Everytime I deliver here, it takes 4-6 hours to unload. Every other Fidelitone take 1-2 hours. They tell you to dock in a certain number of doors to park overnight. Only told to move out of the way where parking and maneuvering is limited when they come in at 5am. If there is no open dock, parking overnight is virtually impossible. 90% of the time you are required to move. Good luck.
The worst delivery company, only thing they know is to lie on you
If I could give zero stars I would.... we are moving into our new house this weekend, and we’ve had a delivery day schedule for tomorrow, for weeks now. They called me today and told me they are rescheduling my delivery for a different day because all deliveries for today are getting moved until tomorrow. So basically, an order from today is receiving our delivery spot for tomorrow. All of this due to cleaning their facilities. I am a healthcare worker and fully understand the importance of sanitation and cleanliness. However, they refused to help me keep my delivery date and now I have no idea when they are delivering on my new set date and am without anyone to meet them for it as my husband and I are both working. “I do understand but there is nothing I can do” isn’t a good answer 24 hours prior to a delivery of a mattress we spent nearly $6k on. Terrible customer service.*update*When the delivery people came with my order, they only brought the mattress, not the box springs! And to respond to their comment below, this delivery date was not “originally planned”, it was changed. Incompetent, lying, disorganized company.
Delivery time of 4:30-6:30 p. m.scheduled by delivery service was rescheduled this morning for 8-10 P.M. Since when do deliveries get scheduled for that late?! I rescheduled for another day-time to be determined by them...but I will not accept an 8-10 p.m. delivery window!

Wake up out of your bed early to report to a job where no one cares about your opinion although you are the one who deals with the customer directly. I felt used and unappreciated.andJob asking of too much and you always on edge to lose your job wont stand behind u on nothing your statements are lies and always looking for way to fire u once u learn there garbage
Place cost me time and money trying to deliver furniture twice now.I will not deliver there again, it will go to a redelivery place, or not be on my truck.!!!

This is the slowest our house I have been to and they do not take you at appointment time, just got word from our dispatch team, that we are not permitted to go inside and complain about how they start our off loads 3hrs late and then take 3 hours doing so, if you cant meet your appointment tume, its time to re staff or close down the place
