Ive been getting car repairs here for years, my sister and dad go here as well. The mechanics are nice, fair, and honest. You have the choice of bringing parts and paying for labor or theyll do it all. But the price difference is so minor plus you get a warranty, that its not really noticeable. I known theres usually a big markup for parts but it was legit about a 20 buck difference total for my rotor and brake pad since I have a foreign car. That extra 20 saved me time I didnt have to run around buying parts. Even better than that, I got my car back the same day! They squeezed me in even though they were booked and called me about 5.5 hours later. I drive my car all day long for my business and they knew how important it was that I have it back so I could get to work to work the next day. It only took them about 10 minutes to put my car up and look at the problem and let me know before letting me make my decision. And lastly, Lets not Overlook the front desk, I cannot remember her name but she is always awesome as well. Super sweet, and on top of her stuff. Knows her job and cares. This place deserves all the business plus more!

I dropped my car off right when they opened at 8, I knew I needed brakes. When they called me they told me the rotors were rusted and I needed all new rotors and pads, front and rear, they gave me a great deal and I picked my car up at the end of the day. Thanks for your your help!

I have been going to rite price for about 8yrs now and Dave the owner has never steered me wrong. I’m very pleased with the work as well as prices. I have 5 cars in the household and trust rite price with all of them. Dave is a great guy and doesn’t b.s. and let’s you know what needs to be done. Took my car to check why it was shaking while on idle, and just because I decided not doing it right away, I got charged $55 just for the check up. I mean, I’m pretty sure It didn’t even took them 15mins to check spark plugs, coils and air filter. They r not located in a place where u totally need to disassemble parts. Oh, also checking the oil, which the panel was showing. Not fair!

I chose this place because of the excellent review I read. Hours after I paid for a new alternator and battery, my cars RPM still ran high and my car began to leak and overheat. I was disappointed that my issues had not all been addressed in one visit because I had complained about the RPM in the first visit, but after a second visit, my car is running great. I cant complain about the price because I didnt shop around like I should have, but I would imagine that all mechanics charge hourly labor rates for 10 - 15 minute jobs. I need to learn how to do basic repairs myself.

I have been coming to rite price auto for years and they have always taken great care of my Acura. I have never had any problems they always did a great job and finished on time. The customer service is great.

This is the second time I brought my car here and both times I had to bring it back within a day. The first time was a brake job that was squeaky and created a grinding noise that hurt my ears. The second time I got a converter and the min we drove it home there was a massive shuddering and shaking. Further, the check engine light came on for the same problem we took it in for.
