I know owner for ten years. Frank is a help fulAnd easy going all around a nice place to do laundry.

Quiet, peaceful & reasonably-priced based on washer size. Plenty of spots to sit & wait. Snacks in vending machines are very reasonably priced. Lot of machines shut down due to social distancing but always some available for patrons.

I was ignored while doing my laundry, which is fine. I want to talk about what I saw happen to other customers (I say that because they all ended up leaving without doing their laundry) one guy was at the vending machine and it wouldnt take his dollar, the lady owner literally sat there and stared, sort of chuckling. I told her it was rude, she continued and actually followed this guy to the change machine when he gave up on the dollar, and then followed him back to the vending machine where he purchased his drink and then walked back out with his still dirty clothes.Another was a couple who was asking to have a $20 broken into smaller bills so that they didnt have $20 in quarters, as they only had 1 load of laundry. They were refused and they left as well.The last was a young man who entered the store and was immediately on the owners radar and was followed to the change machine, the owner stood in front of it and told the man that he had to be doing laundry to use the change machine. The guy told the owner that he did plan on doing laundry, thats why he needed change. The owner told the guy to bring in his laundry first, basically calling him a liar. Guy decided to go to another laundromat.All this paired with the fact that most of their machines are broken, there is no restroom, and the owners were just weird and made us really uncomfortable. They also have wifi but wont give the password. I dont understand how they have a 4.0 rating right now.

Lots of the washers and dryers here do not work. The washers that do sometimes don’t wash good. I had to wash my pants twice, and I definitely used enough soap. Not too filled with people and usually quiet. They have magazines and books to read if bored.

I like this place. Quite and clean

Its a bit run down but I love this place and there always interesting books and papers to read. Yes, I do mean real books.

Large Laundromat; Gets the Job DoneLarge laundromat with a good number of machines so theres no need to wait. A variety of brands of machines too. You can also buy individually-sized detergent and fabric softener from a dispenser. Got the job done well.

I paid them to wash my clothes... But for some reason my pants came back with white sticky stains around the zipper area. It tasted good though. Would try again.

This place is a dump and the attendant is extremely rude and condescending.

Its in my neighborhood. reasonably priced. Its a large facility very clean. Though several machines are out of order theres still plenty working ones. No waiting.

Once a month laundry love helps the homeless do their laundry and sometimes they have pizza. The group is religion based but they wont preach and everyone receives the help they need with laundry.

This is a community laundermat. I have thpught about writing a sitcom about this place. The employees are so nice and the customers are a cast of characters. Cheapest dryers in town

This is my local place so Ill come here all the time because I have too, but half the washers and two thirds of the driers are broken, and many are not noticeably so until you loose your quarters. Change machines are empty more than their full, and the proprietors seem to personally hate anyone who uses their establishment. If you have an option to go anywhere else do so.

Just use this place to get quarters. It quick and easy.

Bing Wong, just about every long time Berkeleyan has cured their dirty drawers at the Bing. When people watching get old, there is always some dryer hypnotherapy to fall back on.

Probably over half the machines are out of order limited parking only takes cash

80% of machines are out of order. Once i sent in my boyfriend to pick up our laundry out of the drier and the crazy lady accused him of trying to steal clothes, so i went in there to get them, and she would NOT apologize! She gets a kick out of making people feel bad. What a witch!
