I love this car wash. I purchased an unlimited plan. After work or whenever I can drive up, pass the sensor and I get a wash without having to wait for an attendant. The vacuums are also unlimited and not timed. Its very refreshing and my car stays clean.

My experience here was a very good one. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable. Courteous and friendly. I actually purchased one of the unlimited car wash passes and my car was exceptionally clean. Thank you very much!!!!

Very convenient here on 550. Workers are always smiling and waving and helpful when needed. The car wash itself should be around a two star. Washing you car is good the dryers leave your car a mess, windshield & windows are spotted. Its best to go to the vacuums and dry your car yourself. And vacuum it.

We recently left Warrior Car Wash for Mister Car Wash, and boy, are we glad that we did! The staff is friendly (the employee who greeted us when we arrived actually used to work at Warrior and left for greener pastures), the car wash itself does a better job, and the premium package price is easier on the wallet. On top of all of that, the membership allows you to wash your car at any of their locations instead of driving out of your way to visit a solitary one. If youre thinking of signing up for a package at Warrior, do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks to Mister Car Wash - like us, youll be glad you did!

I have mixed emotions on this place for the reason when I was a monthly customer and who signed me up did it wrong and I was told that I had to pay more on my monthly subscription so I just go there every so often to wash my truck. As far as the car wash it self it does a very good job, I have no complaints whatsoever.

I like the convenience of paying one monthly payment and driving through at my own convenience to get my car washed. I have black wheels so I get my car washed every couple of days. Most locations also have the self-service vacuums with a membership.

Was awesome to clean up my vehicle. Had more room to vacuum my car.

We got what we paid for. Place was free of debris. Free vacuums are a welcome amenity but are only free as an inclusion with your purchase of a car wash. The staff was friendly. Garbage pails were filled to the top, would have liked to see those emptied. All in all its worth it.

Dropped globs of pink wax substance over entire car. Had to re-wash the vehicle to remove the wax globs. This was performed by the most expensive full treatment choice of 20.00 dollars. I believe also that the water temperature is very hot. There is also NO rain checks available or full refunds due to mistakable ugly goo smears.

This particular location is awful. They close early and none of the vacuums ever work. I just tried to go through the members lane and had to back out around a curve because they were shut down with no signs. I watched 8 other vehicles do the same while I tried to vacuum my interior. If I were in that lane in my truck and had to back out it would have been a bigger issue. When I tried to talk to an employee about it, she was RUDE and immature. This is not the first time I have had problems here. All of the other locations are amazing.

This guys know very good the business... Fast in... fast out.... shinning. Perfect.

07 May 2021WOW! Once again, I arrived at this Mister Car Wash location (today at 6:43pm) and theyd already closed, What does 7pm mean, guys? Jeeezus - do NOT buy a monthly pass from this Mister Car Wash location unless you know youre going to be there well before 7pm... or whatever time they decide to close that day.22 April 2021This is a good location (one of the newer car washes in the ABQ/Rio Rancho area). I’ve used this Mister Car Wash four times so far and each time I drove off with different results (not too consistent). The first time was GREAT – perfect! The second time I drove off with ‘something’ smeared on both sides of my truck, the third time I stopped by a very personable young woman was my attendant and she sold me a monthly pass and wished me a good day. The fourth time (yesterday – a Wednesday) I stopped by this location they had closed a good 20-minutes early and, from what I saw, for no good reason (at 6:36pm – car wash doors were closed).To be fair, I just reached out to the owner of this Mister Car Wash and left him/her a message… they have yet to reply. Regardless, purchase monthly passes at your discretion. When this Mister Car Wash is up and running (as designed) – it does produce great results. I just wish they’d remain open during stated business hours.

Ok but not worth the $35 I paid. The entire dash and surfaces such as radio stack, instrument panel, glove box, etc. was left untouched. If I go back, it will just be for a basic exterior wash. I wont pay for an interior clean.

Wish there was an option to take all my cars instead of one scan code per car.

My favorite Mister Carwash. Because it has the finishing detailing up to you. Vacuum, air blowing. For my car I prefer to leave with no water drips on the paint, or water spots on the windows. Perfect for me! 😊 Plus José the manager is a really great human. Very friendly and professional. Five Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

I LOVE this carwash!! Every staff member I have come in contact with is so friendly and they are always smiling. Jason the Manager is so nice and genuinely cares about your experience. The vacuums/equipment always work and the location is kept clean. Ive never had any problems or issues at this location and I prefer this one to others around my area.

The guys took extra care to 1.make sure we bought the right wash and 2.give us some pre-wash spray and 3 guarantee our satisfaction. Did a great job cleaning our car after a long road trip.

The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. However, in the 5 times that I have been to this car wash I gotten what I paid for 2 times. Twice, I didnt get the tire shine and once it was malfunctioning and put goop all over my chrome wheels. The last time I tried it, the car came out with TONS of spots all over it and there was no tire shine that happened. This was after paying $20 for their fancy wax etc. It was a convenient location but I wont go there again. Ive given it too many chances!

This is the most convenient of all the automatic car washes.

Been there a few times, sometimes the dryer works great and others not so much. It seems like when they are busy you go through the car wash much faster 🙄

Today I paid $7 here for maybe the worst car wash I’ve ever received. The smashed bugs remained, and some waxy streaks were added to my windows. I had to basically wash the car again myself when I got home.

