I love this place. The family membership plans are great and the gym is awesome and super clean. On weekends its fun to take my kids to the indoor splash park. Very glad one of my friends introduced me to this place.

We love the Bentonville Community Center. The staff go above and beyond expectations. The center is always clean and fresh. Both my 9year old daughter and 5year old son love the BCC. We have a weekly play date every Wednesday.

I got a membership recently with my family, and its a bit pricey, but worth it. The gym has a variety of different exercises and a bunch of weight stations. Up top they have the track for running/walking, kids center, and arts and crafts. Back down below they have a pool thats both kid friendly and adult friendly.

We LOVE the BCC. We are so glad we spent the money on membership. All winter, we were able to pop in any time to swim, and now in the summer, we can either go on a rainy day or head to the outdoor aquatic center, which is also included! The indoor pool is fun, especially when the lap pool, diving boards, and blue slide are open. We havent used the gym yet, but it looks great!

I took my grandkids here and they loved it! So Many things to do, staff is very helpful. Cant wait to return again!

I had an Insurance meeting here. The facility is amazing and I believe that the remainder of the place is also awesome.

I have lived in this town for a very long time and had no idea it even existed. Great facility.

The facility seems nice but an employee may be discriminative.I visited it aboout a month ago. After I toured the facility, I had a question to ask. There were two windows with employees on duty. Both windows had someone waiting inline. I lined up behind the window with only one visitor. I waited and waited and the employee chatted with the visitor ahead of me for a long time. The other line moved forward and had more people lined up.Finally, the visitor ahead of me was done. I thought finally it was my turn . But the employee behind the counter didnt even look at me. She simply turned around and went straight into the door at the back and left me standing there after a long wait. She definitely saw me waiting there for a long time.I felt I was discriminated because of my race. She could have redirected me to another line if she was not about to serve me. Or, she could redirect me after she was done with the prior visitor. She just simply ignored me like I did not exisit. I felt sick to my stomach and left.

I go there three times a week, and everyday the staff is kind and willing to help, the place is very clean. The gym has everything you could possibly need.

This one are family favorites, 👪 clean facilities great staff a great way to spend an afternoon as a family!

Awesome place for kids at a very fair price the only complaint I had was the lifeguards dont control the kids on the slide so alot of collisions unless you control the kids getting on the slide yourself

Trail is okay IF you are white and or go in groups. By yourself, people live nearby who uses that road as shortcuts might be rude to you.

Great spot for families and they are taking safety seriously. Happy to have them in our community.

There pools are only opened throught Wednesday thru friday. Why arent tjey opened all the time byt otherwise this is a great place to enjoy your day

I absolutely love the river walk and swimming laps. I go three times a week. Such a clean and welcoming facility.

Great workout facility that has adapted well to Covid. Pool is well maintained also and everyone is professional. Im an early riser and am usually there from 5:30 to 6:30ish, so I cant speak to the busier times.

We love coming here as a family.

Very nice facility. Always seems very clean and has a ton of amenities for the whole family. I have been going to the gym there for a few years now and while it is a little on the smaller side its still nice and has most the equipment needed. They do add a few new things each year, and have also started upgrading treadmills to top quality ones. They also have great basket ball courts, a huge water park, and they just finished adding tennis courts outside.

Awesome facility, clean and sparkling! Many friendly families to socialize with and they have tons of activities for kids and adults to participate in. I signed my son up for two summer activities this year and he had such a great time! I feel so lucky to have such a nice facility here.

They should probably open more of the things like the other pool and stuff but I get that its because of covid. when i went today it was okay, the water pressure in the red slide was horrible lol i think there should be more, it wasnt very fun going down it at that speed. but, overall it was okay i guess.

We just moved into the area, and this was a great find for us. Even for out of town folks the $45/mo for the whole family isnt bad, and they have other options. So far, Ive mostly used them for the gym. It can be a bit active when they open at 5am, but theres still plenty of equipment, and there always seems to be enough free weights.The facility is clean, and the staff are helpful. The mens locker room is very clean with plenty of lockers, and there are individual shower stalls with hangers inside for your clothes. I havent used it, but there is also a swimsuit dryer beside the showers.The pools are amazing, with a large one for laps which goes down to 10ft, and a super one for the kids with slides. Theres a basketball court with a track above it. Theres also a library if you wanted a quiet place for study. They also have an area where shall children can play during the day hours, and staff to watch them for a bit.

This is where a 42 year old man such as myself gets his hoop on. Great people, great staff, very welcoming environment for any age. The splash-pad is very nice and year round.

