I have been insured with Keith for 7 years now. I started when I was with my parents and then when I broke away from home and bought my first house. So my house was covered and so was my car. After that I got a call from an account manager named Cody Shaffer, he spoke with me for about an hour on life insurance. I wasnt ready at the time just because I was in the process of getting settled into my new home but soon after he did a follow up and went deeper into detail on what it meant and I believed in it. So I now have coverage for everything I could ever need and can say I have never been dissatisfied. Lauren is ridiculously helpful and always responds in a very short amount of time. I never have to go back and forth - I ask for help with something, and she always sends me everything I need the first time. Ive never actually had to go in the office, and I think Ive only called once or twice. I communicate with them almost solely by email, which is super convenient for me. They have helped me with literally everything Ive needed in terms of insurance...new home, new cars, event liability, etc., and it was always super easy to get what I need. I also love that State Farm is one of the few large insurance companies that are Pit-friendly :)

Ive had progressive for 3 years, and paid every 6 months to save $70. I walked into this State Farm office and not only were they super friendly, but they were able to save me +$200 a year, and Im able to pay monthly! I now have a local agent that I can call anytime of the day and speak with a real person, the office staff is incredibly helpful, and can always answer my questions. The State Farm App. is a huge +, with Pocket Agent I can manage all of my policies from the palm of my hand.
