I used this car for both our vehicles wash for over two years, their accounting system is pathetic and after leaving the area, I realized that there are many car washes that are far better and a heck of a lot cheaper. It works but for $70+ per month for two cars is way over the top.

Great car wash! Never very busy. Vacuum is very strong and unlimited use with purchase of car wash. Dont take a muddy vehicle, they will turn you away or make you pay additional fees to go through the wash.

My husband and I signed up for a monthly package at Warrior as soon as they opened. The wash was adequate so we never really thought of checking other car washes out. Ive had a couple of issues during the past year - when the car wash shut down for a couple of months during COVID, they continued to charge us, and shortly after they reopened, the raised the rates without notice. Both times, I wrote to the manager, but remained a customer. A couple of weeks ago, my card on file was hacked, so we visited and asked them to update the card to a different one. Instead of doing that, they charged us for a single car wash (which is half the price of the monthly membership). When we asked them to rectify their mistake, they refused to do so and were very rude. We drove down the street to Mister Car Wash and what a difference! The staff was friendly (one is an ex-Warrior employee), the car wash was superior, the price was better, and they have tons of locations instead of just one. So happy to have made the switch to Mister Car Wash!

Warrior car wash is the best automated car wash in town; their equipment is new and top of the line, providing awesome results. I bring my Yukon SUV there to keep it looking new. I especially like the hands on pre-wash that an attendant gives your car before it begins moving on the automated track. The attendant uses a brush and/or a high pressure spray to try to get the stubborn dirt off the car before it enters the automated part of the wash.The employees Ive met there have all been very friendly and helpful and its a good value.

First thing into the Warrior car wash we met a very friendly employee which was very refreshing. The wash was good and vaccum was all good too. But I Would recommend simply because of the friendly, courteous employee. Thank you for your great customer service😊

Brought my brand new car here for a wash after the snow and salting on the roads. My BRAND NEW CAR not even 2 weeks old is all scratched up!!!! The clear coating has marks all over it and there are other deeper scratches as well. Went here because the reviews were pretty good but I have left completely devastated. Now I have to figure out how to get all these scratches out of my brand new car.*UPDATE 1:The manager emailed me back and arranged to meet with me to assess my car. He was very kind and understanding. We filled out an incident report. He refunded my money for the car wash I did. I do appreciate the responsiveness and understanding.*UPDATE 2:They investigated my claim and checked through their wash very thoroughly. They were unable to find anything that could have caused my car to get scratched. But they really made up for that with truly amazing customer service. The manager wanted me to feel better and retain my business. He apologized and put together a really nice little car care gift bag. The staff was all super nice as well when I picked it up. I am still sad about my car getting scratched but I feel better than I did before because of the care and kindness the manager and staff showed to me when they were unable to find anything wrong with the wash. They went above and beyond any customer service I was expecting.

They were supposed to do my wheels they said but it wasnt done good so I had to come home and Armor All and redo my wheels but other than that it was good I surely do appreciate yall

I stopped using the place to wash 3 of my vehicles because it did a mediocre job at best with cleaning the vehicles compared to other car washes down the street. I had a friend say that they arent too bad and to try to give them another shot, so I did. Unfortunately my $15 wash very quickly was ruined by the rain. I spoke to someone at the carwash who said just save your receipt and come back. I returned a day later only to be denied. I will be going to Mister down the street from now on.

Friendly service, done a very good job

My car always comes out clean here. Monthly plan is reasonable for what you get. Free vacuum and place to clean up the excess water. Friendly staff. My go to place when I need cars washed.

Good car wash. Vacuums are free which offsets the Premium wash price.

Its the best drive through car wash Ive been to in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho. I drive from Albuquerque for a better car wash. Service staff is always courteous and are following the covid 19 guidelines by wearing masks. Thank you for protecting yourselves as well as others.

Prices were OK it did not clean the side of my truck very well and water spots were left. They did not have a crevice tool vacuum or and towels to wipe off windows to prevent water spots. Staff was friendly but I wont go back.

How do you wash a vehicle with almost no water? I payed $10.00 for the better wash. My truck was still dirty and it did not do the underside that I payed for. I will not be back.

Good place to wash the snow grit off your car. Better than mister, car wash places, and cheaper, brushes are new, so the car is clean. They give you free sense pods, and towelettes for your interior. Mister gives you nothing, and cost more.

