It is a Bar. I stuck my head in the door, but I did not take a sip. LoL. They looked clean, with a nice atmosphere. Thats the best I can tell ya.
Coach Fluck was my strength coach for a long time while I played football in high school. After my time in high school, I lost motivation to continue working out due to multiple factors. Over the past few months, I have reignited my love and motivation to lift, an have made great strides. Much of what I do today I can attribute to my time training under Coach Fluck. I have done a lot of my own research to benefit my training, but much of it was only reinforcing what I already learned. Coach Fluck definitely provides a wealth of useful and functional knowledge to lifters, athletes, and fitness people of all types. I also have trained at the brick house before it was even called Brickhouse Strength and can highly recommend it. It’s not a place for sweaty meat-heads to flex in mirrors. It’s a goal oriented place to work hard and improve yourself physically.People that want to say they work hard go to the gym.People that want to show they work hard go to places like Brickhouse Strength.
It was ok, no complaints
