They have a calm quiet and relaxing vibe when I get my pedicures here:) I always leave satisfied and they really do a great job a serving the client. Just got my nails done here and specifically asked to not have the square or rectangular shaped, and got just that. thickest acrylic nails i’ve ever had. got cut more than twice and while taking off my gel toe nails; they ripped it off causing pain. index and middle finder are curved down and thumbs are bulky.

The best nails in NWA!! Excellent selection of colors, great service and staff, best foot massage I’ve had in a while, but the best is the incredible NAIL ART they’ve introduced!! This place is a must-try!

Let me just start off by saying WOW!!! I am SO in love with my nails! This isn’t my first time at Luminous Nails, but this is the first time I’ve gotten something beyond a basic color. I am floored! I’ve gotten so many compliments!All of the staff was (is always) super professional and personable and kind! I have noticed that they’ve been short handed, but are always quick to greet customers as soon as they walk in the door and seat them as quickly as possible! I get regular manicures and pedicures here! If something is wrong or misunderstood (because we are all human of course) they are ALWAYS happy and quick to fix it! I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in the last 3 years hoping to find a home salon and I was relieved and elated to find Luminous Nails Spa❤️

The entire staff is amazing and make you feel like royalty! V and Hayley took great care of me and my daughter for manicures and pedicures. Highly recommend the Volcano Pedicure. This was my daughters first time for a nail spa treatment and it was perfect. We will be regulars here!

What an amazing, family run, locally owned salon! There’s a large selection of colors and treatments to fit any budget and walk-ins are welcomed. The organic dip powder is my favorite but they will happily walk you through any questions you have about services or details. Best salon in NWA!

Good experience being my first time coming here. Loved how my nails came out.

Highly unprofessional. Asked for a hard wax. I was told they provide and then on the table the lady smeared soft wax. When questioned, she called some one else into the room. I pulled up youtube and showed them some videos. Both appeared to have no clue what hard wax is. Then they just walked away leaving the door wide open. They did not even bother to clean the mess they created smearing the soft wax!

Hands down the best place in town with the most amazing team. They treat you like family and have the best vibes. Vin is beyond talented and takes pride in every manicure and pedicure she does!

Kelly is the BEST around! I have used her for several years and her new salon is amazing. Hands down the best mani and pedicures. I have tried them all, regular, gel, dip, and volcano pedicures. Check this place out!

The building itself looks clean and friendly, but the staff worked silently and barely spoke. My tech was great with getting the right shape and not flooding the cuticle, but she burned my skin a few times, glued my fingers together three times, none of her tools were clean, and she used old files...Edit: I went back to try this place again, the shapes are nice but the build and the sturdiness are not there, the nail tech I had said she had been doing nails for two years, there’s a dent in the middle and two nails have broken right on the dent. I’ve never have a set break…

Love going to Luminous for pedicures! Kelly does a great a massage and gel nails. Dan always takes great care of everyone. Definitely recommend them!

I had terrible acrylic overlays on my nails. The sweet lady that did my nails was wonderful and did a fantastic job! I have never had a better manicure! Highly recommend Luminous Nails!

Dan and Kelly recently took over Luminous and they do a great job! The salon is clean and they have plenty of colors to choose from. Dip, gel and regular polish. Dan has been doing my nails for years now and I’ll follow him anywhere he goes!

Everyone was nice and they did a good job However the nail color displays do NOT match the actual polish. Even after it dries it’s a different color. I just settled with a color eventually because it was the second time choosing my color.I only recommend if you’re getting something super basic.

The ladies are always very professional and take their time to do an amazing job. The pedicures are definitely worth the money as they do several steps. They’re my go to. Don’t go if you are in a hurry. They don’t do a fast in and out job, they do great professional work!

Average experience. They’ve only been open 4 weeks. It’s Saturday and They only had 3 staff present. My friend and I had a 10am appointment of which no one started our pedicure until 35 mins later, due to shortage of staff. My friend’s heel still had extra skin and was cracked. They did a great job on the polish!

First time being here was an average nail salon very professional also not as talkative.Nails came out good they did a great job.

Walked-in and was waited on immediately. The staff was very friendly. Hanna did my nails and she did a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a new nail place, go in and check them out.

I will NOT be back! My 1st visit was about a week ago..my toenail chipped and I returned for a repaint. I was treated like a nuisance and to make matters worse, the owner/manager put the wrong color on my big toe. When I pointed it out to her, she argued with me. I left and now I will redo my pedicure at home!! Very frustrated.

Best salon in NWA! New owners and new staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and kind people. I had to bring my children in with me to my dip and pedi appointment and they made sure they were happy and cared for so I could enjoy my time. This is the best nail spaa in Bentonville. Today i had my nail extension and pedicure and I am impressed by the services. I will definitely visit them again and would recommend dis place to everyone..

Horrible service!!! I was told it was a 20min wait. I was sitting there for about 45 min and let me tell you it was empty! 3 people getting pedis, 3 employees and ther were taking their sweet time! I will never be back! Not to mention they just open!
