It’s so hard to find a good mechanic now a days. This a place you can trust not to rip you off and can trust to do the right thing. Owner is very friendly and up front with what’s wrong with your vehicle. They are also upfront with what’s not wrong with your vehicle. Definitely a shop to get just about any mechanical work done!

This place was awesome! My A/C went out in my 2011 CR-V, they checked it and immediately told me it was the compressor and gave me a very good estimate. I wasn’t sure what the normal estimate was for this repair, so I shopped around for a couple weeks. When I found nothing better than Mike’s estimate I called them back up and they were able to fit me in the next morning with the same estimate! Awesome professional service and very friendly people. Highly recommend! I would like to specifically recognize an outstanding worker, Tony, he mainly helped me and he is very honest and great at his work.

They are really awesome. My family has been going to Anthony for years. They just did a belt and tensioner on my old Buick. And about 10 years ago they changed out the whole engine in our 83 Chevy Camper. Great shop, and great guys at a affordable price. Beats Midas for sure.

First time taking my vehicle in for work to be done here. They repaired both my CV Axle shafts in fantastic timing, and did an absolutely great job for the best price around. $500 less than the dealer and 2-3 hundred less than other establishments. Great staff, kind, and considerate. They know there craft extremely well, and use quality parts made in the USA for the repairs. I couldnt have been more happy. I highly highly recommend this shop for all your automotive repair needs. I dont look forward to the next repair need, but I DO look forward to bringing my car back to Mike & Sons to get it fixed. 😁👍

Awesome group of people. We are 3 women who were traveling from Georgia to California for my granddaughter to get married. Her car had been repaired and new tires put onin Georgia but something went wrong.so we are in Forrest City, Arkansas and went to Mike and Sons Auro Service. They took the time to take her car apart, find the problem (and this took 2 tries) and check the entire car before letting us drive away. I have never felt so protected. Thank you Mike and crew. I have to give credit where credit is due. I usually go to my own mechanic but my son (Anthony) insisted to see these guys from a referral. I was skeptical as I usually am about strangers, but instantly some guy named Anthony made us feel welcomed. I still had my guards up because thats just how I roll. They gave us the estimate and fixed the problem and kept it reasonable on price. He was even honest enough to advise to my son that he shouldnt put too much money into this vehicle, its gonna make him go broke. THATS WHAT WON ME. I APPRECIATE THAT TYPE OF TALK. Im really amazed and grateful for the work this mechanic business provide!! I never liked taking my truck to any mechanic shop the horror stories you would hear!! I looked these guys up great reviews was nervous at first but good honest mechanics do exist!! Mike & Sons is great! I’ve gone there twice now and both times I’ve received quality service for a fair price. I appreciate that they always go over what they’re doing and make sure you are able to or want to pay for that. Also, when they quote you a price, they stick to it! Excellent service at a reasonable price. I typically service my own familys vehicles; however, somethings the cars need something replaced that is too much of a hassle to do without the proper tools. For those repairs, I bring the parts and get them serviced at Mike & Sons for a fraction of the cost of labor than the Dealership. Highly recommended

I got great service there and my car received top notch care from people who really know what theyre doing.

A co worker told me to go and talk to Anthony. The heater fan in my van was not changing between cold and hot and only blew cold in this winter weather. Already had a quote for $400 to fix it (some door in the heating fan system). He said $500 but was able to rig it for $160. Said I needed a whole new system and a motor and that would be $800. I paid the $160 but two weeks later his rigging broke and he said better just fix it right. As a friend of a friend he would do it for $600. When I picked the van up, he said I should still get a new motor???? So basically he fixed (what the other two shops said 400) but not the motor. So I ended up paying $760 for a $400 fix. I asked him if we could deduct the $160 I paid two weeks ago and he said NO. He´s a smooth talker but full of sh...t. Be sure to get the price and detailed info on what he is going to fix before any business with this shop. Thinking of reporting them to the BBB

This is a solid shop. They are straight forward and honest about their work. Pricing is fair and they always work to get me in without an appointment. That being said, I would definitely make an appointment if you want to avoid a wait, because they always seem to have work going on.

As a family friend of Anthony he told me he could easily sell my car for me, after about a week of nothing my uncle went to the shop to take a look at my car while I was at work. Thank god my uncle went, my car was parked on the corner with the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition!! The following day I went to talk to him about it and all he said was he couldnt find my car (my uncle took it back to my house) but that he would give my new car a free oil change.... After this experience I will never bring a car of mine or recommend a friend to bring theirs to him. Worst shop I have ever been too!

After going to quality on 27th and Ridgeland please do not go there they are both rip offs.I was told originally it was my spark plugs and coils (which was correct) to 4hrs later it was my engine. I was verry nervous of some one else ripping me off but after reading reviews for Mike & done I decided to try them best thing I did Mike was honest said original thing coil and spark plugs he told me it my solve the issue with my check engine and epc but couldnt get full reading till that was done. Turns out thats all it needs and car is running good again. They have earned my business for there honestly and reasonable pricing.
