I have had my nails done at several places and my acrylics never lasted more than a couple of weeks due to the quality. I have to say, Lavande exceeded my expectations because my acrylics lasted 4 1/2 weeks before I got them filled. They never chipped. They still looked very nice!!The people are very sweet! They do great work!! I highly recommend this place:)

I usually have good experience at Lavande. I have recommended to many friends as well.Today I had my nails done by a lady who never did mine before. Didnt like her work at all.I went for the regular gel paint.She left a decent section at the base of my nails without any gel color on it. My nails on day 1 look like they are 2 weeks old. Like how you get the paint and your nails grow a bit with no color at the base and a very weird look. When she was finished and I saw it and asked why would she leave a decent section of the base, her response was a shrug and cuticles not good. So we are also talking about impolite attitude.

Susan is always so good and does a great job. I get a French manicure and pedicure.

I’ve been to four other salons but Lavande made it feel like home, I felt very welcomed when I came, which I didn’t find in the other salons.The receptionist: book writer, kind, smart, friendly and welcoming.Technicians: Hanna, she did my pedicure, she was gentle with my massage, she didn’t do it to hard and it got the spots that needed it. Tran: she is very talented with the nail art, very friendly and when I was a little nervous about the drill she was very kind and did it very gently and didn’t hurt my nails.The techs speak English, and I felt I could have a conversation with them which was very nice because it’s a little awkward to come in somewhere and not be able to have a conversation.

I’ve been coming to Lavande nails for a few years and have dip and pedicures done, they do a wonderful job. I had stopped letting places trim my cuticles because I always seemed to get cut but that has never happened here. I moved from Bentonville to Lowell and still continue coming to them even though there are other salons much closer. I would recommend this place highly. I’ve used Maria, Danny and PK and they are highly professional.

The girl I was going to for many years left the area and I needed to find someone I really liked to do my nails, I was spoiled by my long time nail girl! I met Susan through a business transaction and decided to give her a call! She is very good and takes great care with your nails! This place is clean and I feel really comfortable here. They have you sign in when you arrive. You receive a text reminder of your appointment and when you arrive. I really like this process. I highly recommend the Lavenda Nail Bar in Bentonville

My daughter and I went into Lavande for a mommy-daughter date. Susan and Holly did wonderful job on our nails! Very friendly and professional.

Plenty of choices, but was cut 3x during service. They charge a convenience fee for using a debit card instead of an app. Nail broke within an hour of leaving. Will not be back.

Maria did an awesome job on my nails. I made an appointment prior and there was no delay at all. I got full set acrylic nails done. Even basic pedicure includes hot stone massage. Friendly staff, clean place. Would definitely recommend.👍🏻

I’ve been going to Lavande for almost 2 years and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff is nice, the establishment is clean, and the service is great. I go to PK and he takes his time to maintain my long stiletto nails. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in Bentonville.

I did my regular fill, like I do every 2 weeks. This time the manicurist cut my nails too short, rushed through the process. I noticed she didn’t have any of her own tools and went on other tables looking for tools. I don’t use polish, but she didn’t even apply clear!!! What??? It was so unpleasant that I’m not going back. It’s the first time I do my nails and feel completely stressed. Sorry, I’m not paying again to have this rushed, unpleasant experience.

I highly recommend adding the gel polish to any of your services! I made my appointment over the phone and was undecided about what type of manicure service I wanted to have. The receptionist told me they have a No chip guarantee for the gel. I thought to myself yeah right my nails always chip within a week or two, even gel since I wash my hands a lot. (Im a teacher) Well here we are almost a month later and not one single chip or crack!! My nail polish has NEVER lasted this long. Amazing! Great friendly service as well! I enjoyed the calming, relaxed atmosphere, and the mimosa! Say whaaat! Shout out to Ashley for the wonderful job. Dont forget to tip your manicurist! Lol, they are that spectacular.

They are always so sweet and accommodating. PK and his team are the best in NWA. I recommend them all the time to anyone who wants a professional and relaxing experience. 2020 has been rough, no need to be a “Karen” to great local business owners because you had a bad day.

For the first time in a very long time, I am truly impressed with the work done on my nails. If you are only so so happy with your current nail salon, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not trying LaVande Nail Bar. I got a full set, matte finish and I have to say they look phenomenal. Not too thick, perfectly shaped, and they were gentle with my natural nails and cuticles.

