Nobody wipes their machines down after using. Nobody reracks their weights. Not a bad gym but they need to actually tell their members to clean up after themselves. Also doesnt help that the front desk is frequently empty.

This Planet Fitness felt a little cramped, and there was very little natural light (not many windows).Other than that, its a nice gym. The equipment is new and in good shape. The bathroom, showers and changing room are large and clean.Theres lots of TVs to watch while you do cardio and large mirrors. The hydromassage chairs are private and comfortable.

No Sauna or Pool, but based on the low cost of the membership, the gym is perfect for exercise needs.Update: Outside equipment is not allowed inside the gym, which includes your own Mat. However, they do not provide suitable mats that can be used for training, the only ones available are shorter than me (and I am small); so I am a little bit disappointed that the gym has created an environment where you can not do your HIIT or floor training, not even facilitating equipment inside. Good value but not good for serious weight lifters

Great space to workout. Need more of certain weight machines. Broken down equipment stays broken for a little too long.

Ok but wish they were 24 hours may have to switch the the allentown one. Other than hours its a very cleaned well put together place but could use a couple more of certain equipment, waiting for what u need can be a little annoying.

It is good to visit different locations in different states and still see customer service is paramount regardless of where I am at .

Amanda was amazing! She gave us an awesome tour and explained everything to us in a way that we can understand! That means a lot when a parent is trying to learn and help their child to begin a healthy lifestyle.

Quite clean open and was not packed when I was there at 10 am lots of machines and people cleaned up after themselves

Barely open 1 year & typical gym owner has not put $1 back into the place. All 4 individual mats are worn torn & nasty. You will get verbally harassed if you bring your own mat.On my next visit, there were 2 new individual workout mats. Thank You.

Very chill and clean planet fitness. Not too many people during evening rush hour and equipment is always functional. Great place for beginner gains. Only main downside in common with the Allentown location is the awful tasting water. Bring your own bottle filled!

Staff here is amazing and facility is very well maintained. I was going to the PF on William Penn, but switched about 6 months ago due to them not enforcing their Covid mask wearing policy.

I had been going to a different location but I wanted to start going in the morning and this location is closer to work -- so I figured I could work out, shower, and be on my way...Even though its a newer location, it didnt seem as well kept/clean as the other one I normally go to. Otherwise, it had what I needed and everything worked well. I had a great workout and was looking forward to testing out my new shower/getting ready routine at the gym. I didnt expect a great shower experience, but I was hoping for at least warm water. It was ICE COLD -- actually painful. I wish I was exaggerating. I literally almost cried, because at that point I was committed and had to wash off before work.I spoke with one of the employees before I left hoping that maybe something was just off, but when I asked them about it they told me that theyd received the complaint before and would bring it to management again. Again? Seriously? The employee was very nice and felt bad -- and definitely not something in their control. But come on. Im super bummed because this would have been perfect but Im definitely going to be looking into other options (potentially another gym) where I wont get hypothermia from simply trying to take a shower.

Its a nice and clean gym. Have most of the amenities as a large gym. All machines work and are available (except ones closed for Covid distancing).

At 51 I love the gym in Bethlehem. I love the 30 min workout room to start my workout and I get a good sweat and pump on. The equipment is great. Massage chairs and hydro massage are a delight after a good workout ( Have to have a Black Card though). So much room and machines so no excuse to be playing on your phone. Planet Fitness is the fitness way to go for me!

Crooks......Charged fees during the pandemic, went they were closed. Overdraft my checking account and refused to allow me to close my account after stating I owed them $132.00. Terrible Management. The manager Amanda Maldonado, refused to give me a number for corporate. Terrible

Just started going here and I cant say how excited I am to start my journey and get healthy.

Planet Fitness automatically put my membership on hold for covid, so I couldn’t cancel it. Then they charged me without any warning 6 months later, after I’d moved away. I called this location to try to get help cancelling the membership and getting my money back and the woman who answered the phone told me I owed them money. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you want to go to a planet fitness, pick another one.

Clean club. Enough equipment to get your work out done with much wait or worry.

If you have health conditions and have trouble breathing dont go to this planet. One of the staff members came around and told me to put my mask on over my nose I told her I cant breath and I had my mask down to breath a little better. I reminded this staff member that I have asthma and apparently having asthma doesnt matter to her because she told me I still needed to pull my mask over my face while working out. Before shut down never had a problem with any of the staff members prior but this staff member must be new there. Wouldnt recommend to anyone with health conditions.

