So happy to find someone who repaired my iPhone screen at a fair price. Super pleasant, timely, and professional! Same day service... big plus!!!! I will be telling plenty of people about them. They fix phones, tablets, iPads, computers, Macs, printers, modems... even willing to take a look at a 10 year old Bose radio/CD player I have. Alec is the man. Had an emergency issue woth my charger cord for my lab top and got me and out of there in a few minutes. Highly recommend this place for any of your technical needs.

Epic is fabulous! They saved me during a computer emergency. I live in California, but was in Pownal, VT visiting family, but also in the middle of a big work project, due in two days, when I upended a large, very hot cup of coffee (with cream) onto the keyboard of my laptop. It was Saturday. Epic not only prioritized my emergency, they worked on it on Sunday, when they were officially closed. Suffice to say: I am typing this review from that laptop.When I brought my laptop in to them, I did not have much hope. Luckily, I brought it right away (which is what the NYT article about such spills stresses as necessary). Epic told me not to despair; they took my computer apart and cleaned it thoroughly, plus did other things, and by the end of the day it was working again. Rather like a miracle.Their service was friendly, compassionate, efficient, very well informed, and extremely reasonably priced (too reasonable?) I know only the first name of the young man who served me and worked on my computer: Madison. Articulate, knowledgeable, polite. I wish I could take Epic with me back to California.