I am so happy with my nails! At first, the result wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. They were more than happy to go back and change some things for me, they were so kind about it and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look beautiful!

This place is just okay and a bit over priced. My first pedi here was great. Thus I was excited to return. Today was not so good. My finished nails look already grown out. It was an okay-ish polish job. Does not look professional more like a home job. The polish is thin in spots too. Not worth $40.

I did the highest package for the pedicure and it was SO good! Very worth it! Kelly was gentle and sweet. It was quiet and relaxing and very clean and professional. Only downside was I was opening a medicine package 3 days later and chipped the thumbnail paint but otherwise toes and fingers are still perfect one week later!

Did a walk in with my wife and they were very sweet and quick to get us in. Truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and while I have very ticklish feet the woman who did my feet was very gentle but firm.

Second time that I went here and I will never be back. My nail tech did not know what he was doing. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he tried but could not get it right. Two technicians had to come over and teach him how to do the shape and he still could not replicate the same shape on all my nails. He was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable for not being happy with the shape gave me, when I have had no problem getting this shape for YEARS. I have more to say but it’s not worth my time to type but all I can say is I’m done with this place. If you want your nails to be on fleek, don’t come here lol. Also, happy that I’m switching to a place that does complimentary drinks because they are way too overpriced to not!

Honestly my favorite nail spa in NWA. Meticulously clean and well decorated. Talented and kind staff. It’s the only place I go any more.

Miss Susan has been doing my nails for a little while now...I love the Milk And Honey Pedicure. We go back and forth from the Gel Manicure to the Dipping Powder for my nails.Miss Susan is wonderful... She takes the time to pay attention to all the little things, and I have never left without being completely happy with my experience.

I absolutely love the dip color! If you have real nails and it takes forever to polish them especially the time it takes for them to dry then you absolutely have got to try the dip! It last a long time and you don’t have to worry about your color chipping off no matter what you do

Went to this nail salon because they were the only one who could get me and my friend in who is from out of town. Showed a picture and the lady could not do it because I didn’t pick a gel color which is fine so I just got my actual nails painted with a regular color. I needed one acrylic and one refill because my nail had broken. Just to get my nails regular painted and the refill and one acrylic was 37$. My normal nail salon does my nails with gel plus one acrylic for 25$. Also my nails are already messed up.

Someone else mentioned not feeling rushed, and I agree. It was a relaxed environment and my technician did a wonderful job paying attention to detail on my nails. Will now be my go to for my nails.

I dont go for pedicures too often so Im no expert but I have tried various places over the years and usually go at least every few months for pedicures. I decided to try out this place due to the location and they are simply amazing. Their prices match those of a lot of places but they also have a wide selection of different things to try for calming, rejuvenation and more. But it was the service that made them stand out the most. The time and attention given had definitely made the money feel well spent.

Asked to have pink acrylic over my natural nail and was argued with. Left with my natural nails looking a mess and had to then go pay a different salon to fix it after having my nails wrecked at Lavande. I’ve been using them for while but I will not go back again.

I always leave with a happy, satisfied heart! Not only is the owner PK friendly, gentle, and kind, my nails are always exactly how I request them - flawless and natural looking.Today, for the first time in two years, I had someone different do my nails. He had given me a pedicure over the summer and I wasn’t super happy about it, but I still kept an open mind with him taking care of me today. From the start, he was hurting my fingers by tugging on them and filing too hard. I asked for square nails, and they were more round, thick, and lumpy than anything else. One nail tip was crookedly placed and I had to ask him to correct. I was trying to be patient and give him a chance. Ultimately, I was hating the work and before he continued to polish, I asked him to stop and take them off. Because this was the first time this had ever happened, I wanted to get them off and still pay the full set.PK, the owner, came to the rescue right away! He calmly examined the mess, he knows my expectations (as he usually takes care of me), so without hesitation, he said he would fix them. It took him about an hour to fix, but as I told him, my heart was happy again.Thank you, PK, for always caring about customer satisfaction.

I love going to get my nails and toes done here! Linda and Ruby are the best. The place is always so clean, they also make you feel like your part of the family. The owner and wife have made the place so enjoyable. I would totally recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I’ve found my new pedicure home. Moved to Bentonville April 1 and I’ve tried 2 other salons on Walton Avenue and was disappointed with service and attitude (won’t name them). Went to Lavande today and saw Virginia for Express Pedicure. She is very personable and excellent at what she does. The salon is nice and modern and clean! They use the plastic bags in the tubs and change after each customer. You will be happy with Lavande and while it’s a bit of a drive for me, I will never go anywhere else.