Always get a great wash here. My truck looks good after & everyone is friendly. Monique is the kindest. She always makes sure the front of the truck gets sprayed & brushed before entering the wash & provides me with a dash wipe, car freshener & dry cloth.

I should have known better...... Took my brand new (600 miles) Wrangler in today and did the $15 Rainbow wash. First pass was so bad (came out covered in suds and dripping green wax everywhere) that they run it through again. Well, that wasn’t much better. When it dried (covered in spots and dirt still), I found one big, deep 3 inch scratch on the side and a TON of fine scratches everywhere they used the dirty brush. I’m super upset, haven’t even made the first payment. Beware if you have a decent car and don’t want it all scratched up.

Rude service, crappy machines cleaning your vehicle. You pay extra for nothing. I asked an employee why the tire shine only sprayed 1/4 of each tire, response: I dont know it does that. So I asked for a rag and some tire shine so they could finish the job that I had already paid for. He returns with a rag and no tire shine. They had me do it myself. My grandma can wash my truck better than this place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Apparently I had noticed this car wash when finishing touches were being put on because when we stopped today, the line was out to the road and the person helping us said they had only been open since this afternoon.Weve been getting frequent car washes since weve been in New Mexico and this was the best one. Although they were offering opening day prices, the regular prices looked reasonable. They also offer unlimited wash programs for frequent washers.We opted for their top wash, Rainbow, because it claims to include a rain & dust repellant. - Were hoping it makes even a small difference.If we lived in the area, this would be my go-to car wash and I would probably get the Rainbow monthly unlimited option.

The car wash itself, was just awful. My car came out with all three colors of soap, the machine didnt rinse anything nor did the dryers work the first time through. I pulled back around and informed the employees and let me give it another run through (employees are the reason for stars at all). The second time was better but still not great. The car wash at least sprayed a few drops for a rinse but still had soap residue and I had to hand dry my carbecause that dryer is a joke, to get all the residue and spots the wash left. Im sure once they get everything in order it will be a great car wash, but until then, I would not recommend.

Ok car wash. Prices opening weekend were great, but they got expensive after that. I guess thats why I stopped seeing as many people here. Cleans your car well for the most part. Doesnt get the underside and wheel wells too well though.

Didnt do the job I was hoping for. I drive a white Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had some bug guts on it and a little splash mud around the wheels. Only 2 weeks old, and havent taken her out yet, so fairly clean. Paid for the best wash, and it didnt even get the guts off the hood. Left the wheel wells still dirty and didnt dry it nearly enough. Odd they have a tech at the entry but they dont brush the vehicle (like the wash at latitudes). Positive is that it comes with a sham I was able to finish drying and cleaning it with as well as a plug in air freshener. Wont be returning although the location is convenient to home.

They were having free car washes. To work out the bugs out.. ok for now.. have to go back when they get it working fine.

Nope. I was actually going to buy a membership to the place because it seems to clean the vehicle pretty well. Today I took the husbands truck in, paid for the most expensive wash, and when it was done it was stilly very soapy. (Standing soap in the bed, soap on the doors, rear window, side panels etc). I went back and asked for another rinse (their basic is $6 and Im sure Costs them nothing). I would have been satisfied with a hose rinse and blow dry) I was told that they would do it just this time because their ma after says they arent supposed to do that anymore.This tells me that its a known problem with an attitude of well not our problem.The $6 wash did fine rinsing the vehicle.Not cool. Also not getting another $15 bucks from me.

I had high hopes for this place, even canceled my mister carwash membership. Now I am going to have to go back to mister carwash since this place sucks. No customer service. Why are tribal places like that. I am native but I always see tribes shots themselves in the foot by putting family member in charge that really don’t care. Seems they have gone back on their word and when you ask for a manager they just say there is it one.

I went there yesterday in my silver Cadillac I paid for the most exspenive wash they had, keep in mind my car wasn’t too dirty I just had a lot of bug residue on the windshield and the front bumper. I was confused as to why they don’t scrub the front of your vehicle before you enter the bay, so after the wash my car still had some bugs on the windshield and bumper. I drove back around and asked them if they can run it through one more time and I was told only if I pay for another car wash and the guy was very rude. So I ended up going to the misters down the road and they ran it through their car wash and it finally came out clean. I will not be returning to the warrior car wash and neither will my family.