Quick and convenient. Easy to get in and out. The machine does a nice job, I just wish they had someone at the end to wipe down the car mirrors and some of the streaks.

This place is terrible! The general manager is terrible. Avoid this place at all costs!

One of the newer Mister locations. Very clean, very nice staff, and the wash did a fantastic job getting my car clean and free of salt from the snow. Well lit at night and vacuums have good suction.

I can not believe the increase in price for a full car wash inside and out. Last year i was paying for 2 cars for the price im paying for one car now and no inside cleaning.

Employees are so helpful and since its newer the vacuum and actual wash was hands down the best for the price.

Poor quality car wash, vehicle barely came out cleaner than when it went in. Basically It’s self service, wipe your own glass, vacuum your own interior. A complete waste of money. For this type of service you should go to your local area gas station/car wash.

I am a disabled veteran and live on a dirt road. I purchased an unlimited subscription to Mr. Carwash at this location because it is difficult for me to wash my own car during monsoon season. When I brought my car to be cleaned, the manager at this location in Bernalillo rudely told me that they would not wash my car. He said that it was too dirty, and that it would inconvenience all their other customers (It was during work hours on a weekday and I was the only person there!) He said that they advertise being able to wash any car in 5 minutes, and since it would take them longer than 5 minutes, they would not wash my car. He demanded that I spray my car down first before entering his car wash, stating that they would not spray it down for me. I told him that I was a disabled veteran and not interested in washing my own car before I pay to drive it through his car wash, but he was adamant. (I guess they only wash cars that are already clean, or something.) I asked him where the nearest location was, where I would receive the service that I paid for, and he rolled his eyes and said that maybe the one 20 minutes away would wash my car, but he couldnt guarantee it. This is either a case of discrimination against disabled people or false advertising. In either case, shame on them. Anyway, there are other car washes in town.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is terrible! The workers don’t even care to actually take time to clean your car! Now I have to go home and clean out my car AGAIN!! I went to this place because I’m extremely busy and don’t really have time to always clean out my car. Because of this HORRIBLE PLACE I will definitely find time to clean out my own car!!!

The wash does just an okay job on our mid-size SUV. I usually have to clean some parts of the tailgate and some of the windows. Non-spotting rinse water would help.

This is the good one in the area to go to, skip the 528 location. Its basically the reskinned old carwash and doesnt do a good job. The folks are really friendly at this one as well.

We went to the Bernalillo Mister car wash yesterday. We were driving our truck and when we pulled up to the pay kiosk the employee came over and looked over our vehicle. We were told our vehicle was dirty with dried road spray on it from a recent snow storm. He then told us our vehicle was dirty so they would not wash it at that time. I guess they only wash clean vehicles at this location. What a joke. Stay away from this location as they only clean vehicles that are not dirty.

Since they purchased the car wash business from Octopus, they doubled the prices. As a result, they are way overpriced, and I quit going there. Also, the wash staff has gone to very predominantly white males. Before they purchased this business, the staff was predominantly Hispanic, a few Native Americans, and included a sprinkling of Women. I find this very odd, in a city where the population includes such a large large percentage of Hispanics & Natives. Very odd...

Its quick and easy, close to home and I go as often as I need to for the same monthly price.

NEGATIVE STARS!!! CAR OWNERS BEWARE!!!I took my WRX through this wash today at the south coors location and the guy directing how you enter misguided me CAUSING MY ENTIRE FRONT DRIVER WHEEL WELL GUARD TO POP OFF!! I have used Misters at several locations. I even had a membership but when this happen I was told it was MY FAULT and they have no liability! This is just ridiculous! This employee incorrectly guided me! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!

I have had really bad service and when I went for a refund they told me to call and I waited over a week for the refund and to cancel my membership. When I called to ask what happened with my refund they said it was never cancelled and have to wait another week for the refund.

I paid for the most expensive option and there is still dust all over my car. The carwash behind Giant is better and substantially cheaper!

This one is an express location = only an exterior wash (no hand-drying or interior wipe down) and includes free self-vaccum. I purchased an unlimited wash but after several months, I just cancelled. One, they dont brush clean your front bumper to remove bugs and Two, the rinse cycle simply isnt enough to get all the soap off my Jeep Grand Cherokee and its been leaving a residue. Plus, the last two times through, my license plate was nearly ripped off (and it has 2 bolts to sufficiently attach it to vehicle) by their equipment.

If you have the monthly membership, do NOT come to this Mister Carwash. Youll be driving your own car through to get cleaned. No specific detailing and yoully be kindly told that you can vaccum your own car for free...ummm, I paid a membership price so I can drop off my car and have it cleaned inside and outside. If you only want a quick wash, isit your place .

This USED to be a great place to get your car washed (when it was an Octopus Car Wash) but, as soon asd it was bought out, the prices went up and the quality went down. Ive never gone back.

Be ready to finish the wash yourself. Doesnt dry very good at all.

My car came out dirtier than it went in. Soap stains everywhere. Very pushy employees. Never going back.

This one is an express location, which means you only get an exterior wash - no hand-drying or interior wipe down. This isnt disclosed clear on the signage or the payment kiosk and you cant see the exit from the main road. So now, $17 later, my windows are still dirty. Im also getting tired of the high-pressure sales tactics for their monthly subscription plans.
