Nice staff. Machines need upgrading. Had to wash load twice. Shocking because machine was 3/4 full. Will return again things happens.

Massive laundry, lots of washers and dryers, plenty of folding and waiting space. First-class friendly staff. Did their best to keep operating through COVID-19 quarantines, room for easy social distancing. Masks mandatory. My primary laundry since 2020.

I love this laundromat. Diligently cleaned and maintained machines, great value, safe and tidy space to fold after; just right.

Ive been doing my laundry here since 1982 I appreciate that the laundromat is kept in good condition and offers drinks and snacks. They also have several machines that changes dollars for quarters. They have regular sized front loaders as well as top loaders and a number of super big machines that can wash huge loads for $7. During covid-19 and due to the shortage of quarters you have to exchange your dollars in the office in the back of the building. The owners ask that if you have leftover quarters you exchange them at the office in the back for dollars so that other customers will be able to do their laundry. there is some parking in the front of the building as well as a parking lot in the back of the building. There is one disabled parking space in the parking lot in the back of the building as well as a wheelchair ramp in the back of the building. My only criticism is that they do not offer laundry apps so that I would not have to bring cash. The majority of customers preferred to keep the quarter system rather than have phone app access to do their laundry. If youre a student and need to study they also offer Wi-Fi and there are TVs available to watch while youre waiting as well as several benches. There are a few stores, restaurants, a fish sandwich place and a bakery nearby. Its very close to Ashby BART.

Hi, Ive been COMMING to Washingtown with my daughter for many years Its always clean, the owners are friendly and ready to help with any problems.

Expensive as hell. And so many of their machines are out of order and have been for 6+ months. All of their least expensive machines are broken, of course. And Ive seen so many people in there coughing, sneezing, and touching everything while not wearing a mask.

Very unhappy with this businesss practices during COVID-19. There are always people with no mask, and some of them have been visibly ill. The owners will not require masks inside. Aside from that, many of the dryers have little, if any, heat. It seems the owners would rather blame customers for not putting in enough money instead of fixing their machines. This despite the fact that many people, myself included, have put two equal loads in adjacent dryers for the same time at the same temperature and ended up with one dry load and one soggy load.

Absolutely love this laundromat!!! Very friendly owners always helpful and kind. Free parking in the back!!! And very reasonably price for their washer and dryers!! And the place is always clean!

Large facility with a lot of washers and dryers. 50% of the washers are very old and broken, the other half are newer but they are the larger size. The dryers are in the same shape. They place is at best ok clean, not many investments by management over the years. I wont be visiting again.

Came in to do laundry, put my clothes by the machine and headed to the back to get some quarters. The employee says quarters are for customers only. I tell her my clothes are by the machine and I can’t wash them (be a customer) without the quarters. She tells me to bring my clothes back to her and she’ll exchange my cash for quarters. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SEE THE NEW CREEPY GUY THAT THEY HIRED. I changed my mind about this place... They hired a creepy silver haired, weirdo to close this place tonight. He hovered over me and my daughter (shes 6) and he accidentally threw away her stack of drawings that was right next to our laundry baskets.The other people that work here are always great. .. At 9:30 he harassed us in the parking lot and threatened to lock us inside the lot at 10pm sharp. HE THEN, HOVERED OVER US THE WHOLE WE PACKED UP OUR CLOTHES, MIND YOU, IM A MOTHER ALONE WITH MY LITTLE GIRL. THEN AT 9:55PM I WATCHED HIM LOCK THE GATES WITH A FEW CARS STILL INSIDE. AT 9:55! I FEEL BAD FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT WERE STILL TRYING TO PACK UP. IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THE OTHER ATTENDANTS, WHOM ARE ALL POLITE, CORDIAL AND DEFINITELY NOT WEIRDOS AND TRYING TO SCARE PEOPLE OUT OF THE LAUNDROMAT AT 9:30. I literally had to pull a few loads out early out of fear and panic, and couldntleave the parking lot cause I was having a panic attack in my car from how he was acting...I will NEVER go to this laundromat again after 2yrs of regular business here... I nolonger feel safe as i once did.

Its a coin laundry. Its pretty much exactly what youd expect. It does its job. People seem generally alright--not a sketchy site from what Ive seen, but Id definitely still be reasonably safe and vigil.

Always have washers and dryers open even when busy. Lots of parking. Three functioning change machines. Drink and snack vending machines. Benches to sit on. Cheapest washer is $2.75, I generally fit all my towels and clothes from a week or two into two $4.75 washers. Dryers are about 25 cents for 8 mins.

First of all the washing machines are dirty and smelly besides some dont work.I put a 2 cups of wool soap (which usually make a lot of foam) and no soap goes to the machine. You will end up washing with only water and waste your detergent.Moreover some machines steal money quarters!! This is not acceptable.The persons that clean should do better job and the owner should make sure the machine don t steal money....shame.Considering that the customers are many and from different dirtiness level they should use product such as fungicide and bactericides to clean. I do not recommend this place.

Their machines actually get your clothes clean!! Plus the place is clean the staff is helpful the machines are relatively new no waiting for washers or dries. Not too pricey its a value

I really like this laundromat. Its clean, theres always machines available, and it feels safe. Plenty of parking in the rear, and free street parking is also available.

A great place to drop off clothes to be cleaned but dont go there to wash your clothes.

Washers cost $2.75 and take about 30min, they have top loading and front loading.Most dryers around $.25/c per 7min and they work well. I dried 2 loads of laundry in one and it took 45min.Its kept clean, and there is WiFi. Its In a decent area and there is parking in front and back, but I may be nervous after 8pm by myself. Cafes and small markets walking distance for while you wait. Vending machines working.Only complaint is bathroom is out of service.
