I came into just tires and received excellent help on my brakes and I had a warrant and they honored it with No question asked they also was polite Mr. Javy Roman deserve Auto sales men of the Year.

Went in for a tire change, the morning I had to go on vacation. They only look like 10 minutes! The guys were all so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend:)

I had a nail in my tire. Went to this place on a Monday. They were busy but did an awesome job in getting it done within a reasonable amount of time. Javy Roman was my advisor. Really nice and professional guy. He kept me updated as I waited. Turns out there was even more issues with the tire than just the nail. Javy made sure to explain all the issues and even advised me on what to do in the future. Definitely great experience all around!

Every time I have come here, the staff is helpful, friendly, and efficient. When Ive got a problem, trying to get out of town, or just have routine maintenance, they are great. Today, Oscar was the one who assisted me and got me in and out even though they were really busy. He was helpful on the phone and followed through when I got to the store. Person at desk was clearly in an unhappy mood. I explained that I wanted tires rotated and two replaced. He told me in a condescending way that I was explaining it wrong. I also told him that the lift should only go on the lift points under the car. I explained it twice. The bent up pieces of my car tell a different story, which I told him about before leaving with the car and he didnt respond. Also, they couldnt rotate the back wheels to the front because they were different and billed me for four mountings/balancings instead of two, but he told me that they should be charging me for 6 mount and balance despite the 6 being due to their error. Car vibrates on the expressway now and I dont know if its because they didnt actually balance the tires or because they bent my car up.

Charge way too much for tires and installation. Astronomical numbers had a flat tire and didn’t have any other option so they left me hanging out to dry. When people are worried about getting screwed over by car & tire shops this is why exactly. WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!!!

They will try to rip you off, don’t do it.The underside of my carriage was a bit bent back (I have a low car) and would make noise when I sped up. They first told me it was my tires. I went ahead and got those replaced since I was aware that at least two would need to be replaced soon. Noise was still there. Then they tried to tell me it was my breaks. I got those fixed thru a friend, came back to verify the work and to let them know the noise was still there and it wasn’t the breaks.When they noticed I wouldn’t be doing anymore work thru them, they said “there was a lot of loose pieces and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong”. They suggested a shop up the street (which I made sure to avoid since the whole thing was starting to sound sketch).My undercarriage just happened to be bent back and needed to be straightened back out.So they didn’t do a thorough check the first time or they lied about what was “wrong”. Hard to see how they didn’t notice a bent undercarriage when the car’s been lifted up.

Went online scheduled and confirmed literally minutes before I go I up there they all of a sudden dont have the tires I picked and the only tires they have cost $100 more... I would never recommend them to anyone thats some shady underhanded business... They didnt say my tires would be there at all was rude and not worth my business or anyones for that matter save your money and time they are not worth it

I wished I had read the reviews prior to taking my car in for an oil change. I typically go to the VW dealer, but they were booked. I got an oil change Jan 24th, day later or so the low oil level warning light came on. Im thinking just had an oil change, could be the sensor acting up or something else.The light stayed on and the car begin to drive rough, checked the dip stick and it was absolutely DRY. I immediately called and took my car back the same day.They WERE NOT apologetic, let alone admit that they did not put the cap back on. All they said was you do not need a flushing, we refilled with fresh oil and youre good for the next 5 months!NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE OF ANY KIND!!!!

Happy Friday! I want to acknowledge the awesome service & availability of Just Tires (Berwyn, IL).I needed a tire replaced and started with the Burbank location. Unfortunately, there was nothing available. I am sure the Burbank office didnt willing plan to discourage me from going to another location; but, the individuals response made it appear that no other location would be available to help me with a tire change. He was wrong! I called the Berwyn store and Javy Roman came through...Javy & Just Tires Berwyn, YOU ROCK!!!!!

As a woman you already have the disadvantage in going into a male-dominated industry and not knowing exactly why you are there or what will the cost be and if its reasonable compared to other shops. I knew my tire had a leak but not sure if it needed to be plugged or if I needed a whole new tire. In my mind I was planning for the worse....a new tire. After speaking with Javy Roman he assured me they would take a look and figure it out. He came back saying the tire did have a leak but it was the sensor. He told me the price upfront for a new sensor but would make sure that it could be fixed before replacing it. He explained the process fully and explained that there was a risk that it could break off but they will try their hardest not to. Of course in my mind I thought they are just going to break it on purpose and say that It just needs to be replaced. Javy came back and said it was successful that I wouldnt need the replacement and they would double check again to make sure I had no leaks. After double checking Javy came back and said good thing they double checked as it was still leaking air but they fixed it. I was good to go in less than 30min on a Friday evening and guess what.....FREE. Javy was exceptional at explaining everything and MADE SURE I DIDNT SPEND $$$ ON WHAT I DIDNT NEED. Thank you Tech. Would not have gone there if my tire did not go out near by. Place looks old and run down and staff does not seem to have direction and confidence in what they are doing.

