservation, I received a call informing me that I would be charged for conference room use from months prior. When I disagreed with the charges, the office manager choose to scream at me to over the phone, as if the over-billing were somehow my fault. When I asked why I wasnt charged after the first visit, she said that they made a mistake but had caught me now. Like I was some kind of serial conference-room-time-stealing thief! They charged my account a month later, despite my dispute. I would have gladly changed my package to include the conference room hours, had I been given the option, but instead I was charged the hourly rate, 4 months after using the conference room. The unnecessarily rude phone call was just the cherry on top; a wonderful screw you to their own current customer!In addition, the billing practices here are wildly inconsistent. My account has been charged on a different day each month, often weeks after the payments have become due. Current customers should beware of paying via the quickbooks link they send! These links resulted in double billing on my card due to their automatic for payment process. Big surprise, I never got a response when I sent an email to inquire about the discrepancy.I strongly recommend that anyone considering this office check out the available alternatives, such as WeWork. They offer great amenities, cleanly work spaces, and friendly staff at a fraction of the price that this location charges. Dont let this company take your money and treat you like dirt.
I did a lot of research before I went with GBC, because there are a ton of companies in the area that provide VOs. HOWEVER, most of these companies are super duper shady, like they wont honor the prices advertised on their websites, kinda shady. So, once I met with staff at GBC I knew it was the place for me. They were friendly and really helpful, so I felt great about the price and experience. Needless to say I will recommending my friends to GBC and to stay away from Reges and the big companies that dont care about you
