Before heading to the store, I called to make sure they offer international shipping. My call was answered right away and the lady I spoke to was very nice. I met two young ladies who were very nice. The service was very fast.

Worst airfreight carrier. Does not communicated within it own company. In addition, does not respond to e-mails for phone call timely. Has lost 3 packages. Do not use this carrier for international airfreights.

Two delivery drivers never left door tags so I could sign for my package. Third guy did but it was the last attempt.I called and they said they would waive the signature and deliver by the end of day. Never happened.I called again they said signature cannot be waived and that they would deliver by the end of the day. Never happened.I call multiple times. 3 people hang up on me, one lady goes mute for 5 minutes after I say I want to file a complaint. I hang up becuase shes just gone.They said they would try to deliver Monday by 2. Never happened. Call back. Lady says 4-7. Then I get an email saying its scheduled for tomorrow.So I call again. The lady says the last lady I spoke to said I wanted to pick it up. That never happened.Still waiting for my package. Worst service in the history of humanity.

The service at this location is the reason why people are being replaced with robots. The first time I went I specifically asked for a dhl market shipping rate and they never once mentioned the up-charge of 300% compared to the rate of dhl express store. Without being informed that there was an up-charge, hence being made to believe that that was the actual market dhl price, I continued to go there once every two months for an entire year. The employees clearly recognized me and still did not ever think to disclose that what I was paying for was 3 times the rate of a direct dhl service…Today I went to dhl express location by chance only to find out that the prices I was being charged at this location were astronomical and not dhl rates.04.30 In response to your response: I am not a competitor - I am a customer who has been coming there for about a year and a half and if you were interested in improving your business and addressing this issue I would be happy to help you and show you my receipts from your store vs. the dhl express location, which, for the same package and weight I have been sending from your location, charged me a third of the price. I have been charged hundreds of dollars (close to $1000 over a year) more than I would have if I had gone to the dhl express location.

When mailing packages internationally this is the best location. The DC drop off location is not the same quality . These people are much more caring and well organized. So quick and efficient its worth the drive.

I went to the store and their rates are higher, than a normal DHL. Do not be fooled.

I was there today and I have a bad experience with a young lady who works there very very rude, she need to learn what customer service is .

Awful and dishonest people work here. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. The things were stolen from my package. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They do not take responsibility of their poor service. 5 star reviews are fake and was placed by the people who work here. Do not try to be nice and ask to explain why this review was placed. You perfectly know why. I hope this place will close down soon.

Model efficiency!!!

This afternoon I had a terrible experience. There were two ladies at the register, one was skinnier than the other one. The lady who was skinny was very aggressive towards me and did not let the other person do her job. I had to ship one document which was one piece of paper to Russia. The lady you couldnt explain to me why the price including taxes although I am aware that there is no taxes for shipping. She quoted me to separate prices one was double the other with and without DHL account, without telling me exactly what the difference was. I asked her several different questions that are unrelated to one another and all of the answers are received were basically the same, it is your responsibility to know. She couldnt tell me anything about tracking, she couldnt tell me anything about the speed, it was all my responsibility to read and find out. I ended up using FedEx right around the corner and it was significantly cheaper and I was confirmed at that off is that yes, indeed, there is no tax on shipping. I think this is a third party provider for DHL and they have their own pricing that they are not willing to disclose

I came to this location because of the reviews. However I felt that the man helping me just wanted to move me out as quickly as possible. He didnt scan my box in or give me a tracking information that he was suppose to. He also seemed bothered by me referencing my packing instructions. He also did not give me a tracking number. I wont bring my business here ever again.

A very friendly & nice staff. Paid over $100 for sending a letter to Beijing, China. I believe that was more expensive than last time I used Fedex but I was told that DHL was more reliable in oversea. Recieved two confirmation emails from DHL, one in English and the other one in Chinese.

It was emergency to send some paper to overseas and it took 8 days. Oh man why I spent more than $100 for that. Stupid service from DHL or from this store? Before I used DHL it took at best 3 days. Something wrong with this store. They are not efficient at all. Not recommended. Are they racist? I might be wrong.

It was the worse shipping experience with DHL International. I sent an iPhone6 and iPod(total value of items were $400) to my country as a gift. When I gave the item they charge me $108(which I knew). They didnt tell me about any further cost. But when it reached in my country they charged me more $483 as a tax) when gift items should be Tax free. At the end I had to pay $591 to send 400 worth dollars of staffs and they didnt tell me anything before hand! I will never send anything with this shipper!