Theyre nice, but dont staff for the busy hours. Plus the tires are just more expensive than Discount Tire. If I have a flat tire while close to here, Ill come back. But from now on, Ill be going elsewhere just passed on the prices.

This was such an awful experience I don’t know where to start. It took 8 hours to look at a single tire which of course was bad and needed to be replaced however they would need to keep car a day to put it on. I arrived at 8AM and also scheduled a 9AM meeting just in case. They said they do t prioritize whatever that means and the five minutes of work took roughly 10 hours. If your time means anything to you don’t come here

Never again. I purchased a set of tires here, no issues whatsoever. A few months later I rolled over a nail. The way the nail went into my tire, I knew there was no fixing it, it was too close to the edge. I made an appointment to replace it for 1 pm on a Sunday I believe. Not super busy whatsoever. I go in, explain there’s a nail; I have insurance blah blah blah. So the gentleman says let them take a look. 45 minutes go past and he finally says well we can’t fix it, you have to replace it. To replace it he says give him 45 minutes. I sat up there for 2 hrs to replace one tire. Mind you a man walked in saying he had a flat, needed up getting two new tires, was out the door in 30 minutes. I get that I’m a woman and guys tend to cater to guys needs but two hours is ridiculous. Won’t be going back

Completed the job well. Some of their weekends get very busy. Weekdays may result in more timely service.

They were expensive but the work was good and sometimes they have rebates deal too. You get free wheel balance for a numbers of miles too.

There were professional and polite. They explain everything to me ahead of time, so there were no surprises when it came to receiving and pay for the work. They even answered additional questions I had regarding possible future services.

My tire pressure light came on so I drove to this Just Tires location because it was the closest tire store to me. This was also my first time at a Just Tires.The staff wasnt necessarily rude, but by no means friendly or approachable. They said the wait would be 30 minutes to simply examine the tires, which was no problem until it became closer to one hour. (It was just me and one other person in there while there was a full staff working.)Then the gentlemen said there was a nail in my tire, made up something that the nail was in a certain location so it was a 50/50 chance that they could repair the tire for $40. Then started talking about new tire prices and installation.This was a red flag to me, as I usually go to Discount Tire and they have never had any issues fixing me or my families tire FOR FREE, WITHIN AN HOUR.Then I thought it was hilarious that he offered to MAYBE fix the tire for $40, but keep the $40 if they couldnt fix it AND charge me for the new tire and installation.I had them put on the spare tire for 25 dollars... which is unbelievably ridiculous that you would charge a customer to do a 5 minute job for their safety that much money.. and that took another 20 minutes.Went to the closest discount tire and bam, they said the tire is fixable and got me in and out in 40 minutes while their was actually less people working there and close to 10 people waiting. In addition to a friendly staff and complimentary drinks while you wait.I would highly recommend not coming to Just Tires by any means. I know that will be my first and last time.

Absolutely excellent experience with Just Tires in Berwyn and Javier. A couple weeks ago I had a nail in my tire and needed the tire replaced due to the location of the nail. I stopped at a Discount Tire where they told me I would need to change all 4 tires as they didnt have my tire. I stopped at a PepBoys as that is where the tires were originally from and they said it would take 1 week to get the tire and it I paid extra I could get it in 6 days...too long for me to be driving in the spare. So I called Just Tires as I pass it daily to work. Javier was understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He said he would order the tire and I could come in the next day for the install. He called when he said he would to let me know the tire arrived, I showed up the next morning, the tire was installed and the price was just as he quoted. As a bonus, Javier was a joy to talk with. All of the staff I encountered was friendly as well. Would give 6 stars if I could!

A moderate priced store specializing in tires. The customer service people are all helpful and knowledgeable about tires. It is best to go there with an appointment otherwise your looking at a two hour or longer wait. There is plenty of parking. The store is very visible from cermack road.

I got a flat a few weeks ago, and lucky for me these guys were right across the street. Once I got the car over there, they repaired the flat, and checked out the rest of my tires in about 40 min. These guys are awesome. I recommend them highly to anyone in need .

Ive been going to Just Tires for 5 years now but have been coming to this location for a couple years and I have changed cars recently and have had no issues with the change. I dont feel like theyre taking advantage of me being a woman and they are very nice and professional. Prices are lower than Midas and Jiffy Lube and have never had any problems with my as a result. If you have to wait for service bring snacks because the gas station across the street had a small selection.

Excuse my lack of knowledge of the part names of a tire. I will do my best to explain it.Had a temporary tire on when I got to the shop. Told the front desk about a special socket for the rim needed in order to install the tire with the lug knots. The front desk told me that they will check and see if they can install the new tire with the rim. However, after over an hour, they told me that they were able to replace the tire but they didnt have the tools to install the tire with a rim to the car. They told me that they just realized it right after they replace the tire. I wished they check on that first before they start the job so I can decide whether to continue or not. It felt like they just wanted the job so they can take my money. I had to take it to another tire shop to install the new tire to my car.

