Sean and Jillian are extremely efficient. What else do you need from an insurance provider? You never think about that all the years that you pay your premiums and you get cranky and say Im paying out all this money for nothing -- until something comes along where you need help. I had a tree crash into my house due to a storm. I had never experienced anything like that in my life but one call to these folks and everything basically was handled. They sent out an adjuster and then cut a check for the damages within 3 days. That is service when most needed.Amazingly two months later a reckless driver totaled my car. Within two days I had a check in hand and they guided me through all of the procedures for what to do. Thanks so much.

Serious privacy invasion. Invaded my privacy by asking personal, inappropriate questions regarding income, debt and medical history/condition. I am a current auto/home policy customer and made it clear I have no interest in life insurance more than once. During a recent annual review of my auto and home policies, he asked these questions and called them housekeeping. Unfortunately, I fell for it. There is no reason an auto insurance agent needs to know these things and I feel my privacy was invaded and Im angry. Onto another agent and filed a complaint with State Farm. I recommend going somewhere else for insurance.*Update: I realized later that what he did was to have me fill out a credit application without disclosing it. He let me know after the fact that he was about to become certified to sell mortgages and home equity lines of credit through a company other than State Farm. So instead of being upfront, he was deceitful by calling this underhanded credit application housekeeping for my home/auto policy. The next day when I realized what he did, I called to let him know I was upset that he did that and his response was that he needed to know my income sources in case I got sued in the future my wages would have to be garnished and also that he needed to know my bank account information because it was an asset that needed to be protected. Im sorry, but if those arent blatant lies, I dont know what is. A court would handle wage garnishment if that ever were to happen, and he does NOT insure my bank accounts under my homeowners policy. So, basically he was deceitful and underhanded and then lied to cover it up.

Sean always goes to extra mile with all of my policies. I have Auto, life insurance, and homeowners insurance through him he has been great and honest with me at all times.

Sean and his staff are always polite and professional whenever I have to call. They always work so hard to make sure that discounts and coverages are just what we need for us.

Sean was by far the best insurance agent I’ve met. He took time out to explain the different plans and was able to break them down into terms that I understood. He gave me his advice from the information I provided him with and we was able to work out a plan. I never felt pressured or obligated to sign anything, he treated me like a friend and I thank him for that.

I called Sean and he was just leaving the office for the day but put his customer FIRST and took the time to answer my questions. He took his time even though he was one foot out the door. He ultimately helped in a HUGE way, was very grateful for his help.

I called Seans office with a basic question and he was extremely rude. My short phone interaction with him was enough to make me seek out a different State Farm office entirely. He was condescending and was noticeably disinterested in being pleasant in any way. I dont typically write reviews but this individuals sheer lack of professionalism made me want to share this experience. I would call a different office if I were considering State Farm.

As difficult as it is to make sense of insurance Sean and his wife were able to provide an easy to understand break down that made me feel confident I was adequately covered. I couldn’t be happier to be insured with them and highly recommend them to anyone that needs any insurance type or interested in lowering their rates.