Well maintained, plenty of parking, staff is reasonably friendly, overall quality location.

Gym is great however employees need some training on how to speak to customers. For example I was trying to work out in peace and an employee approached me and said that my account was over due . Funny thing I checked my account and I was not over due . The young lady also told me that I was lucky she approached me and another employee . Lastly she me to do her the favor and pay online cause she doesnt like doing the paper work when people do it in front desk.

Its a convenient location for me. It has everything I need. The hours are setup a little weird. My favorite employee is Gary. Always has a smile.

The employees lack ethics. Walking in there is a hassle sometimes. I’ve spoken with other people who also feel like the employees need to stop harassing paying customers. Paper towels are always empty, Bathrooms are always covered in feces. I’ve seen employees walk into the bathrooms and not do anything about it. Male employees are not professional. What standards do you need to work at a gym? disappointed. Allentown gym is properly ran. Unlike this place. Sad.

Clean, sanitizers and cleaning stations everywhere. Also everyone wears their mask when working out. Staff keep this place clean all the time.

This gym has tons of machines so theres never a wait to use one. Its very clean and the black card lounge is pretty nice. I love the hydro massager.

I got a membership a month ago and still havent gone. The equipment certainly is nice to look at. Apparently eating while on the equipment is frowned on. Smoking in the shower is out too.

Wish they enforced the rules at this location a bit more. Particularly since its not really crowded yet since its new. Folks walking around with their cellphones playing music through the speakerphone or people having phone conversations through headsets fairly loudly. I mean, the sounds were echoing through the establishment and nothing was done. Beyond that though, it was clean and well maintained (granted its brand new too though). I enjoy the Hanover location more, but it gets a little crowded sometimes.

A no judgement zone. Easy to do the workout you want with plenty of equipment available.

Dumbells only go up to 75 lbs but good selection of machines. Always crowded but most people doing cardio usually no wait for weight training.

Extremely terrible employees work here and wouldn’t recommend joining. Tried to sign up for a membership here in person and was harassed into leaving. Definitely not worth your time.

Inconvenience that you dont accept credit cards for a membership.

I was very disappointed with the way one staff member was acting concerning me leaving. She was rude and insisted on me leaving however much i explained that i left my phone inside. I was shocked cause she seemed nice at first but then became very insistant upon me leaving. Amanda was her name and shes tatted all over her face. I saw her in the morning and you could sense her negativity

Looks good. Seven TV channels. Cardio machines not yet connected to the LF system so app-based fitness tracking not yet working. “They are going to do it but don’t know when they will come out.”Convenient to Valley Farm and Stefko Boulevard shopping center.

Nice clean place but there is no lunk alarm or anyone monitoring to make sure people follow the rules, so there are a lot of people dropping weights and being obnoxious when working out. Makes it a very uncomfortable environment.

There isnt one polite worker there. Been to two locations, hanover and here. At Hanover youre greeted with a smile, have a nice work out, etc. And told to have a good day upon leaving. Here, nothing. No smile, no words just rude looks. Like were making their lives hard because they need to point a scanner and press a button. Unfortunately this location is a bit cleaner with slightly more equipment or else i wouldnt come back. Hire some people with at least an ounce of customer service experience, would ya?

Looks like the employees there knows people personal life lol . I love the gym it’s clean but very very bad customer service the people from front desk don’t look friendly and not even smile or say hi it’s that work professional no right.

The gym is sufficient for cardio and moderate weight lifting. Their moto Judgement Free Zone is hypocritical because they specific target and criticize folks who may wear a tank top and who lift heavier weights. Im no bodybuilder but they specifically target and pass Judgement on the bodybuilder type of lifter.

These jokers had the nerve to charge my bank account today after announcing they will be closed until further notice. Dont try calling. You will get an automated response saying someone will get back to you in a few days. Do yourself a favor and dispute the charges now!

Comfortable place to start your road to fitness and health.

Hit and miss with this place. The hours here are weird. Every other planet fitness I’ve been to is 24 hours and this one closes every day of the week and early on weekends. Also the staff is a bit chatty and may ignore you if they’re having a conversation.