This was a much needed facility in Bentonville. Its a great activity center that has a little bit of everything. A good gym. A great pool. Basketball courts. Fitness classes. A daycare (with wonderful staff, might I add). Study rooms. Conference rooms. We rented out the party room for my daughters birthday, and we had a blast.The staff is friendly and helpful. We love it there, and there is nothing else that even comes close.

Such a cool place to spend time for good reasons. It has huge swimming pool and kids area to swim as well. They conduct trainings for swimming, diving too. They have the basketball facility too and the gym is so huge with lots of equipment and well experienced trainers. Staff are so polite, including the housekeeping. They have elevator. Timings are so flexible. Love to go daily.

This is a great place for the family, with one exception: Steve, the assistant manager of aquatics. I rarely write reviews, but Id like Steves behavior to be noticed and corrected by upper management. It was the first day of swim lessons for me and my two boys (ages 2 & 4) and we were 20 minutes early. I was having trouble corralling them at a certain point so asked the lifeguard if they could dip their toes in the shallow end to avoid one of them falling in the deep end. The lifeguard told me they dont normally allow it but to go ahead. On our way there, Steve charged up to us and asked if we needed help. I said, No, thank you, and explained the situation. He told me no they would not allow my boys to do that. I was fine with that. I knew the lifeguard was bending the rules a bit. But Im a rule follower, so I understood. I asked him if he had any suggestions for me. Again, it was our first time at swim lessons, so I assume they have a place for parents and kids to wait thats out of the way. But that was not Steves response. Steves response was, and I quote, Be on time. I just stared at him for a second or two. Did he really just say that? Surely I misunderstood, so I politely replied, Were early. Im just looking for some directions to a place to wait with my boys, and Steve replies again, Be on time. Thats when I asked him his position, who his manager is, and decided to post this online. I nearly canceled my entire session over this, but the rest of staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The instructors, Lori and Elizabeth, are the best Ive ever seen. Maybe Steve is just the one bad apple in the bunch. I just hope he is not allowed to treat other patrons this way and continue to stay in his position.

I love the BCC. theres a wonderful sense of community there. Families with children, multiple generations, playing and learning together. Ive been a private swim instructor there for over a year now. I have so many friends from my associations there, all nationalities imaginable! I love the diversity, the openness, the acceptance. Its my happy place!

Ive been a member before but went here recently for a birthday party. The kids enjoyed the indoor water play and slides, but I found the birthday party room too narrow. The room really needs to be expanded. Besides that, everything was nice and clean.

Clean well managed facility with polite staff. Not much for free weights and feels more like an endurance focused facility. Indoor Basketball courts, indoor track, indoor pool for the kids/swim lessons and lap pool. Theres also a nice library area. Love coming here to swim.

While the facilities are nice there are some major problems with being able to use them as members. More often than not, when you would like to use the pool or the gym during normal hours, they are blocked for special programming which us the facilities. This is sometimes for a week at a time on many occasions, like spring break, winter break, summer...the times you as a member want to do these things with your own kids. They are not interested in maintaining even a small portion of the pool or the gym open for members during these events and have no intention of fixing this. This means facilities are frequently unavailable for members use.

My family loves the community center. Our kids take swim lessons here and get excellent instruction and they love the variety of things they can do here. Ive also rented out the community rooms on a couple occasions and the staff was very helpful. They asked the right questions, were well-prepared, and did everything we needed for us.

The Bentonville Community Center is a great place to get your workout in and much more. Equipped with a lap swim pool, mini water park, basketball court, track, and a community library.

Im here 4-5 times a week for swim/weights/yoga activities. Its a great value and staff is ALWAYS nice greeting customers with a smile and hello which I feel goes a long way. Locker rooms are always clean too which is a plus. Please add more hours for lap swim though!

Its a wonderful multi amenities in a single building. Fitness center, swimming pool, basketball court, recreational activities, and various other indoor activities. Surplus parking area. Outside and inside cycling path. I go there regularly for fitness and I love it.

We love this place, took my daughter swimming for the very first time. Im sure at times it is crowded, however the times we have gone it had more than enough space for all the kids to play. We will visit this place very often. Only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is thier website needs some serious help. We are planning a birthday party here and navigation on the site even on a desktop is just impossible. Great place overall though

Love this place. Gave it 4 stars ⭐instead of 5 because they use waaaay tooo much chlorine in the water. Just being near it burns your eyes and lungs most days. However, there is plenty of other stuff to do. My youngest loves the childcare center while I workout with tech savvy machines. It is also SUPER affordable 💰at $38/mo/family.

I participate in the water walking and water aerobics classes. The facilities and great and kept very clean. The workers and instructors are very friendly. Im from Springdale, but getting 2 hours of childcare each day makes it worth it, and my kids refer to it as, the fun place. They especially enjoy preschool playtime in the kids pool area on M,W,F. That isnt part of the childcare, but I can take them down to play in the water after I finish my exercise.

