Good laundry. Can be busy at peaks. Many machines were out of order.

Plenty of washing machines. Been coming here for 4 years and the establishment is well-run and nice.

Put 7 dollars in the change machine and received 5.50$ back. The big washer cost 4 dollars but it took 6 dollars just to get it started! Haven’t even gotten to the dryers yet 😬 it’s gonna cost way to much to do a 30 min load of laundry. Half the machines say out of service I’m guessing the owners pays no attention to this place and pockets all those extra quarters the machine steal.

It’s kinda janky 🤷🏾‍♂️

Need to fix machines and keep homeless people out of the place.

This is one of the worst businesses in the whole entire Berkeley the family that runs it they have lousy machines there is always like the least 20 machines are out of order and the type of machines they have like special especially the dryers the top dryers will dry your clothes I bought him once wont you can put as many quarters as you want and you will not get a dry clothes on the bottom of dryers its needs us if they need to go out of business and let somebody else take it over its just ridiculous

8/3/17: I got $5 of quarters there. The first machine I tried would not take 7 of the quarters I had just gotten. I kept plugging in more quarter with NO START. I finally got the machine to give back all but SEVEN quarters by digging into the slot with a nail file! The SECOND machine I tried took all the quarters required but would not START! I got back a few of the quarters I plugged in. I tried to find out anything about who was managing the place by asking next door. No one knew...... I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!

Machines can be broken and some take longer than other to dry... But theres a Fosters Freeze right outside to distract you!

Nice laundry place, some of the laundries dont work, but the ones that do are really efficient and wash your cloths real nice! The worker lady is friendly too

Taking classs here in town and needed to wash clothes. This was closest to me. I walked inside and there were only 5 washing machines that worked out of about 25. They all had signs that said out of order, cant imagine how they stay in business and why they wont fix their machines?

Ive never left a scathing review for a business, but this one deserves it. Most of the washers are broken, and during the 2+ years Ive frequented this laundromat, that is the usual state of affairs. Today was the worst Ive ever seen it, AND both coin machines were broken. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Machines will be broken and not labeled as broken, which you discover after having already loaded them with your clothes and detergent. Such a waste and a hassle. Today I finally found two working machines, loaded them, and then discovered I had no way to get the quarters I needed. This was the most conveniently located laundromat to my apartment, which is why I was a regular for so long (although it has always left MUCH to be desired), but now it feels so worth it to drive elsewhere. AVOID.

A couple of days ago I had a problem in the laundry and their manager called me in the next day. He seemed very nice and responsible.

Only half of the washers work. I put $3 in the dryer and my clothes were still wet, I had to go spend another 2 bucks on drying my clothes somewhere else
