This entire group is amazing. Dr Kitahara is amazing, and so are the 2 other dentists Ive seen and had work done. The hygienists are amazing, the receptionist is amazing. I love this practice.

I have been a patient at Art and Dentistry for about 5 years. Throughout this time I have been so pleased with the high quality of the care as well as the warmth of every person in the practice. This week they went above and beyond. I was a about to leave my home for a trip to visit family and suddenly I felt something hard in my mouth. I realized that something broke off in my mouth. I put it in a baggie and I assumed my trip would be delayed. I immediately called the office and relayed my problem. I was told to come in immediately and was taken within 1 minute. After X-rays and an exam that showed a crown that could be glued back, I was out the door to the airport. Ingrid put me at ease immediately and Dr Schliep was great. Thanks Art and Dentistry.

This place is the best. Great facilities and terrific, talented staff. Ive been getting my teeth cleaned here for years and dont want to ever change. My young daughter had to have her tooth pulled and they couldnt have been nicer and supportive.

I have been going there for 11 years. Dr. Brodsky and Dr. K are great. Very detailed oriented.Some of the bad reviews on billing issues and appointments were corrected. I was frustrated, as well. All the people I yelled at no longer there (office manager guy and billing girls). You have to specify and request permanent dental hygienist when you make an appointment. Otherwise, you are assigned to a new person or temp (some were okay).

I had not been to the dentist in years so I was in need of a check-up and a cleaning. Everyone I met there, from the check-in people to the hygienist to the dentist, were very nice. They gave me a good cleaning and found a few cavities I needed filled. When I went back for the fillings the dentist was very professional and always wanted to make sure I was comfortable. They made a few suggestions but did not pressure me into buying any services I did not need. They are good at reminding you about your upcoming appointment. Glad to have found this place so close to my job!

Ellen Brodsky charged us repeatedly up to twice the amount allowed by our GEHA dental insurance and even collected the dental insurance reimbursements due to us. GEHA attempted for almost a year to get us reimbursed for excessive billing and fraud. Ultimately, Ellen Brodsky was terminated by GEHA (i.e. removed from the providers list) for breach of contract. Stay away from that dental office.

Horrible appointment system...went in for an appointment which I called to make and was told there was no record of this or any previous appointments this month which I clearly had email confirmations for. I’ve been to much better dentists and only switched because I moved to the area. I will not be returning. Elite Dental in Arlington is far superior in all aspects if you want a great dental experience.

This is a very well organized office. The administration is very helpful and friendly. The dentists are all very kind and gentle. I especially love Dr. Kitahara. He is kind and patient and made my several procedures very comfortable. I would recommend him as a dentist. The selling of art in the office is a little weird, but seems to be separate from the high quality care.

I was a patient there for over 16 years, before Ellen Brodsky, DDS ever bought the practice. Lately the office had not been maintaining appointments in a timely manner. After Brodsky showed up in the office 25 minutes AFTER the start of my appointment with her coat on and a wet head. i was told it would be a few more moments. I left the office, because I have a job too. I received a bill for services that they never rendered and a dismissal letter from the Art & Dentistry practice. I find it funny, that only 2 months later, Art & Dentistry sent out a letter to their clients stating Brodsky was cutting back her hours and hiring another dentist. I guess I wasnt the only client complaining about the service! Maybe an apology for her lateness and acknowledgement that they were having issues with timeliness, would have been more professional. Some day they will reap what they sow. Be gone with bad business. (Didnt have the option of NO stars!)

This USED to be a great practice, now if you are lucky there is even a dentist around..its a new one every time. Even hygenists are brought in as temps. Dont go.

Phenomenal cleaning by Dhinal Patel. Had many stains from smoking that I thought were going to be there forever but he got everything out. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

Dr. Cherot is the best dentist Ive ever had! She makes dental work a breeze. Wonderful staff & location. Highly recommend.

Not really much to say other than the fact that they showed up in my list of covered insurance carriers, they claimed I had great insurance and supposedly confirmed I was covered. Then went ahead and said oops sorry, u are not covered and charged me $400 bux for something that couldve been done for free anywhere else with my insurance. They are scammers. I even asked if we could work out a payment plan since they were totally in the wrong, have heard nothing.. I will be contacting my attorney

I had a great experience with both Dhinal Patel and Dr. Kitahara. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly kind. Highly highly recommend!!

Modern office and waiting room. Attentive and thoughtful staff. Highly educated dentists with great procedural skills. Recommended.

The team at Art and Dentistry is truly great. Dhinal Patel spent almost an hour removing pesky stains from my teeth this morning, and I cant stop smiling. Thanks Art and Dentistry!

Do not go here! This is the worst dentistry practice I have ever been too. I took my son here and they did not fix cavity! They charged me and wrote a referral that no one will accept. Do not go here and do not take your family here! Warning, this place is worst place around, only reason I went was insurance availability and proximity it was big mistake.

Zero stars! IF you care about your teeth or your time, you will find another dental group. Both the art and the dentistry are bad bad bad.
