Mislead about the actual service being provided. Didnt check area of the house like crawl spaces and attic and when asked was given attitude about it. They tried to up sell me to control other pests that should be included in the original estimate we asked for. Not professional at all, a child could spray better and more thoughtfully. Way too expensive and sub par. Buy the chemicals and do it yourself and it will be much better. This might as well be a scam considering how their customer sevcice treated me. Run far away! Try Pestie or something else. You wont regret it.

We had a large hornets nest in our back yard and Green Pest removed it as soon as I called them. They gave us a time frame but were able to come before hand. Which is a plus for me, because I hate getting time frames and then have to wait til the last 15 minutes. Anyway, the technician explained all that he would be doing and was very professional. He removed the nest and took the queen so we wont have another nest. I would recommend this company and tech. Wondale Hunegnaw. Will review again in 30 days if another hornet sighting.

This company was very fast and handle my issues immediately. Tracy assisted me over the phone she was very customer service friendly and able to squeeze me in for an immediate appointment the same day. We just had Chris come out to service the basement of our home in Nokesville. He got here right on time, got out of his truck with a huge smile, said his name and the service he was here to provide. I would give 0 stars if possible. The tech came out and was friendly but did not solve my mouse problem. While he was doing service, he asked me to pull out my phone and rate 5 stars which explains all the good reviews. I ended up finding and blocking two more entries for the mice that the tech missed which then solved my problem, but for them to initially come out you have to commit to a year service and then pay an early termination fee of 150 bucks. Total scam !! Taking advantage of people

When I called to ask for a check on noise at my home during the quarterly service, they scheduled me in for a visit and two techs, including my regular service tech Cody, came together to thoroughly check on my problem. Jason Brown, of Green Pest Service, as the best! Hes fun to talk to, and he does great work. He got rid of a mice infestation and totally controls the insects around my house. The price is reasonable, and they use environmentally friendly materials. He also sends an email before he leaves the house, explaining what he did. Highly recommended!

This morning Tyler and Alex came to inspect my home for any rodent activity. They did a thorough job and inspected every corner of the home inside and outside. They plugged holes, checked for any activity under kitchen appliances, they checked my attic and basement. Tyler and Alex advised me on what I needed to do to prevent activity and explained everything in detail. I’m very happy with their service and I love Green Pest Service. It’s the best pest service I’ve ever had!

Responsive and good work

I chose this company based on stellar google review and the fact that they use pet-safe agents, BUT I honestly do not understand how all these customers are raving about them . Since we moved to a older home in Bethesda and found there are several ant hills on our back yard, we decided to have professional pest control service done. They were very quick to book us on their schedule but wanted annual contract. THAT was a warning sign. I shouldve not went for it. But being desperate for a service, I said yes. I think they came out in few days. A technician was awful. We were given 3 hour window, but he came 45 mins after the window time. I should have cancelled our contract then. We waited entire afternoon. But again, I was desperate for service, so I let him treat our home. We had some communication trouble with our first technician and did not get clear answers to our questions. But I decided to trust and wait for result since he is a professional from a great company. Our ant problem in back yard seemed to get better initially, but came back worse in few weeks. I called to see if they can come out earlier than scheduled date and also to get a quote on mosquito treatment as well. Notice that I said get a quote? Like before they were quick to schedule us a earlier pest control treatment date and got me a quote. When I spoke to Sasha, my understanding was that I will review the quote via email and decide whether I want the service or not. I never signed the quote. About a week after 2nd pest control service was done, 2 technicians came out without notice (no email about upcoming service or text or phone call), and told my husband who was teleworking from home that I scheduled a mosquito service. Since he was busy teleworking and I was busy working at my office, he could not confirm it with me before techs started to spray our yard. We are two professionals and have very busy schedule every day. When I learned what has been done, I called the office and asked to talk to Sasha. Called twice and wrote an email over past 2 weeks. She was conveniently not available both times. I never received phone call from her and got reply email back. I am now furious because not only mosquito treatment was not asked for but also it is not effective at all. So I called the office again (!!) and asked to speak to the manager. Nicole put me on hold for a good while, then came back said manager has left for the day and she can help me with my issue since she is a supervisor. So I asked for refund for mosquito treatment since I did not sign up for it and it was not effective and cancellation for service. She said she can cancel the service but cannot refund the rendered service until she reviews phone call conversation. I mean, I would not be spending all these times calling and emailing unless I am honest about what I am saying. I felt like I treated like a liar. She could simply check and see if my contract has been signed or not. If it is not signed, service should not be scheduled or rendered. Period. Also, I asked for cancellation of annual pest control contract because the stuffs they were using were not effective. She said there will be $150 penalty. Only problem we had in the beginning was small ant hills, but now we have FIRE ANTS and huge cicadas killer nests in the ground, which was treated after 2nd pest control. It has been 3 days and now I see 3 more huge nest on our driveway and we are scared to walk by there. Nicole told me to give a week for the agent to work and rectify the problem. If the problem still persist, then it will be justifiable to cancel the contract. I wish I can cancel all my services with this company all together and go with another company my neighbor recommended. I spent way too much time and money for below average customer service and poor quality pest control treatment. My bottom line recommendation is please read YELP review.

I called Green Pest Services because of a mouse issue and got an appointment the next day. The technician was Cody and he was very professional and prompt. He explained what I should expect from his visit and the process for evaluating the problem. Once he finished the inspection and laid traps, he detailed how the nasty critters were gaining entry and what needed to be fixed to prevent entry. He was very thorough.

Alfred is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the ant problem inside and outside the house. He also explained the type of treatment he was using. He was detailed oriented. Green Pest has provided our pest service for a number of years now (after having tried other local companies). They show up in a timely manner, and it is very easy to make appointments if I need in-home service for any reason in addition to the exterior service. They also quickly respond to any extra service call requests made beyond our normal quarterly treatments, free of charge. Chris D has always taken the time to answer any questions I may have and never acts dismissive. He’s quite knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough.

Targeting bugs cant be the most inspiring job in the world, but Jason always shows up with a can-do attitude, a big smile (that makes me smile too) and an eagerness to perform his services. His diligence and innate politeness make him a most desirable employee. Green Pest is lucky to have him. They signed contract with me with the Contractual price, but they change their price. After coming. They are kind of cheating. They can cancel their agreement whenever they want. But when we wanna cancel the agreement, We have to pay. They just stand there point of view to do the service. Never for their customers. they did not show any loyalty and honest to their customers. I did not take their services. Be careful they have hidden cost before u using the service.
