He’s been my family’s agent for a very long time and I know that whatever the need, I can contact him and he’ll make sure we’re covered. I’m not one to write reviews, but I do think everyone needs to know what a wonderful asset Jason is to the community and to Kentucky Farm Bureau.

Great insurance and very competitive rates. This agency is top notch all the way around. The building has a community room in the basement that can be rented for events and gatherings. We have used it for family reunions and business meetings. The business is a great community supporter with the Chamber of Commerce.

I’d give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Went to get insurance and finally got everything done. They gave me my information and they put my birthday down wrong and I told these people this but they said “our records show this is your birthday” after I just gave them my social, ID, pay stubs and everything. BIG IDIOTS IF YOU ASK ME. Now I can’t get covered because my birth year is off by one number. Big waste of time.

Jason Karsner is wonderful. Jason handled our homeowners and auto insurance - all with a change here and there. He is knowledgeable, VERY professional but most importantly very patient. Jason and KFB saved us a lot of money. They were able to beat State Farm’s rates. We were with State Farm for over 25 years! Now we are with Kentucky Farm Bureau, and Jason is our Agent.

Jason Karsner is probably one of the best agents Ive ever worked with. Very professional and eager to explain EVERYTHING! I made the mistake of calling esurance and got a cut rate quote only to find out that it was bogus and not worth the time and energy. Ill always be a KFB customer and if youre EVER considering changing Insurance companies, give Jason the opportunity to earn your business. Youll thank me later!
