My partner and I recently attended Dr. Nelsens intimacy building couples workshop over Valentines Day Weekend. I cannot recommend it highly enough! It was a fun class that felt completely comfortable and safe. We were able to work individually as a couple which helped me feel more at ease than sharing in a group setting. We learned lots about our love languages, had fun hands on exercises and left feeling excited to implement our new learned ways of connecting.