I enjoy my pedicure, so relaxing. The young lady who did it was so friendly and she did and awsome job. I will be back and try a different pedicure till have experience them all

I think this was the best pedicure I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was professional, scheduling was easy and the gentlemen that did my pedicure was impeccable! Seriously. I have high expectations after working in a salon and I won’t get anywhere else for a pedicure after this. I have never felt so pampered. Btw, you get 4% off if you pay cash-wish I would’ve known!!

I have found my home nail salon!!! Linda is amazing!! I am very picky with my nails, and she did everything I asked with a smile on her face! They all are very friendly and the shop is amazing!! I am recommending this place to everyone!!! I get acrylics. Usually stiletto or coffin, and she does both! And she can do any design!! Yall need to come to this place!!

I drove by and decided to check it out. I made an appointment for another day since it looked nice. I hopped in my car and was disappointed at seeing a few reviews that were not very good. I decided to give them a fair shot anyway .I arrived at my appointment and did tips with dip and a pedi. My nails also had some Christmas art. Which Linda did great with. When I left I inspected closer. My nails were wider in the front and thicker on the sides. Not perfect but I could overlook it. They also were not a flattering square round shape. The next day the clear coat started peeling on every nail. I called and they wanted to fix it, to my appreciation. When I came in they just wanted to replace the clear coat. I was not happy with this due to the shape and so we agreed that they would file them down to look better. The nails looked great then by 5 pm that day three of the tips broke off and the clear coat was peeling again.I was very disappointed and wont be back. I actually told them this via their phone text review they never offered to refund or fix them again.

I absolutely loved this place! I wont be going anywhere else. It was extremely clean. The vibe was so relaxing. They listened to what I wanted! I was so pleased with how my full set turned out. Great atmosphere and great people!

This is my favorite place to go to wind down. Everyone is super nice and if they make a mistake they always fix it to perfection . My daughter and I went in about a week ago and got our nails and brows done. The guy who did our brows didn’t show us his work in a mirror, so we didn’t realize until we got home that (on both of us) our right brow was perfectly shaped and the left brow was still bushy. Awesome.The gel nails were fine. They looked good, and have held up. However, the nail techs (I don’t know their names because they didn’t bother introducing themselves) spent the entire time complaining about how overbooked they were. The guy who did our brows also worked on my nails, and actually said that he’d rather just be doing hair. Hey, great. That’s just what I want to hear from the person I’m paying to do NOT MY HAIR.So, I’ll help you out with that overbooking problem and go elsewhere next time. A manicure is a luxury for me, and I can’t afford many luxuries. I’ll spend my money somewhere it’s appreciated.

I never used to get my nails done but I’ve become addicted after going to Lavande! I always go to Linda, who Is amazing and always up for the designs I give her, but everyone does a fantastic job. They have a great selection of colors, are super knowledgeable of nail trends, shapes, etc.. and.. they have a wine bar! I get so many compliments on my nails and I always recommend Lavande nail bar!

I will never get my eyebrows waxed here again be careful the lady rewaxed my eyebrows twice left blisters and skin burned had to go to another place just to get my eye brows fixed now have to get ointment for my skin.. worst experience ever... she even had the audacity to make me pay for services.

My nail tech was uncertain about how to do my nails but did seek help and managed to do a good job. They were all very understanding and nice of my small child who spilled something on the table as well as having to be held the entire time.

I am all about supporting new businesses in my area, but when you have to shaft people out of more money, well you could lose customers. I will never go back, first the owner talks about how him and his group make your nails look as natural as possible when you get a full set, not true, my nails dont even look close to natural looking. When it was time to pay, me and my mom made a day for mani/pedi we both got full sets of acrylic nails, they charged me an extra $10 for the specific almond shape my mom wanted on her nails, are you kidding, its a new set you have to shape the nails anyway. I can understand if you were doing a fill and she wanted to change the shape but this was a new set. Now Im going to have to find a new place that can fix the mess they made on my nails. I would chose another place; but if you do chose to go this place, dont get crazy with the shapes of your nails they charge extra for everything.
