Service at this location is exceptional and very easy to utilize. I am happy with my experience renting a box as well as receiving packages. The management here has options for after-hours access to your box and makes a habit of recognizing regular customers. I would recommend this location for your mail needs. Parking in the lot can be crowded during the busiest hours, but there is an adjacent parking lot that isnt too inconvenient when you have to use it.

The staff here is so wonderful and helpful. I stop by often to ship packages or drop off Amazon returns. The team there is always patient and helpful. I had some packing tape that wasnt sticking very well to the box I was shipping and the woman who works there, Lisa, used a little plastic tool to smooth the tape and make sure it was properly adhered to the box. When I commented how handy the tool seemed she gave it to me! When was the last time you had service that kind and friendly?! They will definitely continue to be my first choice for my shipping needs!

I am a regular here and David and Lisa are always helpful, patient, and efficient. I often come in with a variety of requests, some of which Im sure are a bit tedius (small amazon returns, scan codes I have trouble finding etc) and they take it all in stride and help me get in and out. Holiday shipping, overnighting oversized packages to the west coast, the works. These guys are the best. thanks!

David and Lisa run this UPS store. They are unfailingly helpful and efficient. I recently sent a package to an expired address and David worked hard to sort out the problem. They really go the extra mile. Highly recommend their services!

I usually dont leave a review, but I was impressed by how professional and generous the store owner, David and staff Lisa were during my visit. Lisa and David are the pros. efficient, helpful, informative - no nonsense and generous. I came in not knowing how to get my store’s return shipping label on the package, Lisa quickly showed me how to and not charging me for printer which could have cost me $2 easily. David and Lisa literally get the job done so efficiently. When I came in, the line started forming, next thing I know the line was gone in 30 secs. They handle every customer, no matter how uninformed (like me!) with lots of respect and patience. They are all friendly, polite, informative, helpful, efficient and professional. Managers of other service-oriented establishments should visit this office and learn a lesson or two from the staff here.

Great for convenience but it would be nice if this person behind the desk gets a personality and smiles a bit. Would it be so bad if they make you feel like a valued customer vs a bother in their day.

4 stars because they do their job effectively and efficiently. 1 star off for customer service. I’ve been going there for years and I do feel like just a cash register rather than a live human being. I’m not asking for someone to fawn all over me because I’m a customer, just a “hi” or acknowledgement or eye contact would help put them at 5. Our ups and usps delivery men for instance know and say hello to all the families on our block, our local usps store clerks are always cordial and say hello. You never know what someone else is going through...a recognition that they are a person just like you can sometimes mean more than you know!

I had a great experience at this store, and I have to give a huge shout out to David Kim who helped me out. I’ve never really used the UPS store before, so this was one of my very first experiences shipping large items. In total, I had 12 packed boxes, 2 paintings, a guitar, and a full-sized keyboard piano. David helped me collect all of my items and was very patient with me as we walked through the process. He was attentive to other customers coming in, which is a lot of multitasking! All in all, I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. This store really saved me a lot of heartache during my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanks David!

I work out of my home and ship packages a few times a week. Because my business prepays for my shipping, I print my UPS labels at home and then drop the packages off at the UPS store on River Road in Bethesda. In other words, I rarely spend any money at the store however, I am always thankful at how courteous and helpful the employees are despite this. They grab the packages out of my hands when they see me carrying, they help me get them out of my car when they are too heavy for me, and they are always pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

David Kim knows the business, understands how to treat customers, and is pleasant no matter if hes handling an annoying a loyal customer of several years or a customer who walked in for the first time and needs an explanation, top-to-bottom. As a business owner that uses UPS products and services weekly, I commute to Bethesda past numerous stores because of the friendly service Mr. Kim provides daily to me and all of the other customers of Store #6395. I am always amazed at the service provided by the Bethesda Office staff (Maryland). The staff are all friendly, polite, informative, helpful, efficient and professional. I look forward visiting that office when the need arises because I am always confident that my business will be conducted successfully. I have had good package delivery experiences here before, but they are not prepared to be in the printing business. They were out of the two colors of paper I wanted to print a Christmas letter and their paper cutter was broken so they could not print postcard sized invitations. Last year FedEx charged me 15-cents to print each letter. This UPS Store charged me 20-cents each to print the letter and an extra 10-cents a piece because I asked for colored paper. I have never paid extra for colored paper. Be sure to call ahead and ask before wasting your time here.

I just sent a large picture, the staff was very helpful packaging the picture, the package got there in good condition. Just wanted to thank the staff for incredible service, I highly recommend this UPS store.

Im a service provider and I came to this store to pick up the pkgs . Soon as I came in drama was coming from the back the lady yelling in my face and twice she put her hands on me while I have to remain professional and calm .She is the owner of this store is what she was yelling and stomping towards me .The correct way would have been to walk towards me and extend your hand out and say Im so and so and I own the store and I would like to talk to you about my pick up time .My coworkers were in and out the store but, of course she lied and said she didnt touch me and that we shook hands and she also said her worker can verify she didnt touch me but, of course he will lie you pay his salary. She is lieing. I had no reason to come in your store to be Argumentative and if you had any problems why you never call my company, my company called you then you said I was this and thst.She also said that her worker said that I come in rude. Im never rude. I always say Hi and is this all you have or Ill be around for a few more mins.Why she never call my company to report me? On the day of her hostile behavior she told my company I was Argumentative which was not true. I was addressing her complaints their is a difference. This is a case of her approach it was hostile, horrible and unprofessional while customers were in and out her store. Putting your hands on someone is nerver ok especially when you are already hostile and frustrated because to me it was an assault. I never met her until that day. She never introduced herself and said her name . I was Interrogated asking me fir my name my sups name and our numbers . I gave her our names . Im still in shock that this even happened . Ive learned when people cant controlyou or get you to do what they want then out of anger or frustration they put their hands on you and this was the case aswell. I have requested not to come to your store ever again because of you putting your hands on me and the hostile approach. Since this has happen my coworkers say when they go in the store owner and her worker are talking in their language and he dont like going their its different and it wasnt like this before.

Made some b&w copies, self service. Charged me 16c per sheet while ups website price is 10c each. Thats how greedy they are. One time deal and I will never go there again.

Nice people to work with and their prices for packing services may be better than at other UPS locations.