Hated it. Simple nail punch took them almost 2 hours, considering only 1 car was at the shop. Never again!

Went there for sensor light coming on for flat tire & found out that sensor was damaged on one tire. The price was reasonable, service was about 1 1/2 hour wait no appointment.

This morning I had a dreaded flat tire - drivers front. I filled it with air and carefully drove it to Just Tires a few blocks away. Javier took my info and I agreed to a $45 repair fee, which included tax. 25 minutes later, Javier comes in and tells me that they found nothing wrong with the drivers front tire, but I needed to replace all of my tires. I mentioned and showed him the picture of my flat tire that morning - knowing something was obviously wrong. Again, he said they found nothing wrong and blah blah blah... immediate red flag.I took my car out of there, drove it to Lopez Tires a few blocks away, and got my tire patched for $8. There was a nail in the tire the whole time.

I blew a tire on I-290 going South on a Sunday evening and this shop was able to get us in and back out on the road in no time the following day. Super polite staff, clean business area who dont try to upsell you on things.

SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CAR FROM THIS SHOP!!I left my car at the Just Tires on Cermak at 2 pm on a Saturday and asked for an engine oil and filter change and to reseal two tires to the rim because I had a slow leak. I had brought my car to them previously for the same problem and their diagnosis was a rim leak.  They said they would call me to pick up the car later that day.The following day, after not receiving a call as promised I called them.  They confirmed the car was ready for pick up.  Upon arrival, David at Just Tires asked me, “you’re having a problem starting your car right?”.  I informed him I had no problems starting the car and was very unnerved about what else might be wrong that worked prior to me dropping off my car.David handed me my paperwork without asking for payment, so I asked him why he wasn’t charging me for the oil and filter. He looked as though he was in deep thought, but no words came from his mouth. He showed me the work order, as if that somehow would convince me that I actually didn’t want an oil and filter. No offer to resolve the matter. I thought it best to take my car elsewhere.So in summary:· No call to pick up car as promised· Car now has a dead battery· No oil and filter change· Resealed 4 rims - only asked for 2 to be resealedDo yourself a favor, don’t take your car to a place that will fail to do what you asked them to do and will return your car to you with additional problems.  Read more one-star ratings to understand this is an ongoing problem. You should also know that the corporate office will just loop you back to the local shop instead of intervening and righting the situation directly.UPDATE: I spoke with a District Manager and he apologized for my hassle and sent me a check to cover the cost of an oil and filter somewhere else. I wish I could say this will encourage me to go back, but it wont. Just wanted to pass along that corporate made it right for me in this instance.

One star because i could not give zero in order to give my review. 6 months ago this location changed the transfuel oil from my transmission, given that my car is a Nissan Murano therefore the oil has to be a CVT. A few months back my transmission stoped working, I got it tested and found out they did not put CVT oil on my transmission. They have messed up my trasmission so now Nissan will not replace my transmission because it is the wrong oil on it. How furious am I? Very furious and upset! The workers from Just Tires swore they put CVT oil, well now I have results and have proof it is not CVT! Now trying to see if I could get a lawyer for this matter or have Good year take responsibility!UPDATE: I received a check for the damage done, but I still do not recommend the place. Please save your time and car from this place.

My wife ordered tires when she stopped in for service they went as far as taking all four wheels off and unmounted two before realizing that they did not have the tires in stock. Did not tell my wife until she asked why her car was on left so long. They remounted the two tires without balancing them and now they vibrate badly on highway. I will never recommend this shop to anybody very unable to do the work I took her car to Blaines farm.

I repeatedly return to the Berwyn Just Tires. Javier is a great and fair manager. Not only do they know tires, they have pointed out several conditions just which would have caused me problems later, that I did not know about. This was free if charge. When they say there is a problem, you can trust them, and you better take care of it.

I bought 4 BRAND NEW TIRES and it hasn’t been a full year yet and EVERY LAST ONE has needed some sort of service and STILL getting serviced. Somehow small holes are appearing in all of them. No nails or nothing. Just slow leaks randomly. Super frustrating because to spend $5-600 for 4 brand new tires and they be FAULTY WHEN THEY ARE NEW. I’ll never come here again nor recommend anyone. There’s no way I should be spending additional money to get them serviced when they were NEW!

I came in for new tires and was told it would take 3 hours. I waited with my baby for 3 hours and when I asked how much longer I would have to wait, I was told another 4 hours. When I told them that Id been waiting with my baby for the past 3 hours they told me that my options were to wait another 4 hours or to take my car and come back tomorrow. I got my car, went to Lucas tires on Addison and Western, saved money, and only had to wait for 40 min. Will never go back to Just Tires, service was deplorable.

Dude came up to me in the waiting room about 4 times every time he came he found something wrong with the car and wanted to charge more. My car is well maintained and all I gone for was new tires and to add to the issue it took 4 hours for tires
