I have purchased over a dozen items for Julien’s since 2010. All items I purchased have been verified by my appraiser as real without exception and also working with Darren Julien and Martin Nolan, Kendall as well as their staff made these purchases even more memorable. I will not purchase memorabilia or sports cards from anyone else again after some horrific experiences with the other “reputable” auction houses.

Instead of carrying around my Juliens Auction catalog, I now just bring my ipad and sift through the auction on that and place absentee bid which were executed perfectly. One of the better live auction apps

Future Buyers Beware:I purchased a pair of Les Pauls Altec 604s speakers during the auction on June 8th-9th. The speakers were packaged and shipped by Julien’s as I could not pick them up locally. Instead of protecting a piece of “Iconic” studio loudspeakers, the speakers were placed sideways in a box with only loose peanuts and single ply cardboard inside. The company refuses to acknowledge fault in the matter nor give me an apology, even though the speakers arrived completely damaged and unusable. I have received nothing but run-around; with no resolution in sight.Any reputable company would have worked with the customer, especially if the item arrived damaged as a result of negligence on the shipping side (Julien’s). Juliens Auction’s has been the worst experience in years of buying things through auction houses. Any other reputable auction house would have had my issues resolved within a timely matter. I still wait for a refund or to “make things right” as been promised to me by Michael Doyle.Still patiently awaiting proper resolution even after BBB has been contacted!