I used to have a family membership, but it was not worth it because when trying to visit the facility it was usually packed (the facility is very small). Then there is the blocking members from using the pool or rooms because of scheduled classes or activities... on top of already being a small place. Later, I just purchase a youth membership for my kid so she can sometimes practice her basketball during winter months only inside a place (once spring and summer is here she rather be outside the house or neighborhood basketball court),but then I am not allowed to supervise her without purchasing a pass? I might just cancel the membership all together because it makes no sense really to pay for a pass to supervise your kid? I pay a whole year for a membership that my kid uses a few times during the month and not everyday, so BCC is making money whether the membership is used or not and that is okay because it is up to the member to use it or not, but charging parents for a pass to supervise your kid? will any of the BCC will supervise my kid better than I? I do not think so! I saw a news report of kids being attacked at gyms and locker rooms, so I dont think I am willing to just drop my kid without my supervision and since I am not willing to pay for a family membership or passes to supervise her, I will end up cancelling it. I think the facility should focus on helping parents keep their kids safe and customer service rather than overcharging and taking any possible situation to make money.The prices are outrageous for kids activities YMCA in Kansas (4 hours away) with super nice facilities charge $47 for a whole season of soccer, BCC charges $97 for soccer season?This town-businesses wants to charge everyone as if they were all Walmart big time executives and that is not the case!

Good place. Has an awesome water park indoors. Has a workout gym and running machines. It has an indoor track to run. What I was not told upfront and anyone who is new should do is read the signs of rules that are posted for each activity. In the gym sandals and open toe shoes are not allowed. In the gym the minimum age for kids is 12. Even though my son is 10 and in sports no exceptions are allowed as the rules from the city are strictly enforced. On Sundays the basketball court is opens at noon until 6 but switches to a badminton only court at 3:00p.m.

The fitness center is great. I wish they would post an accurate pool and event schedule so people can plan better. But altogether its a great place!

This is a place for everyone. There is the pool, which is huge and has a broad range of things to do there, such as big slides, water basketball, diving, and many more fun water activities. The staff there is very nice and they would do anything to make your visit better. The gym has every single exercise equipment ever made, and the basketball court is good for pickup games.

I switched to BVCC from Planet Fitness because of their class offerings. I LOVE their classes! They even offer classes at the Parks & Rec building downtown that are convenient lunch hour workouts. They have nice facilities and offer so much more than the discount gyms at a reasonable price: basketball courts, running track, kids pool w/ slide, lap pool, class studios, etc.

We visited the pool with my brother, and had a great time! They have a quite area separate from the family area if you dont like the noise. The family changing rooms are great. Well definitely be back!

Went here with grandchildren for a birthday party. We only used a party room and the pool, but it was a great experience. The pool is AWESOME and has areas for all age groups.

We go here to take the kids swimming and I absolutely recommend that you try it out!!!! You dont have to be a member or live in Bentonville. If you do its cheaper if you dont its $6 per person (even if you are not swimming which is the only downfall to this place) But its so worth it with how happy it makes my kids. They love the slides and the little lazy river. There is a spot for all ages and lifeguards are always on duty, so I can just sit and relax and not have to have an eye on my kids every second. Its open all year round and my kids beg me to go there all the time. Great for partys too.

Great place to workout...with family and small water park for kids. Monthly membership for family would be around $30. There is a kids center you can drop your kids while doing workout. Kids swimming lessons, Tennis court, baseball and Shuttle courts available. And finally walking inside building.

Good place for community gatherings, physical activity. Im a shuttle badminton fan and would love to have one more day of schedule for shuttle badminton in their Gymnasium area..... My kid loves going to BCC to use pool. It has floating/lazy pool to my surprise....

I have been coming here the past 6 months for group swim lessons and private swim lessons. We absolutely love our swim teacher Lori. They recently hired new pool managers in the past few weeks. They are young and not understanding. I am pregnant, I have a 10 month old, and a 3 year old. During my 3 year olds lessons, I have been told by several life guards that my 10 month old can splash on the side of the pool to stay cool (the pool is cold but the air is 90 degrees). Today during group lessons, I was told my baby could not splash on the side of the pool. I asked if we payed for private lessons could she? and the new manager said no, that she was now in charge and she was enforcing new rules. 3 weeks ago my baby splashing was no problem. I have payed for swimming lessons for the entire year. I will be getting a refund and going somewhere else. I love our swim teacher though and am so sad they will not let us pay to stay cool. For the past 6 months, many moms and babies got in the water while their toddlers took lessons. To change this policy all of the sudden for people who have been coming and who have already paid for an expectation is wrong.
